NordicBet has operated since 2002, was bought by Betsson in 2012 and still reads as a sportsbook with a casino attached. Its casino welcome deal is modest: a 100% match up to 100 EUR plus free spins, with 30x wagering on the bonus and a 10 EUR minimum deposit. The sources split on the spins, with 50 in the offer listing and 140 at AskGamblers and CasinoGuru, and none of them states a maximum bet, a time limit or a winnings cap. So the numbers below are the ones that can be worked out, plus the disputes that show where the risk sits.

Two spin counts for one NordicBet offer

The offer listing for NordicBet shows 100% up to 100 EUR plus 50 free spins. AskGamblers recorded the same match with 140 spins, and CasinoGuru described it as 100% up to 100 EUR and 140 extra spins. Both third-party sources agree on a minimum deposit of 10 EUR. The AskGamblers bonus link carries the date 28 February 2024, which may be the date of the offer it recorded.

The sources do not explain the gap, so treat 50 as the floor and 140 as the higher figure, and read the promotion page before you make the qualifying deposit.

Working out 30x on the bonus at NordicBet

AskGamblers lists the wagering as 30 times the bonus amount, not the deposit plus bonus. A full 100 EUR deposit gives 100 EUR in bonus credit, and the turnover you owe is 30 x 100 = 3,000 EUR. Your own 100 EUR is not part of that figure. At a 1 EUR stake that is 3,000 spins, and at 0.20 EUR it is 15,000 spins.

A 10 EUR deposit unlocks 10 EUR of bonus and a 300 EUR playthrough, a small enough target to test the casino. Neither AskGamblers nor CasinoGuru states a maximum bet while wagering, a time limit or a cap on spin winnings.

  • 10 EUR deposit: 10 EUR bonus, 300 EUR to wager
  • 50 EUR deposit: 50 EUR bonus, 1,500 EUR to wager
  • 100 EUR deposit: 100 EUR bonus, 3,000 EUR to wager
  • Anything above 100 EUR deposited adds no extra bonus

Owner, licences and the markets NordicBet serves

CasinoGuru names BML Group Ltd as owner and operator, established in 2002, with licences from Spelinspektionen in Sweden and the Malta Gaming Authority; the Swedish number 23Si2179 appears in one record only. AskGamblers names Rizk Nordic Limited and adds a Danish licence, so the two sources disagree on the company.

Wikipedia lists the served markets as Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and the Faroe Islands, and says NordicBet stopped taking bets outside Scandinavia in December 2013. AskGamblers lists Morocco, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Spain, the United States and Iran among the restricted countries. CasinoGuru spotted two extra spin offers, 20 spins on Book of the Fallen and 100 spins on Pirots 4, with no wagering terms stated.

The bonus-hunting clause behind a 44,000 kr dispute

CasinoGuru gives NordicBet a high Safety Index (8.8 in its latest record, 8.6 in an earlier one) yet marks the terms as unfair because of the wording on bonus hunting and low-risk play. The casino can remove winnings it considers abusive, and the definition is broad.

One CasinoGuru complaint involved a Norwegian player whose 44,000 kr winnings were removed on 25 September 2024, with the casino citing a bonus availability breach; the player stopped responding. Two Finnish cases show the account side: 1,800 EUR locked after a verification request on 3 February 2025, and a 530 EUR closure without refund on 10 June 2025.

CasinoGuru's list shows 146 complaints, but that count includes related casinos, and the newer record shows none for NordicBet itself. No contribution table is published, so ask live chat how table games count before you use bonus money on them.

Getting a win out: speeds, limits and fees

AskGamblers puts e-wallet withdrawals at 0 to 1 hours after a pending stage of up to 24 hours, crypto at 12 to 72 hours, and cards and bank transfers at 2 to 7 days. The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR and the daily ceiling 50,000 EUR, which no ordinary bonus win will touch.

CasinoGuru flags a fee once you make several withdrawal requests in the same month; the number of free requests is not stated, so batching cashouts into one request is safer. CasinoGuru counts 13 payment methods, including Trustly Pay, Bitcoin, Blixtpay and Interac, not all of them in every country, and 123 game providers. Live chat runs 24/7 in English and Swedish.

What players and the experts say

AskGamblers records 7 complaints, 6 resolved and 1 rejected, with an average response of 2 days, a CasinoRank of 7.3 and a player rating of 6.1 from 40 reviews. Trustpilot is cooler at 2.2 stars from 32 reviews, with 91% at 1 star, 6% at 5 stars and only 2 reviews in the last 12 months, and no company replies.

Reviewer cases differ: in November 2025 a player deposited 40 EUR, received a 40 EUR bonus and cashed out 160 EUR without sending documents, while in June 2022 another lost more than 50% of winnings after a bonus was cancelled over a document dispute. A September 2024 reviewer says winnings were restricted once the balance reached about 200 EUR, which is unverified.

AskGamblers lists deposit limits, time limits, reality checks, a cool-off option, self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, but no loss or wager limits.

Who the NordicBet match makes sense for

A capped 100 EUR match at 30x on the bonus suits a player who already bets on sport with NordicBet and wants to try the casino side with a small cushion. High-volume bonus players will find little here, and the low-risk play clause is aimed at them.

Myths vs facts

Myth: A Swedish licence means the bonus terms are automatically fair.
Fact: CasinoGuru rates NordicBet's bonus-abuse wording as unfair despite a Safety Index of 8.8.
Myth: You must wager your deposit as well.
Fact: AskGamblers lists the 30x requirement on the bonus amount only, so 100 EUR of bonus means 3,000 EUR of bets.

Before you claim

  • Check whether the promotion page shows 50 or 140 spins
  • Deposit at least 10 EUR; 100 EUR is where the match stops growing
  • Budget for 30x the bonus, not the deposit
  • Ask support for the max bet and expiry before you start, as they are not published
  • Avoid hedged table bets while a bonus is active
  • Group withdrawals into one request per month
