Our verdict

Rainbet is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

Inside Rainbet

Rainbet 1Rainbet 2Rainbet 3

Rainbet is a crypto-first casino on an Anjouan (Comoros) licence, and its terms, carry figures that decide how a payout goes: a $15 minimum withdrawal, a 72-hour deadline to finish identity checks, a $50 ceiling on winnings from welcome promo codes and a €500 deposit cap while verification is pending. The outside record is mixed. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 6.5 but calls the terms unfair, logging 22 complaints with 18 resolved. AskGamblers scores it 6.6 with no complaints yet, and Trustpilot shows 2.1 stars from 615 reviews.

Rain Group Ltd or RBGAMING N.V.: two operator names, one Anjouan licence

The terms say the service is owned by Rain Group Ltd, registered in Anjouan under number 16077 at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, in the Union of Comoros, and that Rainbet is a brand name of that company. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers instead name RBGAMING N.V. as owner and operator. CasinoGuru gives the licence number ALSI-152406029-FI2 and dates the brand to 2023, while AskGamblers dates it to 2025. These sources conflict.

Governing law is Anjouan (clause 26.6). For unresolved disputes, clause 21.6 points to the licensing body, which it calls Gaming Services Provider N.V., a third name. CasinoGuru estimates yearly revenue above €100,000,000 and does not find Rainbet on any blacklist.

Clause 4.1.3 lists eight restricted entries: the United States and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten), Australia, Austria, Germany, the United Kingdom and Spain. The verification section adds Cyprus to its proof-of-residence list, which clause 4.1.3 does not. Brazil is not on the list, although the cashier carries Pix and the site is available in Portuguese. Medida Provisória 1.394/2026, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits online games in Brazil, also when offered from abroad, and the Senate summary says existing licences were extinguished on 25 October 2026. Congress still has to convert it.

A $15 minimum, crypto and two local methods out, no cards or bank

Clause 8.1 sets the minimum withdrawal at $15 per transaction, with an exception for account closure when the whole balance can go. A balance of $14 is therefore stuck unless the account is closed. AskGamblers lists no cards and no bank transfers for withdrawals: only Interac, Pix and 11 coins (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, TRON, DAI, Dogecoin, Cardano, Binance, USD Coin, Ripple). Deposits can also come by Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and MoonPay, so money can enter by card and leave only as crypto or by those two local methods.

AskGamblers gives 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets and crypto, a pending period of 0 to 24 hours and no weekend cashouts. The worst case is therefore about 25 hours from request to payout, before any verification delay. Withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week and month are not stated, and CasinoGuru counts 'no withdrawal limits' among the pros.

On fees the sources disagree. AskGamblers says there are no withdrawal fees, and a CasinoGuru reviewer from Canada mentions 'a bit of withdrawal fee'. Clause 8.2 states that there is no withdrawal commission if the deposit was wagered at least once, and with a promotion the wager must be twice the usual amount. On a $100 deposit that means $100 of bets, or $200 with a promotion, to avoid a commission whose rate the terms do not give. All crypto deposits also carry a 1x wager lock (8.7), and funds sent on an unsupported coin or network may be lost permanently (7.9).

72 hours to upload, up to 7 business days to review

Clause 20.1 lets Rainbet restrict service, payments and withdrawals if identity verification is not completed within 72 hours, while stating that the verification may take up to 7 business days to be analysed. Seven business days spanning one weekend are 9 calendar days, three times the player's own window. CasinoGuru names this deadline as the one unfair term and lists 'unreasonably short KYC time frames (72 hours)' among the cons.

The documents are a government photo ID that does not expire within 3 months, a selfie holding the ID and a bank statement or utility bill issued in the last 3 months. After the upload the account gets a 'Temporarily Approved' status and the KYC team has 24 hours to answer. In that state the player cannot withdraw and cannot deposit more than €500 in total. Failing the check, or submitting forged documents, means permanent closure and forfeiture of funds. Rainbet also screens wallets with Elliptic (20.3).

Players on CasinoGuru tell a different story about speed: two Canadian reviewers describe fast verification, and a reviewer from Italy reports quick payouts.

The $50 cap on welcome-code winnings and other clauses that keep money

Clause 9.2 says that for welcome promo codes the maximum withdrawable is $50. Any balance above that is forfeited. A code balance that grows to $500 would pay out $50 and forfeit $450. Free spins have a far higher ceiling: $250,000 unless the promotion says otherwise (9.10). The deposit bonus cannot be topped up with another deposit (9.4).

Other clauses: accounts sharing an IP address may be classed as abusive and their funds confiscated (9.8); a second account leads to closure and withheld funds (5.4); card counting in blackjack is banned (4.6); a chargeback ends in termination and full balance forfeiture (7.4); and closing an account for breach lets the casino withhold the deposit as well (6.3). Rainbet's total liability is capped at the lower of the bet value or €500 (14.2). Results are final after 72 hours (11.2) and a bet dispute must be lodged within 3 days (21.4). The terms contain no inactivity fee clause.

The English text is the official version, and the other languages are machine translations.

Self-exclusion: a 24-hour cooldown and three complaints about it

Clause 6.9 describes self-exclusion as a 24-hour cooldown confirmed by email, after which longer periods can be chosen. It cannot be reversed (6.11) and permanent closure is possible only after the 90-day exclusion period (6.12). AskGamblers lists it as the only responsible gambling tool present: deposit, wager, loss and time limits, cool-off, reality check and self-assessment are all marked as missing.

Three of the five complaint summaries in the CasinoGuru review concern exclusion. In a Kuwaiti case the exclusion system is described as malfunctioning, with $980.79 wagered during the 24-hour cooldown (14 March 2026, closed when the player stopped responding). An Austrian player reopened a closed account despite a gambling addiction and lost €500 (19 April 2026, closed pending player contact). An Irish player who opened several accounts asked for deposits back and was rejected for lack of evidence (13 February 2026, €2,100).

Three $700 deposit steps at 40x

The welcome offer is split over three deposits: 100% up to $700, 50% up to $700 and 100% up to $700, each with 20 spins on Sweet Bonanza, a $30 minimum and 40x on deposit plus bonus. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers state a maximum bet of 2% of the deposit. The bonus page covers the terms in full.

49 providers, Plinko and Mines, and a chat that answers in English

CasinoGuru lists 49 game providers, among them NetEnt, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming and Big Time Gaming; AskGamblers counts 34. CasinoGuru marks slots, live games, crash games, virtual sports, eSports betting, keno and scratch cards as available, and AskGamblers adds the specialty games Plinko, Dice, Limbo and Mines. AskGamblers also marks RNG testing and public RTP audits as absent. The home page lists daily, weekly and monthly races and a $20,000 weekly raffle marked as coming soon.

Live chat runs 24 hours a day. CasinoGuru records English as the only support language, with seven website languages (Russian, English, French, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, Turkish); AskGamblers gives the same seven as support languages, so the two disagree. AskGamblers puts email replies at within 24 hours.

22 complaints, 18 resolved, and a Trustpilot score of 2.1

CasinoGuru records 22 complaints: 18 resolved, 3 rejected, 1 unresolved and none open. Eight user reviews rate it Good. The case with the most money is the Norwegian one: €3,100 and more withheld after an account was closed following Level 4 verification, with the casino finding multiple accounts used to get around sportsbook limits; it was rejected because sports betting is outside the complaint scope (24 March 2026). An Australian player's A$4,500 closure over a restricted-area check was closed when the player stopped responding, with CasinoGuru's summary noting the casino gave no response (22 February 2026). Austria and Australia are both on the clause 4.1.3 restricted list.

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.6 (6.5 in the profile data), a player rating of 5.0 from 3 ratings and 'no complaints yet'. One of those players gave 1 out of 10 for a suspended account with funds withheld. Trustpilot has 2.1 stars from 615 reviews in the 15 October 2026 record and 2.5 from 527 in the May record; the May samples include a 1-star review that the casino 'will not let you cash out'.

Who Rainbet suits, and who should stay away

It suits a player who already holds crypto, can upload a photo ID, a selfie and a utility bill under 3 months old within the 72-hour window, and is content to cash out in coins or by Interac or Pix. It is a poor fit for someone in the eight listed countries or Brazil, for a card or bank-transfer user who needs the money back on the same route, for someone who wants deposit and loss limits (only self-exclusion exists) and for anyone planning to live off a welcome promo code, since $50 is the most such a balance can pay out.
