The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
GGBET runs under a different name from the one the review sites print. Its own terms name MJMotion Ltd. of Saint Lucia as operator, licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under License No 0000133, while CasinoGuru and AskGamblers still list River Entertainment B.V. and a Curacao licence. The terms publish a EUR 5 minimum deposit, a EUR 50,000 daily payout cap, a 1x rollover and a 20% fee if you stake less than 2x your deposit, but no weekly or monthly withdrawal amount. CasinoGuru records 415 complaints (282 resolved, 129 rejected); Trustpilot shows 1.4 and 2.7 on two profiles.
MJMotion Ltd., Saint Lucia, and why the review sites disagree
Clause 1.1 of the gg.bet terms says the website is owned and operated by MJMotion Ltd., registration number 2025-00817, a company registered in Saint Lucia with its address at Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet. It is licensed and regulated by the Tobique Gaming Commission under License No 0000133. Payments are processed by a payment agent, Zenvorix Ltd of Limassol, Cyprus (company number HE 488321). The bonus and responsible-gaming pages are dated 18 September 2026, so the operator information is recent.
CasinoGuru and AskGamblers still name River Entertainment B.V. in Curacao, with 2016 as the founding year. CasinoGuru shows the Curacao number OGL/2024/688/0234 in its October 2026 record and no number in May. None of that appears in the official terms, which means the licence data on the review sites should be treated as out of date, or as describing an earlier version of the site. Disputes go to the courts of Tobique under clause 11.5, and the Tobique Gaming Commission says it does not resolve individual player disputes.
Complaints go first to support and then to complaints@gg.bet, with a final answer aimed within 30 business days (clause 11.2). Thirty business days is about six calendar weeks. The footer of the site links 8 policies, from General T&C and AML/KYC to a Complaints & Arbitration Policy, and the site claims sports betting on more than 30 disciplines and about 20 eSports titles.
The EUR 50,000 daily payout cap, and the weekly and monthly limits that have no number
Withdrawals can only be requested through the website, not by phone, email or live chat (T&C 5.10.1). The same clause says they are subject to predetermined weekly and monthly limits, but none of the casino's pages gives an amount for them. What the payment policy does give is a maximum payout of EUR 50,000 per day (clause 3.14.12), a maximum of USD 50,000 per ticket (3.14.10) and a EUR 200 cap on payouts from free spins (3.14.11).
That makes two second-hand figures hard to rely on. AskGamblers lists EUR 9,000 per transaction and CasinoGuru mentions a EUR 5,000 monthly limit for certain players. Neither number is in the official text. A EUR 9,000 win against the CasinoGuru figure would take two months, but against the official EUR 50,000 daily cap it would be one day, so the weekly and monthly limits that the terms mention but do not state are the number to ask support about before depositing.
Processing time is not fixed either. Clause 5.10.4 says timeframes are decided case by case and that extra checks run in non-fixed timeframes. AskGamblers gives 0 to 72 hours of pending time and 0 to 1 hours for e-wallets, 2 to 7 days for banks and cards, and CasinoGuru says players report 10 to 25 days or more. The casino itself gives no number.
Minimum deposit EUR 5, no currency conversion, and a 20% fee on low turnover
The payment policy sets the minimum deposit at EUR 5 (clause 3.3). CasinoGuru's EUR 10 and EUR 15 are minimums for bonus offers, not for the account. Currency conversion is not available (3.7): a deposit in one currency only opens the games that support that currency. Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods in your own name (3.11), balances earn no interest and are not insured (3.5), and chargebacks are waived by depositing (3.4).
The clause that costs money is 3.14.13. Before any withdrawal you must stake the deposit at least once (1x). If the total staked is under twice the deposit (2x), the company may deduct an administrative fee of 20% of the amount you withdraw, with a minimum of USD 0.50. Deposit EUR 200, win up to EUR 600, stake only EUR 300 in total and withdraw EUR 600: 300 is 1.5x the deposit, so the fee can be EUR 120. Staking EUR 400 (2x) avoids it. Sports bets at odds below 1.5 and casino bets with minimal or no risk do not count toward the rollover.
Refunds are narrow. A request must reach support within 24 hours of the transaction, the reply is aimed within 10 business days, and a deposit that has been used to bet, or any bonus, is not refundable (3.13). If the casino asks for documents for a refund, they are due within 30 days or the account is closed and the funds forfeited.
Verification: EUR 2,000, 30 days, or the first withdrawal, whichever comes first
The AML and KYC policy (clause 6.2) requires identity verification at whichever of three points is reached first: 30 days after the first deposit, cumulative deposits of EUR 2,000, or the first withdrawal. The payment policy (3.14.9) words the second trigger as EUR 2,000 of cumulative deposits within any rolling 180 days, or at the company's discretion.
Documents are a copy or photo of an ID, a selfie holding the documents with the registration email, the date of the request and a confirmation code written by hand, and, where applicable, an address document such as a utility or phone bill. After uploading, the status becomes Temporarily Approved, the KYC team aims to review within 24 hours, and a Temporarily Approved user cannot withdraw (6.12.2 and 6.12.3). A failed check blocks both deposits and withdrawals (6.12.5).
Above EUR 10,000 of transactions in 30 days the policy adds enhanced due diligence: proof of address dated within three months and proof of source of funds and wealth (7.2 and 7.3). Source of funds can also be requested at any time under T&C 3.19. This matches CasinoGuru's verification cons (delays, rejected documents, blocked accounts), while the three-week withdrawal wait that a Trustpilot reviewer described on 31 March 2026 is one reviewer's claim and is not checked. Using a VPN or proxy can get an account suspended.
Rules that can cost a balance: dormancy, restricted jurisdictions and bonus limits
An account is dormant after 6 months without a deposit, withdrawal or bet, and the casino must give at least 14 days of written notice by email first (T&C 4.1 to 4.3). No dormancy fee amount is stated. One account is allowed per person, household or address, phone, email and IP, and masking an IP to register is prohibited (3.4).
Clause 2.3 lists the Excluded Jurisdictions whose residents may not open accounts or deposit: Afghanistan, the Canadian provinces of New Brunswick and Ontario, China, Cuba, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, the UK, the USA, Yemen and Venezuela. That is 21 countries and 2 provinces, and the company may change the list without notice. The AML policy repeats it without Ukraine and adds countries on the FATF blacklist. The profile data lists 43 codes, including France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands and Australia, which the terms do not name, so that list cannot be used as the official one. Clause 2.4 warns that game providers may block some games for players in restricted-access places.
The bonus policy keeps the general rules short: wagering must be finished within 10 days for casino bonuses and 30 days for sports bonuses or both bonus and winnings are forfeited (1.9), only one bonus is active at a time (1.12), casino bonuses cannot be wagered in the live casino or on table games (1.19), some providers count 50% and instant games 10% (1.20), and trying to withdraw early forfeits the bonus (1.10). The 40x and EUR 5 maximum bet that CasinoGuru lists are offer terms, not general terms, and the bonus page covers them.
97 providers, 89 providers, and a sportsbook first
CasinoGuru counts 97 game providers, among them NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play'n GO, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, Push Gaming and Hacksaw, and calls the casino Gamecheck certified. AskGamblers lists 89 providers and marks it as eCOGRA approved. Both are second-hand and the official pages give no game count. The site is built around sports and eSports, with about 20 eSports titles in its footer including Dota 2, Counter-Strike, League of Legends and Valorant.
Four limit tools by request, and the track record in numbers
Responsible gambling is handled through support. The terms (10.2) allow a deposit limit per day, week or month, a loss limit and a session or time limit; a reduction takes effect at once and an increase waits for a 24-hour cooling-off period. Self-exclusion is indefinite, requested from support, blocks deposits and bets while leaving the balance withdrawable, and reopening needs a 24-hour cool-off (3.16). Permanent blocking is for gambling addiction (3.18). AskGamblers marks only 1 or 3 of 10 tools depending on the record, so the official four are more than it records.
CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.2 in May and 9.1 in October, a Mixed user rating from 119 reviews, and 415 complaints: 4 open, 282 resolved and 129 rejected, which is 68% and 31%. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 5.5 then 5.7, a player rating of 8.4 from 59 reviews and 77 complaints with a one-day average response. Trustpilot shows 1.4 from 145 reviews on the unclaimed ggbet.com profile and 2.7 from 3,074 on gg.bet. Support is live chat 24/7 (CasinoGuru: 15 website languages, 8 support languages), with support@gg.bet for email.
Who GGBET suits, and who should read clause 3.14.13 first
It suits a player who bets on football or eSports and uses the casino on the same account, who stakes at least twice what they deposit, and who lives outside the 21 countries and 2 provinces on the official list. A EUR 5 minimum deposit and a EUR 50,000 daily payout cap leave room for small and mid-sized accounts.
It suits poorly a player who deposits, plays little and withdraws, because the 20% fee applies below 2x turnover. It also suits poorly a player who needs a stated weekly or monthly withdrawal amount, since the terms refer to limits without printing them, and a player who relies on the Curacao licence on the review sites, because the official operator and licence differ. 129 of 415 CasinoGuru complaints were rejected.
