BetFlag S.p.A., concession 16008, Italy only

The general conditions name BetFlag S.p.A., VAT number 15432831004, registered in Rome, as operator, authorised by the Agenzia delle Dogane e dei Monopoli (ADM) under concession 16008, which CasinoGuru lists as verified. The earlier concession was GAD 15007, and the page on the new concession says players had to accept an updated game contract and set new deposit, spend and time limits at the first login after 13 November.

There is no list of restricted countries, because this is a domestic ADM account tied to an Italian fiscal code, and clause 2 allows one game account per person and bars registering again under another name or email.

Deposits are not withdrawable cash: clause 5

Clause 5 says that sums paid in as deposits are withdrawable only if the contract ends; what a player can withdraw is winnings.

The payments page lists Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter, instant bank transfer, OnShop vouchers, Paysafecard and BetFlag top-up cards in €10, €25, €50 and €100 sold at Epay outlets. Cards and Postepay are credited immediately, an instant bank transfer only after the money shows on BetFlag's BancoPosta account, and top-up cards, OnShop and Paysafecard only after the ID is validated.

Withdrawals: 11 months, one request at a time

A card can receive a payout only if it was used to deposit in the last 11 months, and Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and MuchBetter work only if they were used to deposit, as does a bank transfer; a new card becomes available for withdrawal after a first deposit of €5 or more (FAQ).

BetFlag's 'Prelievo Immediato' processes a request instantly, but only from the second withdrawal and only for Postepay, Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and the four e-wallets. Only one request can be in processing at a time, so raising the amount means reversing the open request ('STORNA') and filing a new one, and the account must have a validated mobile number and no linked accounts. A domiciled transfer is collected at a post office about 4 days after processing, counted in working days, and bank transfers follow the player's bank. The pages state no minimum withdrawal, no daily or monthly ceiling and no fee.

The €500,000 cap per 24 hours

Clause 18 says total winnings per game account may not exceed €500,000 'nell'arco delle 24 ore' (in 24 hours), and BetFlag may decline to pay above it. Lottery games such as Lotto and SuperEnalotto are exempt, so a single casino win of €750,000 would exceed the clause as written.

Bonus rules bite more often: clause 13 says bonuses are never withdrawable, and clauses 13 and 17 let BetFlag refuse or reverse a bonus, and the winnings from it, for irregular or speculative play or linked accounts. Clause 6 allows suspension without notice or reason, and clause 4 refunds nothing when BetFlag closes an account for proven fraud.

ID upload: 30 days, then up to 60 days of suspension

Under clause 3, if no ID arrives 'entro 30 giorni' (within 30 days) of registration, the account is suspended 'per un massimo di 60 giorni' (for up to 60 days) and the contract then ends under article 10 of the game contract, so 90 days is the longest the account can stay open without an ID.

Until BetFlag holds both sides of the ID used at registration the player can play and win but not withdraw, and clause 5 lets BetFlag ask for extra documents and choose the withdrawal method itself when alert indicators are active.

Money left behind: 36 months and three years

Clause 4 gives a player who closes the account 36 months to withdraw the winnings part of the balance, and clause 5 treats an account as inactive three years after its last operation, with the balance going to the state treasury in both cases.

A daily deposit limit is set at registration and can be raised only 'a distanza di 7 giorni' (7 days) after the last change, though lowered at any time (clause 2).

83 providers, headline bonuses and daily support

CasinoGuru counts 83 game providers and 13 payment methods, and BetFlag adds sports betting, an Exchange, poker, bingo and national lotteries. Support runs 14 hours a day, from 08:00 to 22:00, through written requests in the 'Aiuto' section, plus the free number 800.900.333 from landlines and 02-91645111 from mobiles, and CasinoGuru notes that there is no 24/7 live chat.

The promotions page shows a 100% first-deposit bonus up to €5,000 on slots and up to €3,000 on casino and live casino, and registration bonuses of €5,000 on slots and €1,000 each on casino and live casino, so the three first-deposit offers add up to €11,000 and the three registration offers to €7,000.

CasinoGuru's page, taken on 16 October 2026, shows 16 complaints: 12 rejected (75%), 3 resolved (18.8%), 1 unresolved (6.3%) and none open. It rates the terms fair with 0 unfair points, finds no blacklist entry and puts revenue above €20,000,000. The summary gives no amounts, countries or dates for individual cases, and AskGamblers has no review.

Trustpilot is lower: 2.4 stars from 1,609 reviews, against 9.8 on CasinoGuru. Complaints go to reclami@betflag.it, and since 10 September 2026 also through the ADM reporting portal.

Who BetFlag suits and who should avoid it

It suits a player in Italy with an Italian fiscal code who wants 83 providers, a casino and sportsbook under one account and a Lottomatica-owned operator, and who will upload the ID within the first 30 days.

It does not suit a player who expects deposits back under clause 5, or who needs more than one withdrawal request open. Anyone looking for a published minimum, daily ceiling or fee table will not find one, and a €5,000 bonus can be lost together with its winnings under clause 17.
