How we rate casinos: the full method

Weiss is a crypto-first casino whose own terms, last updated 29 October 2026, name Sorta Group Limitada of Costa Rica as operator under an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202508047-FI2. The terms set a 4,000 USDT weekly withdrawal limit, a monthly cap of 10,000 USDT, a 14-calendar-day verification deadline and a 100,000 USDT cap on a single win. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers name a different operator, Taktonum Group N.V. Outside scores are good: CasinoGuru Safety Index 8.7, AskGamblers player rating 9.6 out of 10 from 845 reviews, Trustpilot 4.6 stars from 172 reviews.

Sorta Group Limitada, Anjouan licence ALSI-202508047-FI2

Clause 1.3 of the terms names Sorta Group Limitada, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-908265, as the company that runs the site under the trading name weiss.bet. It holds a licence issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, number ALSI-202508047-FI2. Clause 1.3.1 adds that Veltria Ltd of Larnaca, Cyprus, registration HE 479000, is authorised to process deposits and withdrawals. The contract is governed by the laws of Anjouan (clause 1.4).

CasinoGuru and AskGamblers describe a different operator. CasinoGuru lists Taktonum Group N.V. as owner and operator, established 2023, with Curacao licence OGL/2024/148/0616, and its newer record also carries the Anjouan number. AskGamblers names Taktonum Group N.V. too. The terms name only Sorta Group Limitada and Anjouan, so the terms are the better starting point for who holds the money.

CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.7, tier High, rates the terms fair and puts revenue above €5,000,000. Disputes go to support first and then to the appointed external body ADR Provider EGIS - FZCO. The dispute policy promises a final answer within 30 days of receiving complete information.

4,000 USDT a week and 10,000 USDT a month

Everything on the site is recorded in USDT (account rule 2.3). Fiat deposits are converted at the casino's rate and any exchange premium is paid by the player (2.7 and 2.8). The casino offers no fiat-crypto exchange of its own (2.16).

Clause 5.1 sets the standard withdrawal limits: 4,000 USDT a week and 10,000 USDT a month. If the balance is at least 10 times the sum of all lifetime deposits, the monthly cap drops to 5,000 USDT. A player who deposited 500 USDT and holds 5,000 USDT or more falls under that rule, so a 20,000 USDT balance takes 4 months to pay out, against 2 months under the standard cap. VIP clients can ask for higher limits, approved case by case. Any payout above 2,000 USDT gets extra checks (clause 4.3).

Timing is stated loosely. Clause 5.5 says processing takes from 10 minutes up to several business days, and the clock does not start, or restarts, when extra checks are needed. Clause 5.15 says funds usually reach the external wallet within 10 banking days after approval. AskGamblers lists 0 to 2 hours for e-wallets, crypto and cards, 3 to 5 days for bank transfer and a pending time of 0 to 7 days, and its editorial says pending times have averaged 6 days historically. A bank withdrawal with a 7-day pending time plus 5 bank days is 12 days before the money arrives.

Before any withdrawal a deposit must be played through once (clause 5.3), and 3 times for live casino and sports betting. A 100 USDT deposit therefore needs 100 USDT of slot bets, or 300 USDT at live tables. If the turnover is not met, clause 5.10 allows a withdrawal fee in an amount the casino sets itself.

14 calendar days to finish verification

The KYC policy lets the casino ask for documents at the deposit stage, at the withdrawal stage or at any time, even after earlier verification has passed (policy 1.1, terms 1.13). No withdrawal is processed before full verification (policy 1.4). The casino may ask for a selfie, or a photo showing the face, the ID and the open account together (1.11).

The deadline is the clause to read twice. Policy 1.8 gives 14 calendar days from the first official request to supply every document and finish the review. If that fails, the casino may close the account permanently and confiscate the remaining funds and winnings. Resubmissions do not restart the 14 days, although the count pauses while a complete package is under review. Notices count as delivered once they are sent to the registered e-mail address, whether the player reads them or not.

Policy 1.7 allows the casino to restrict or block an account before it asks for any document, and policy 1.12 says support chat may not be used to resolve a block; only the registered e-mail counts. A document that shows signs of editing leads to permanent closure and loss of the balance (1.9). A CasinoGuru reviewer from Brazil calls the KYC before the first withdrawal a security feature, and AskGamblers writes that verification typically completes within 24 hours.

Idle for 180 days, balance reset

Two clauses cover inactivity and they do not say the same thing. Account rule 1.12 says an account not accessed for 180 days is deemed inactive and the positive balance is reset. Closing rule 6.6 says that after 6 months of continuous inactivity the casino may deactivate or delete the account and declare the balance forfeited, even if the account is later reactivated.

Win caps are written into clause 5.1. A single win may not exceed 100,000 USDT, and wins credited within any rolling 24 hours are capped at 100,000 USDT; the excess is voided. The maximum win from one spin is 25,000 times the bet per line. Network progressive jackpots are exempt. Under clause 4.4, a win above 100,000 USDT may also be paid in monthly instalments of up to 50,000 USDT.

Bonus money has its own ceilings. Free spins or a bonus claimed before a first deposit can cash out at most 100 USDT, the maximum bet while wagering is 10 USDT, and the amount withdrawn from any bonus cannot exceed the bonus credited (clauses 5.1 and 5.14). A 100 USDT bonus that wins 900 USDT pays out 100 USDT. A second account costs a 10% fee, minimum 30 USDT (clause 1.10).

69 countries on the official restricted list

Clause 13.2 names 69 countries and territories whose residents may not open an account, use the site or deposit. They include the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Ireland, Mexico, Colombia, Australia, Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Curacao itself. The casino may extend the list without notice.

The list matters because of what happens to a player who is found to live in one of these countries. Under clauses 1.8 and 1.8.3, bets and winnings are voided and confiscated, the deposit is frozen, withheld or returned subject to fees, and no refund is made unless a regulator or court orders it. The site is offered in German and Spanish, although Germany, Spain and Mexico are on the list; clause 2.8.1 says a language option is not a sign that the casino targets that country. Canada, New Zealand and Japan do not appear on the list, and the site also has Canadian English and Canadian French versions.

One welcome bonus, four different figures

The sources disagree on the welcome offer. AskGamblers lists 125% up to 3,000 USDT plus 100 spins on the first deposit with a 300 USDT minimum and 40x on the bonus. CasinoGuru shows packs in Canadian dollars, such as 100% up to C$1,300 plus 40 spins and 125% up to C$4,000 plus 100 spins. The profile data says 350% up to 7,000 USDT plus 260 spins. The bonus page has the details.

68 providers, a sportsbook and thin responsible gambling tools

CasinoGuru counts 68 game providers, among them NetEnt, Nolimit City, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil and Hacksaw. AskGamblers counts 34. Categories include slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, live shows and a sportsbook. CasinoGuru counts 83 payment methods, AskGamblers 23, so a player should check the cashier for their country before relying on either number.

Support is by live chat around the clock according to both review sites, and by e-mail at support@weiss.bet.

The responsible gaming policy offers a cooling-off period and self-exclusion for 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or for life, both requested by e-mail to support. A self-exclusion cannot be revoked or shortened, and reopening afterwards needs a written request followed by a 72-hour cooling-off. The policy text describes no deposit or loss limits. AskGamblers lists self-exclusion as the only tool present, and CasinoGuru notes limited responsible gambling options.

27 or 30 complaints, and 3,000 USDT from Comoros

CasinoGuru's file records 27 complaints: 14 resolved and 13 rejected. Its newer record, dated 15 October 2026, shows 30: 1 open, 15 resolved and 14 rejected. AskGamblers lists 11 complaints, all resolved. Trustpilot shows 4.6 stars from 172 reviews.

Three CasinoGuru cases show where the friction sits. A player from Comoros had a 3,000 USDT withdrawal delayed, resolved after the complaint team stepped in, on 15 February 2026. A player from Lebanon reported repeated delays on a €500 withdrawal despite a stated 3-business-day timeframe, on 27 February 2026; the player stopped responding. A player from Portugal had a bonus of 78 USDC blocked on 30 October 2025 and the case was closed. AskGamblers lists a 1,650 USDT crypto withdrawal pending for 4 days in October 2024 and a 140 USDT bank withdrawal that sat in processing for 9 days.

All six cases above concern a withdrawal or a bonus. AskGamblers marks all 11 of its complaints as resolved, and CasinoGuru marks 13 or 14 as rejected, depending on the record.

Who Weiss suits and who should look elsewhere

Weiss suits a player who deposits and withdraws in crypto, expects to withdraw less than 10,000 USDT a month, lives outside all 69 listed countries, and keeps the registered e-mail inbox open so a 14-day verification request is never missed. The 845 AskGamblers reviews averaging 9.6 out of 10 and the 4.6 Trustpilot score point to satisfied players.

It is a poor fit for a player who might win more than 4,000 USDT in a week and wants it quickly, who plans to leave a balance untouched for 180 days, who wants deposit and loss limits in the account, or who needs a clear answer on who the operator is. A player from any of the 69 listed countries should not register, because the balance and winnings can be confiscated.
