20Bet spreads its casino welcome across two deposits and then keeps the same structure going every Friday. The first deposit gets 100% up to 120 EUR with 120 free spins and a bonus game, the second 50% up to 100 EUR with 50 spins. Every piece carries 40x on the bonus and a 5 EUR maximum bet. That consistency makes the maths easy to run once and reuse. What is less tidy is the paperwork side: CasinoGuru flags 20Bet's terms as unfair, and the official terms give you 30 days to send documents once checks start at 2,000 EUR of cumulative deposits or withdrawals.

20Bet's first and second deposit, priced out

The offer listing quotes the first part as 100% up to 100 EUR with 120 spins. AskGamblers and CasinoGuru both recorded a slightly higher cap of 120 EUR, with a 20 EUR minimum. We use 120 EUR below, because that is what the more recent review data shows.

Deposit 120 EUR and you get 120 EUR of bonus. Forty times that is 4,800 EUR of wagering. That is the bonus-only reading; if the deposit counts too, the target is 9,600 EUR. The second deposit works at half the rate: you need to put in 200 EUR to reach the 100 EUR cap, and that 100 EUR again needs 40x, or 4,000 EUR. Taking both in full means 320 EUR deposited, 220 EUR of bonus and 8,800 EUR of bets. If the base is deposit plus bonus instead, the same step means 21,600 EUR.

If that is more than you would normally play, stop after the first part. The second deposit is the weaker deal: half the match for the same 40x.

  • 1st deposit 20 EUR: 20 EUR bonus, 800 EUR to wager
  • 1st deposit 120 EUR: 120 EUR bonus, 4,800 EUR to wager
  • 2nd deposit 200 EUR: 100 EUR bonus, 4,000 EUR to wager
  • Both in full: 220 EUR bonus, 8,800 EUR to wager

Clearing 4,800 EUR with a 5 EUR ceiling

The 5 EUR maximum bet means you need at least 960 bets at the cap to finish the first-deposit bonus. At 1 EUR per spin it is 4,800 spins. Only slots count in full: the bonus terms give slots 100% and table and live games 0%, and the bonus is cancelled once the bonus balance falls to 0.05 EUR or less.

Neither AskGamblers nor CasinoGuru printed an expiry, and with 960 to 4,800 spins in play, the deadline decides whether the bonus is achievable for you. The 20Bet bonus terms also allow only one bonus per person, e-mail, browser, device and IP address.

One CasinoGuru complaint is a useful warning: a Spanish player had 31,990 EUR of winnings removed, with 20Bet citing a technical issue on the Lucky Joker slot. CasinoGuru rejected the complaint.

Friday reloads on identical terms

After the welcome, 20Bet offers a Friday reload of 50% up to 100 EUR with 50 spins, and AskGamblers also lists a weekly reload with the same numbers. Both need a 20 EUR deposit and carry 40x on the bonus.

Because the terms mirror the second deposit, the same sum applies: a 200 EUR deposit for the full 100 EUR, then 4,000 EUR to wager. A smaller 40 EUR deposit brings 20 EUR of bonus and 800 EUR of turnover, which is a more realistic weekend amount.

For other (non-welcome) bonuses the terms cap winnings at 10,000 EUR and allow 14 working days for review.

The no-deposit spins that are not confirmed

The offer listing for 20Bet mentions 15 no-deposit spins. They are not in the AskGamblers or CasinoGuru bonus tables, and the game, value and wagering are not stated. The bonus terms do cap winnings from no-deposit or free-spin bonuses at 50 EUR.

An Estonian licence and a 30-day verification window

The review sites name TechSolutions Group N.V. with Curacao (OGL/2024/590/0758), Kahnawake and Estonian (HKT000065) licences. The terms on 20Bet's own site name Moon Technologies OU of Tallinn as operator, licensed by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (HKT000065 for games of chance since 7 December 2021, plus HKT000064, HKL000381 and HKL000382). The licence your account sits under depends on the country version of the site you use.

CasinoGuru's unfair rating comes from bonus claim restrictions and a short identity-check deadline. In the terms, documents must arrive within 30 days or winnings are confiscated, the deposit returned and the account closed. Proof of address cannot be older than 90 days, a withdrawal can be refused if your stakes do not add up to your deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher, and the first deposit limits your stake to 10% until a second deposit. Several open complaints describe withdrawals held up after verification, including one German case of 15,500 EUR blocked by a system error.

Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, which is the theme behind AskGamblers' complaints about non-Latin papers. Upload them straight after registering, before you claim anything.

Payout speed and limits at 20Bet

E-wallet, card and crypto withdrawals are listed at 0 to 24 hours, with bank transfers at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of up to 24 hours. The terms say all withdrawals are processed within 48 hours once the account is verified, and some payment options can take up to 3 days. Limits in the terms are 10 EUR minimum, 4,000 EUR a day, 15,000 EUR a week and 50,000 EUR a month, which are higher than the 10,000 and 40,000 EUR weekly and monthly figures quoted by some listings.

With nearly 60 currencies supported, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether and many Latin American and Asian currencies, most players can deposit in their own money. Scores are split: AskGamblers gives 20Bet 9.7 and a player rating of 9.2 from 430 reviews, CasinoGuru 7.0. Gaps like that reflect how each site weighs the terms and complaints.

Myths vs facts

Myth: The second deposit bonus is the same value as the first.
Fact: It is half the match rate with the same 40x, so each bonus euro costs twice as much deposit.
Myth: A licence number means a fast withdrawal.
Fact: Identity checks start at 2,000 EUR of cumulative deposits or withdrawals, and documents are due within 30 days.

Before you claim

  • Verify your identity before claiming the first-deposit bonus
  • Take the 120 EUR first part; consider skipping the 50% second part
  • Never exceed 5 EUR per bet while wagering
  • Play slots only: table and live games count 0%
  • Use Friday reloads only within a set weekly budget
