Inside 20Bet

20Bet's own terms at 20bet.win name Moon Technologies OÜ of Tallinn as operator under Estonian licences HKT000065, HKT000064, HKL000381 and HKL000382. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers instead name TechSolutions Group NV and a Curacao licence. The terms fix the withdrawal limits at €4,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month, where the profile data had listed €10,000 and €40,000 for the last two. AskGamblers gives a 9.7 casino rank and 84.0% of complaints resolved, while CasinoGuru marks the terms unfair and its Safety Index fell from 8.2 to 7.0.
Moon Technologies OÜ, not TechSolutions Group NV
Clause 1 of the terms defines 20Bet as Moon Technologies OÜ, an Estonian company with registration code 16277880. The terms give its registered office as Tartu mnt 16-34 in Tallinn, while the footer of every page gives Roosikrantsi tn 11, so the same site prints two Tallinn addresses. Clause 2 lists four numbers from the Estonian Tax and Customs Board: activity licence HKT000065 for games of chance and HKT000064 for betting, both issued on 7 December 2021, and operating permits HKL000381 and HKL000382, both dated 31 March 2022. The footer adds that PALATO LTD of Nicosia, Cyprus (No. HE 492581) acts as payment agent for Moon Technologies.
CasinoGuru names TechSolutions Group NV, dates the brand to 2020 and lists Curacao OGL/2024/590/0758, the Estonian number HKT000065 and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. AskGamblers names only Curacao and Kahnawake. The Estonian number is the one point where the review sites and the terms meet; the Curacao licence and Kahnawake do not appear in the terms. This is the Estonian-market version of the site: 20bet.com redirects to 20bet.win, and a version served to another country may carry other licences. The Estonian text of the terms prevails over any translation.
The terms are almost word for word the text on ee.22bet.com, which belongs to the same operator and the same four licence numbers. The 20Bet page adds two things that the 22Bet page lacks: a sentence that some payment options may take up to 3 days to process, and an anti-fraud definition of opposite betting.
€4,000, €15,000 and €50,000, and what that means for the cases CasinoGuru prints
The withdrawal clause sets a minimum of €10, then €4,000 a day, €15,000 a week and €50,000 a month. The profile data listed €4,000, €10,000 and €40,000, so the daily figure agrees and the weekly and monthly ones were too low by €5,000 and €10,000. The terms give no per-transaction figure. All requests are processed 24/7, with payment promised within 48 hours once the account is fully verified, and the money returns to the deposit method.
Apply these caps to the cases CasinoGuru prints. The German player with €15,500 blocked after verification: the daily cap of €4,000 would need 4 days, but the weekly cap of €15,000 stops the payout short of the full amount, so the last €500 goes into a second week. The Spanish player whose €31,990 of winnings were confiscated would have needed 3 weeks at €15,000 a week even if every payment went through, because 31,990 divided by 15,000 is 2.1. A Swiss withdrawal of CHF 22,130, still in processing despite full verification in the AskGamblers case, would have taken at least 2 weeks.
AskGamblers gives 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, cards and crypto and 1 to 7 days for banks, with up to 24 hours pending. Add the 48-hour promise and a bank payout can reach a player 10 calendar days after the request. Winnings can be refused if stakes do not add up to the sum of all deposits at odds of 1.1 or higher, or if you withdraw without placing a bet.
Why CasinoGuru calls the terms unfair: 30 days, 2 weeks and script rules
CasinoGuru's reason for an unfair mark is bonus claim restrictions and unreasonably short verification timeframes. The terms give 30 days to deliver requested documents; after that the operator may confiscate winnings, return the deposit and close the account. Checks start when deposits or withdrawals cumulatively reach €2,000, and sooner at the operator's discretion. If a manager phones the account holder, winnings are not processed until the call has taken place, and a player who has not passed within 2 weeks loses the account and the winnings.
The document rules explain the non-Latin complaints on AskGamblers. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, PDF and scanned copies are not accepted, and a player who cannot meet this is asked for video verification. AskGamblers' Egyptian case, with Arabic government documents refused, fits that rule. An address proof may not be older than 90 days. The terms also say that verification is carried out in 'longer than 72 hours' from the last document, as printed, which is not a maximum.
The anti-fraud list also bars opposite betting. In sports that means bets on opposing outcomes of the same event; in the casino it means wagers on conflicting outcomes in the same game, live game or table game. A violation allows the operator to cancel the account and withhold winnings. AskGamblers lists multiple withdrawal rejection complaints among its cons.
40x, €20 and a €10,000 ceiling on the bonus
The general bonus terms confirm what CasinoGuru recorded. A deposit bonus needs a deposit of at least €20, every deposit bonus carries a wagering requirement of at least 40, the maximum bet is €5 while it is active, and slots count 100% while table and live games count 0%. Winnings from a no-deposit bonus or free spins are capped at €50, and winnings from other bonuses, welcome bonuses excepted, at €10,000, with the excess forfeited after a 14 working day review.
The sums: €20 plus a €20 bonus at 40x is €800 of bets, at least 160 spins at the €5 cap. A bonus is cancelled when its balance falls to €0.05, and a VIP sports bonus carries 5x at odds of 1.8. The bonus page covers the offers; this review needs only the ceiling.
Payments: 42, 45 or 37 methods, 59 currencies and BRL
CasinoGuru counts 42 payment methods and AskGamblers 45, while the profile data lists 37 for deposits and 29 for withdrawals. The names include Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Payz, Zimpler, Trustly, Klarna, Revolut, MiFinity, Neosurf, AstroPay, CashtoCode, Interac and BLIK, plus 15 coins from Bitcoin to Zcash. The About Us page of the site is written for sports betting and names a shorter list: Visa, MasterCard, iDebit, Neteller, Skrill, WebMoney, Instant Banking, ecoPayz and Boleto. The terms say that deposit charges depend on the method and that the website takes no commission.
The profile data counts 59 currencies, including BRL. Brazil's Medida Provisoria 1.394/2026, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games there, including offers by operators abroad, according to the Senado's summary.
Providers, tools and the record
CasinoGuru counts 122 providers, including NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play'n GO, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming, Hacksaw, PG Soft and Spribe. AskGamblers says 81+ in its editorial and 100+ in its pros, and counts live chat 24/7, apps for iOS and Android and a VIP programme; our feature list names 30 VIP levels.
The responsible-gaming page lists limits on deposits per day, week, month, 6 months or year and on cumulative losses, set through support, plus self-exclusion for a period or indefinitely and a link to the Estonian restriction register. AskGamblers marks 5 of 10 tools, including wager and time limits, which the page does not name. The terms contain no list of restricted countries; they cite only the United Kingdom as an example and reproduce NetEnt's own territory lists, so the 64 codes in the profile data have no official source.
CasinoGuru's Safety Index was 8.2 in May and 7.0 in October 2026. In May it counted 564 complaints across the operator's related casinos: 146 resolved (25.9%), 392 rejected (69.5%), 10 unresolved and 16 open; in October it showed 0. AskGamblers counts 75 complaints, 63 resolved (84.0%) and 12 rejected, a CasinoRank of 9.7 and a player rating of 9.2 from 430 reviews. Trustpilot showed 3.1 from 1,050 reviews in May and 55 reviews in October with the rating withheld.
Who 20Bet suits and who should stay away
It suits a player in Estonia or another market of the Estonian licence who withdraws under €4,000 a day, can supply Latin-script documents within 30 days and wants the published €50,000 monthly ceiling spelled out. AskGamblers' 9.7 rank and 84.0% of complaints resolved point the same way.
It suits poorly a player with documents in Arabic or another non-Latin script, a player who expects €30,000 in under 3 weeks, and a player who plays opposing bets on one roulette table. CasinoGuru's 392 rejected complaints out of 564 deserve weight even though the count includes sister casinos.
