OnLuck has 36 Trustpilot reviews and a 2.6 of 5 score, and 55% of them are 1 star. The complaints are about withdrawals: payouts declined or delayed as technical issues, repeated verification and templated operator replies. The bonus itself is described differently by each source. The onluck.com homepage headline says 120% up to EUR 3,000, CasinoGuru lists six tiers of up to EUR 6,000 with 40x wagering on the bonus, and AskGamblers lists 100% up to $7,000 with 40x on deposit plus bonus. Every figure below besides the headline comes from the review sites.

36 Trustpilot reviews, 2.6 of 5, and withdrawals as the main complaint

Trustpilot gives onluck.com 2.6 of 5 from 36 reviews. 55% are 1 star and 31% are 5 stars, 22 reviews were written in the last 12 months, and the latest 1-star review is dated 22 October 2026. The themes are withdrawals declined or delayed as technical issues, repeated verification requests, bonuses added without the player asking for them and deposits not returned after account closure.

Three cases show the pattern. A player had GBP 150 of winnings pending from 22 December 2025 and still waiting on 29 January 2026. Another had a GBP 300 win declined twice, on 6 February 2026. A third wrote on 9 March 2026 that the problems had been going on since December 2025. The operator replies are templated and cite the terms, and Trustpilot says replies usually take over a month.

This sits next to AskGamblers, which shows a player rating of 9.9 from 18 reviews and only 2 complaints, both resolved. The two ratings do not agree, and we cannot say which one reflects the typical player.

Three sources, three different welcome offers

The homepage of onluck.com carries the title 120% welcome bonus up to EUR 3,000. Wagering, max bet and cashout are not stated on the homepage.

CasinoGuru lists six welcome offers: 120% up to EUR 3,000 plus 100 spins, 80% up to EUR 3,000 plus 75 spins, 80% up to EUR 3,000 plus 50 spins, 120% up to EUR 6,000 plus 120 spins, 150% up to EUR 6,000 plus 150 spins and 180% up to EUR 6,000 plus 180 spins. Which one a player gets, by deposit size or by country, is not stated. The offer listing says up to EUR 9,000 plus 100 free spins in a 3-tier package, which fits 3,000 plus 6,000.

AskGamblers lists something else: 100% up to $7,000 plus 100 bonus spins, code ONLUCK100, minimum deposit EUR 20. Treat the offer as unsettled and check the cashier before depositing.

40x on EUR 120 is EUR 4,800, but AskGamblers counts it differently

On the 120% tier the cap of EUR 3,000 is reached with a deposit of EUR 2,500 (3,000 divided by 1.2). A EUR 100 deposit gives EUR 120 of bonus.

CasinoGuru records 40x the bonus amount on all six tiers. On EUR 100 at 120%, that is EUR 120 times 40, or EUR 4,800 of bets. AskGamblers states 40x on deposit plus bonus for its 100% offer. On a EUR 100 deposit that is EUR 200 times 40, or EUR 8,000 of bets. Same multiplier, a much heavier base.

Wagering on the free spin winnings and the validity in days are not stated by the sources. Game contribution and excluded games are not stated either.

EUR 6.50 max bet on the smaller tiers, EUR 25 on the larger

CasinoGuru records a maximum bet with an active bonus of EUR 6.50 on the 80% and 120% tiers up to EUR 3,000, and EUR 25 on the tiers up to EUR 6,000. At EUR 6.50 a bet, a EUR 4,800 target takes at least 739 bets. The EUR 25 limit is unusually high.

The maximum cashout from the welcome bonuses is EUR 10,000 on all six tiers. CasinoGuru rates the terms as mostly fair, with 3 issues found. We do not know which payment methods are excluded from the bonus, and no list of restricted countries is published by CasinoGuru or AskGamblers.

Reloads, cashback and the EUR 150 cap on spins

AskGamblers lists a weekend reload of 50% up to $300 with minimum deposit $20, 40x on the bonus and code WLUCK50, plus daily cashback of up to 20% with 3x wagering and up to 100 bonus spins on Tuesdays. CasinoGuru lists a reload of 66% up to EUR 1,000 with 40x, max bet EUR 6.50 and max cashout EUR 1,000.

The CasinoGuru reload with up to 100 spins on Lady Wolf Moon has 30x wagering, a EUR 2 max bet and a max cashout of only EUR 150. No public no-deposit offer was found at CasinoGuru or AskGamblers.

EUR 2,000 per transaction, EUR 5,000 a day, and the limits you do not get

AskGamblers gives withdrawal limits of EUR 2,000 per transaction, EUR 5,000 per day, EUR 10,000 per week and EUR 30,000 per month, with a EUR 30 minimum withdrawal. Stated times are 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets and 1 to 7 days for banks and cards. A max cashout of EUR 10,000 therefore takes at least two days of daily limits to pay out. The payments page sets Bitcoin withdrawals between 0.0003 and 0.15 BTC and Ethereum between 0.01 and 2.5 ETH.

On responsible gambling, AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion. There are no deposit, loss, wager or time limits and no reality check. CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 3.2, rated Very low. An older record showed 6.9, so the rating fell. CasinoGuru records 17 complaints: 0 open, 1 unresolved, 9 resolved and 7 rejected.

A CasinoGuru review mentions a German player who won EUR 1,950 and waited 50 hours for the payout. AskGamblers describes two cases. EUR 2,000 of tournament winnings was confiscated for a terms violation, and a EUR 50 deposit refund was blocked by repeated requests for Skrill documents. Both were resolved. The operator is named as Skorpii N.V. by CasinoGuru and as Bets Entertainment N.V. by AskGamblers, so the two sources disagree.

Who the OnLuck offer fits

It can suit a player who deposits a modest amount, accepts 40x (EUR 4,800 on a EUR 100 deposit at 120%) and is ready to verify the account before winning. Do the verification early and keep screenshots of the bonus terms shown at deposit.

It does not suit anyone who needs deposit or loss limits, who wants to rely on a single published offer, or who cannot afford a long wait on a withdrawal. With 55% 1-star reviews on Trustpilot, the payout record deserves more weight than the size of the headline.

Myths vs facts

Myth: A 9.9 rating on AskGamblers means withdrawals at OnLuck are trouble free.
Fact: Trustpilot shows 2.6 of 5 from 36 reviews with 55% at 1 star, and CasinoGuru records 17 complaints, 7 rejected.
Myth: The EUR 3,000 cap needs a EUR 3,000 deposit.
Fact: At 120% the cap is reached with EUR 2,500. A larger deposit earns no extra bonus on that tier.
Myth: 40x means the same wagering everywhere.
Fact: CasinoGuru counts 40x on the bonus (EUR 4,800 on EUR 100), AskGamblers counts 40x on deposit plus bonus (EUR 8,000 on EUR 100).

Before you claim

  • Read the bonus terms in the cashier before you deposit.
  • Check whether wagering is on the bonus or on deposit plus bonus.
  • Keep the max bet in mind: EUR 6.50 on the smaller tiers.
  • Verify your account before you win, not after.
  • Do not rely on limits: only self-exclusion is offered.
