Four steps that add up to the banner
AskGamblers lists the SlotyStake welcome as four deposits with a €20 minimum each: 100% up to €200 plus 100 spins, 100% up to €500 plus 100 spins, 100% up to €800 plus 100 spins and 200% up to €1,500. The sums are €3,000 of bonus and 300 spins, which is the banner on the home page.
The casino's own promotions page shows only the first step, 100% up to €200 with 100 spins, as the First Deposit offer. The other three are known only from AskGamblers. The steps differ in size more than in rate: three at 100% and a last one at 200%.
The third step: €800 in, €72,000 to bet
At 45x on deposit plus bonus, the third step is the biggest at 100%. An €800 deposit gives €800 of bonus and a €1,600 base. The target is €72,000, which at the €3 limit means at least 24,000 bets. The ceiling on winnings is 5 times the deposit, so the ceiling is €4,000 for that step.
The fourth step needs a €750 deposit to earn €1,500, which is the 200% rate. The ratio of target to ceiling is the same, but the amounts are large enough that most players will stop long before the last step.

Taking every step in full means depositing €200, €500, €800 and €750, which is €2,250 in total. The bases add to €400, €1,000, €1,600 and €2,250 for the fourth, 5,250 euros in all, and 45 times that is €236,250 of bets. The combined ceiling is 5 times €2,250 gives €11,250.
Those figures are what the structure implies, not a forecast. Each step is a separate deposit, you can only claim one deposit bonus a day, and the terms say a bonus is valid for 7 days, so the full ladder takes at least 4 days and probably more.
Code offers: 300% up to €1,200 and a 295% offer
AskGamblers also lists a 300% bonus up to €1,200 and a 295% bonus with 225 spins and a cap of 4,375 euros, both through its own codes, with no multiplier shown. The 300% offer fills with a €400 deposit, and 5 times that deposit is €2,000, above the €1,200 bonus. The 295% offer fills with about €1,483 and has a ceiling of €7,415.
A Wednesday reload of 50% up to €200 with 50 spins is also listed at 45x. A €400 deposit gives the full €200, a €600 base and a €27,000 target, with a ceiling of €2,000. The casino's page lists a different Wednesday offer, 100% up to €500 with 150 spins.
Rakeback every 30 minutes, and the VIP ladder
The homepage advertises 20% rakeback with rewards every 30 minutes. The VIP club has 10 levels with rewards from 20% to 30%, monthly withdrawal limits from €6,000 at level 1 to €15,000 at level 10 and level-up spins from 50 to 1,000. A personal manager appears at level 7.
A banner invites players to bring a VIP level from another brand. The pages do not say how rakeback interacts with the €3 limit or the 5x ceiling, so do not assume it is exempt.
One Trustpilot review, no complaints on the review sites
CasinoGuru gives SlotyStake a Safety Index of 3.2, rated very low, with 0 complaints. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.9, a player rating of 7 and 0 complaints. Trustpilot shows 3.2 from a single review on an unclaimed profile.
That one review, from 28 October 2025, calls the casino a scam and says sister sites do not respect bonus terms, mentioning the 5x deposit rule. It is an unverified allegation, but the rule itself is in the casino's terms: winnings from deposit bonuses and free spins are limited to 5 times the deposit.
Who the SlotyStake ladder suits
Stopping after step 1 suits most players: a €200 deposit, €200 of bonus, a €400 base and a €1,000 ceiling. Steps 3 and 4 suit only someone depositing €750 to €800 who is comfortable with targets above €70,000.
