Yes, Tether (USDT) is among the most widely accepted crypto methods at the casinos we track: 86 of our 116 partner casinos list it for deposits and 80 for withdrawals, and 65 of the 224 review-only casinos list it too. Tether charges players nothing; its published fees (0.1% or 1,000 USD per redemption) apply to institutions moving at least 100,000 USD. You pay the network fee, and it depends on the chain you pick among the 13 that Tether lists, such as Tron (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20). Here are the numbers that can be sourced.
86 casinos accept Tether, 80 pay it out
Among our 116 partner casinos, 86 list Tether as a deposit method, which is 74%, and 80 list it for withdrawals. Six accept deposits but show no Tether withdrawal: GGBET, Bizzo, National, LetsLucky, AkibaWin and Spinando. A win there needs another payout route, and 6 of 86 is 7% of the Tether casinos.
Among the 224 review-only casinos, 65 list Tether or USDT for deposits and 15 of those 65 omit it from withdrawals. Casinos list the method as "Tether", not by network, so the chain each casino uses is not recorded.
What Tether charges, and what it does not
In our data, 126 of the 145 casinos that accept Tether (USDT) also pay withdrawals to it. The fastest crypto and e-wallet payouts come from 22Casino (15 minutes).
Tether's fee page sets a minimum issuance or redemption of 100,000 USD, a redemption fee of the greater of 1,000 USD or 0.1%, an issuance fee of 0.1% and a verification fee of 150 USD. Redeeming 100,000 USD therefore costs 1,000 USD, since 0.1% of that amount equals the 1,000 USD floor. These apply to institutions; players buy USDT on an exchange.
The same page says Tether offers no wallet functionality, so a wallet or exchange holds your balance and sets its own fees. No exchange fee schedule is quoted.
Thirteen chains, five dropped, one disputed
Tether's supported-protocols page lists 13 chains: Ethereum, Avalanche, Cosmos (via Kava), Celo, Kaia, Tron, Liquid, Solana, Polkadot AssetHub, Tezos, Near, Ton and Aptos. The first five fall under ERC20, and Tron is TRC20. Five others are deprecated: Algorand, Vaulta (formerly EOS), Kusama AssetHub, Omni and SLP. Tether no longer issues or redeems on them, so a casino offering one holds tokens Tether will not redeem.
BNB Smart Chain (BEP20) is a conflict. Casinos and an earlier version of this page treat it as a normal USDT network, but Tether's page lists it only for its gold token XAUT. We cannot confirm Tether supports BEP20 USDT, and a cashier offering it is the casino's statement, not Tether's. BNB Smart Chain is not among the 13 chains listed for USDT.
Tron: 600 free Bandwidth a day, then burned TRX
Across the 55 casinos above where we have bonus terms, the average welcome bonus wagering is 38x.
Tron's documentation gives each activated account 600 free Bandwidth per day, replenishing over 24 hours. After that, Tron burns TRX: 1,000 sun (0.001 TRX) per Bandwidth unit and 100 sun (0.0001 TRX) per Energy unit. Burning 100 Energy units costs 10,000 sun, or 0.01 TRX. These parameters can change by vote.
How much Energy one TRC20 USDT transfer uses is not stated here, so no dollar fee is given, and no block time is cited. An earlier version of this page promised TRC20 deposits within "a minute or two"; no source backs it, so it is removed.
Ethereum: 12-second slots and one gas reading
Ethereum.org gives a 12-second block time, a 30 million gas target and a 60 million gas hard limit. Etherscan showed 13.888 Gwei, with no timestamp, so it is one reading, not a typical price. No USD cost of an ERC20 USDT transfer and no finality time are cited, so ERC20 and TRC20 cannot be compared on cost here.
The two chains charge in different coins: burned TRX on Tron, ETH gas on Ethereum. You need a small balance of that coin besides USDT, and a 100 USDT transfer needs it too.
Payout speed: 51 casinos say 0-24 hours
Casinos state no crypto-specific payout time, only the e-wallet time, so read these as indications. Of the 86 partner casinos with Tether, 51 state 0-24 hours and 18 state 0-1 hours. Others state 0-2 hours (2), 24-72 hours (3), 0-72 hours (2) and 3-5 days (2); the range runs from 15 minutes to 0-96 hours.
Rainbet, Stake, Roobet, BitStarz, 22Bet and BC.Game state 0-1 hours. Vavada states 0-24 hours with a limit of USD 1,000 per day and USD 10,000 per month, so a USD 10,000 win takes 10 days. GGBET allows EUR 9,000 per transaction, deposits only. Mostbet states 0-72 hours.
Among review-only casinos, 24 state 0-24 hours, 7 state 0-1 hours, 7 state 0-72 hours and 14 state nothing.
Bonuses counted in USDT
Betico offers 150% up to 3,000 USDT plus 30 free spins, minimum deposit 140 USDT, wagering 40x. A 140 USDT deposit earns 210 USDT of bonus; if 40x applies to the bonus alone, that is 8,400 USDT of bets. The 3,000 USDT cap needs a 2,000 USDT deposit.
Weiss offers 100% up to 140 USDT plus 20 free spins from 33 USDT. Wageon offers 125% up to 3,000 USDT plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, minimum 300 USDT, and 100% up to 2,000 USDT plus 100 free spins on the third. Azino777 offers up to 200% plus 35 free spins from 5 USDT, with 40x. Only 4 of 339 scraped files mention USDT, so that says nothing about how common this is.
Raging Bull gives crypto depositors 40x wagering on its welcome bonus instead of 10x (terms 6.2). That rule names crypto, not USDT, and we found 0 bonus exclusions naming USDT.
Crypto-first casinos and country blocks
Roobet pays out only in crypto, including BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and USDC. On 1win, all 14 payment methods in CasinoGuru's list are crypto. Cloudbet lists 16 deposit methods and no cards. Legiano lists 18 withdrawal methods, Tether among them.
Tether's terms bar Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Crimea and the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, plus Canadian and Singaporean persons. U.S. persons are barred except Eligible Contract Participants. These bind Tether's services, not wallet transfers, and the terms do not mention gambling. Casinos set their own blocks: Rainbet blocks the US, France, the Netherlands, Australia, Austria, Germany, the UK and Spain.
