Yes, you can pay at most of our casinos with Neteller: 85 of our 116 partner casinos accept Neteller deposits, 82 of them pay winnings back to it, and 107 of the 224 review-only casinos we track list it as a deposit method. On a €100 top-up the card route costs €2.50, so €97.50 is left to play with. Topping up €40 every week by card costs €52 in fees over 52 weeks. Bank transfer is also listed at 2.5%, so it saves nothing over a card.
Casino payments in and out: 0% at Neteller, limits set by clause 6.13
In our data, 169 of the 192 casinos that accept Neteller also pay withdrawals to it. The fastest crypto and e-wallet payouts come from StarGames (Instant).
Neteller lists withdrawals to merchant sites, which is how a casino payment is booked, at 0%. The same line adds that these payments are "subject to minimum and maximum limits" under clause 6.13 of the Terms of Use. The fee page gives no figures, so the per-payment minimum and maximum for casinos are not stated.

Moving a casino win from Neteller to your bank is where the fee page is unclear. It lists "Bank Transfer 10 USD" and, on the same page, a fee of 1.75% or a minimum of USD 3.50 "effective 12 January 2026". The page does not say which one applies now, so we report both.
Under the 1.75% rule a $500 withdrawal costs $8.75 and a $100 withdrawal costs the $3.50 minimum, which is 3.5% of it. The two meet at $200. The flat rule would charge $10 on each. How many days the bank transfer takes is not stated on Neteller's help pages.
Other ways out cost more: Member Wire $12.75, a transfer to Skrill 3.49%, and a crypto wallet 2% plus network and conversion fees.
Exchange at up to 3.99% and the $5 monthly inactivity charge
If your Neteller balance and your casino account use different currencies, Neteller charges up to 3.99% per transaction, and VIP members as little as 1%. Converting a €500 payout at 3.99% costs €19.95, and the 1.75% bank fee on what is left comes on top, so more than 5% of the win is gone before it reaches your bank.
A wallet you stop using costs money too. There is no fee while you log in or transact at least every 6 months; after that Neteller deducts USD 5.00 a month. Twelve months without a login means 6 charged months, or $30.

Five casinos that give no welcome bonus on a Neteller deposit
Nomini excludes Neteller and Skrill deposits from its casino welcome, sportsbook welcome and live casino cashback. Wazamba's sports welcome terms say "Deposits via Skrill or Neteller shall not be considered qualifying deposits". Gambling block, verification and penalty fees
Neteller has an optional gambling block that declines wallet payments to gambling merchants, also on the Net+ card. Payouts from casinos still arrive, and switching the block off takes 48 hours to work, so a player who turns it on cannot undo it the same evening.
Verification asks for an ID photo plus a selfie, your source of wealth, and proof of address (JPG, PNG or PDF) for the highest limits; the limit amounts are not published.
Penalty fees are high for small players: up to $150 for untruthful information or a prohibited transaction, $25 per reversal attempt and £25 per chargeback.
