How Gamdom got 4.1/5

The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:

  • CasinoGuru Safety Index8.9/10weight 60%
  • AskGamblers CasinoRank6.1/10weight 30%

Combined: 8.0/10, shown as 4.1/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.

One source has no data for Gamdom, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Gamdom is a crypto-led casino and sportsbook, founded in 2016, that tells players it has no withdrawal limits and pays crypto in 5 minutes to 1 hour. The terms, last updated on 01.10.2025, name Moon Revolution Limitada of Costa Rica and Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, while CasinoGuru still lists Curacao. Every deposit has to be wagered once before it can leave, 37 countries are barred, and the refund window closes 24 hours after a deposit. CasinoGuru rates it 8.9 (High) with 4 complaints; AskGamblers gives 6.1 and a player rating of 8.9 from 48 ratings; Trustpilot shows 5,136 reviews but withholds its score.

Moon Revolution Limitada and Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI4

Gamdom's terms and footer name Moon Revolution Limitada, registration 3-102-903008, with an address in Escazu, San Jose, Costa Rica, as owner and operator, and the licence as number ALSI-152406043-FI4 issued by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan. CasinoGuru agrees on the operator but lists the Curacao Gaming Control Board as the authority, and a second listing names Smein Hosting N.V. as owner, so the sources disagree on both authority and owner.

The About Us page dates the brand to 2016, a Counter-Strike community that changed in 2018 and turned to crypto in 2020. The terms are governed by Costa Rican law with the courts of Costa Rica as the only forum (clause 16), English prevails over translations (15), and the minimum age is 18 or the local legal age.

Crypto out in 5 minutes to 1 hour, with no monthly cap

The help article of 11.09.2026 lists 11 withdrawal coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, USD1, BNB, LTC, TRX, XRP, DOGE and SOL. It says crypto withdrawals are usually processed within 5 minutes to 1 hour, that a variable fee is deducted, and that a confirmed withdrawal cannot be reversed. A second article of 18.09.2026 repeats the 5 minutes to 1 hour figure and says a failed crypto withdrawal is returned to the balance automatically, while one of 10.08.2026 describes Standard, Fast and Turbo network tiers, with the fee taken from the amount and the minimum withdrawal moving with fee levels. AskGamblers puts e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 1 hours with 0 to 1 hours pending, and lists no card or bank withdrawals.

Clause 5 states there is no fixed maximum monthly withdrawal, but large withdrawals may be paid in instalments on a schedule the casino announces, and About Us says no limits are imposed on the amount. Minimum and maximum limits per method are shown in the account and not on the public pages (5.2). The terms give no instalment size and no end date for such a schedule.

  • Crypto withdrawal: 5 minutes to 1 hour
  • Withdrawal coins: 11
  • Fiat currencies: 13
  • Monthly cap: none stated, instalments possible

Every deposit wagered once before it can leave

Clause 4.1 requires the deposit to be wagered at least once, sports bets included, before a withdrawal, and not only for promotions; otherwise the request may be delayed or denied. Clause 5 adds that deposits must have cleared, KYC must be complete, no investigation or unresolved bonus issue may be open, and the payout goes only to a matching method in the player's own name. A $100 deposit therefore needs at least $100 of bets before $100 can be withdrawn.

There are no internal fees on deposits or fiat withdrawals, but third-party and miner fees apply, and a withdrawal fee is shown before confirmation. Card and bank deposits run through the processor Swapped, settle in USD Coin, and start at about $9 (article of 17.09.2026), while gift cards are sold in amounts from $5 to $250 (03.08.2026). A crypto deposit sent on the wrong network or below the minimum may be treated as lost, or recovered manually for a fee (clause 4).

KYC without a number: what clause 2 leaves open

Clause 2.1 allows checks at registration or at any time, "especially when specific financial thresholds are met", but no threshold is published. Clause 2.2 lists a government ID, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, payment method details and source of funds, and says that ignoring a request is a breach, and delays in sending documents can pause a withdrawal (clause 5). The help centre says players can typically deposit, play and withdraw without KYC unless it is requested, then describes 3 levels: name, date of birth and country; a government ID plus selfie checked automatically through Veriff; and proof of funds such as payslips or bank statements, requested only in certain cases.

The Refund Policy shows the harder side: for refunds the casino may demand a card copy, birth certificate or affidavit, a request not answered within 3 business days can be denied, and a notarised ID not supplied within 30 days closes the account with all funds forfeited (1.6 and 1.14).

37 places in clause 3.4, and a list that differs by 3

Clause 3.4 lists 37 jurisdictions where the casino offers no service: Aruba, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Bonaire, Curacao, Denmark, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, the Isle of Man, Iran, Jersey, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Mayotte, Myanmar, North Korea, the Netherlands, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom. The AskGamblers and sportsgambler list has 34 codes, 92% of the 37, and omits France, Germany and Slovenia, so the casino's own list is the one to follow.

VPN, proxy and similar tools are a forbidden action (clause 10) and can lead to restriction under clause 3.4.

Rules that cost money: clauses 2.5, 6.3, 9 and 10

If the casino closes an account for serious breaches it may keep the balance to offset damages, chargebacks, fees and bonuses (2.5). Bonus abuse or multiple accounts can reverse winnings (6.3), and promotions are limited to 1 account per person, IP address, address, device, e-mail and phone number (6.1). On a malfunction the casino may cancel and revert bets, rounds and winnings (9).

A self-exclusion cannot be undone during its term and reactivation may be refused (3.2). The help article of 22.01.2026 adds that swapping (depositing fiat and withdrawing crypto without real play) earns a warning and then withdrawal restrictions, and that a chargeback made without contacting support first can lead to confiscation of the funds or closure. The refund policy allows a request only within the first 24 hours of a deposit, or within 30 days if sworn statements say another person or a minor used the account (1.2), and none once the deposit has been played (1.1). The terms state no inactivity fee and no maximum win.

8,000 games, 60 providers or 56, and a 15% rakeback

About Us claims over 8,000 casino games and more than 60 providers, naming Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, while CasinoGuru counts 56 providers. The originals include Crash, Plinko, Mines, Dice, Keno and HiLo, and there are live dealer tables, a sportsbook and esports betting. The headline reward is 15% rakeback; About Us describes instant, weekly and monthly rakeback from level 1, an invite-only VIP club, and a monthly King of the Hill leaderboard in which slots earn 1 point per $1 wagered and other games earn Wager x (Game Edge / 0.035) points. The games are audited by iTech Labs, according to the help centre. The bonus page has the details.

4 complaints at CasinoGuru and 5,136 Trustpilot reviews

CasinoGuru records 4 complaints and a Safety Index of 8.9 (High), without a breakdown, amounts or dates, so no individual case can be quoted. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.1 and a player rating of 8.9 from 48 ratings. Trustpilot shows 5,136 reviews but states that the rating is unavailable because of a breach of its guidelines, after fake reviews were removed. The terms send complaints to support@gamdom.com for informal resolution (clause 17), with no deadline and no outside dispute body named.

Who Gamdom suits at 5 minutes, and who should look elsewhere

Gamdom suits a crypto player who wagers each deposit once, wants withdrawals in under 1 hour and lives outside the 37 listed places. For safer play the self-exclusion tool offers only 1, 5 or 8 days, longer periods go through support (clause 3.2), and AskGamblers finds no deposit, wager, loss or time limits.

It suits a player badly if the plan is a large fiat payout: the public pages give no fiat limits, the KYC trigger is unnamed, and instalments are allowed. A player in any of the 37 places should stay away.
