Sources
The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
EvoSpin is run by Zosma LLC of Belize under an Anjouan licence, number ALSI-132405050-FI3, not by a Maltese or Curacao company as some review sites still show. Its terms, updated on 24 March 2026, set a €30 minimum withdrawal, €2,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €10,000 a month, and a €10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months. They state no maximum win. The outside record is thin and mixed: CasinoGuru gives a safety index of 7.2 and counts 14 complaints, AskGamblers has 3 resolved complaints from 9 reviews, and Trustpilot shows 2.2 of 5 from 61 reviews. This review reads the official terms and payments page against those sources.
Zosma LLC and licence ALSI-132405050-FI3: who actually runs EvoSpin
The terms name Zosma LLC, registered in Belize under number 000053334, as operator, and the licence is issued in the State of Anjouan under the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005 with the number ALSI-132405050-FI3. CasinoGuru agrees on the owner, the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority and the licence number, and dates the brand to 2021. Older data conflicts. A previous CasinoGuru record listed Bets Entertainment N.V. with Curacao and Comoros, and AskGamblers still lists N1 Interactive Ltd and the Malta Gaming Authority. The official text names the Anjouan licence.
The terms were last updated on 24 March 2026, and only the English version is binding. Complaints go first to customer support, then to internal escalation, and after that to an approved ADR provider or to the Anjouan authority, Only the account holder can complain.
€2,000 a day, €10,000 a month: what a €25,000 win means
The minimum deposit is €20 and the minimum withdrawal is €30. Withdrawals are capped at €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week and €10,000 per month, and the casino may split larger payouts into monthly instalments. A €25,000 win therefore takes 3 months to collect: €10,000, €10,000 and €5,000. At €2,000 a day the weekly cap of €5,000 is reached on day 3, and the monthly cap of €10,000 is reached in the second week, so the monthly figure is the real ceiling. AskGamblers shows a very different set of limits, €5,000 per transaction, €10,000 daily, €20,000 weekly and €60,000 monthly, and its cons list also mentions €500 a day. The terms are the official source, so their figures are the ones used here.
The terms promise processing of 0 to 48 hours, with bank transfers usually done within 3 banking days. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 1 hours, banks and cards at 1 to 5 days, and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours. A card payout could take up to 72 hours of pending plus 5 days, 8 days in all. Bank transfers are not available for USD payouts, and intermediary bank charges of up to €16 may apply, which is more than half of a €30 minimum withdrawal. Payouts go back to the original method unless extra checks allow an exception.
- Minimum deposit €20, minimum withdrawal €30
- Daily €2,000, weekly €5,000, monthly €10,000
- Processing: 0 to 48 hours, banks about 3 banking days
- Intermediary bank charge: up to €16
Ten methods on the payments page, 36 on CasinoGuru
The official payments page lists 10 entries: credit card, Jeton (shown twice), MiFinity, Interac, ByBit, Rapid Transfer, Skrill, Paysafecard and Neteller. All are marked free and instant, with a €20 minimum and a €5,000 maximum, except MiFinity at €2,500 and Interac at CAD 30 to CAD 7,500. The page does not say which of them can also be used for withdrawals. CasinoGuru counts 36 payment methods in one record and 21 in another, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Binance Coin, Dogecoin, Cardano, Litecoin, Ripple and Tron, and lists deposits and withdrawals via cryptocurrencies as a pro. The payments page names no coin. The terms mention crypto deposits and warn that a deposit below the displayed minimum is not processed and not returned.
Accepted account currencies are BGN, EUR, USD, CAD and GBP, with limits stated in EUR and converted at the daily oanda.com rate or the processor's rate, the conversion cost falling on the player. A €5,000 card deposit has to be turned over 3 times, which is €15,000 of bets, before the funds linked to it can be withdrawn. Taking out the principal at the €2,000 daily cap then needs 3 days. Third-party payments are refused and winnings may be confiscated if one is detected.
Verification: where the Austrian cases started
Verification may be requested before betting or before withdrawing. The terms ask for a photo ID (passport, driving licence or national ID) and a recent utility bill, in Latin or Cyrillic script, or a video session. A bonus-related document review is stated at up to 1 business day. Forged or fake papers lead to forfeited deposits and winnings.
The complaint record shows the pattern. CasinoGuru records a case from Austria where an account was closed after a withdrawal request, with €2,495 involved, because the documents showed signs of editing (16 January 2026). Another case from Austria, €1,369 left in an account blocked after verification, was rejected on fraud indicators (20 December 2025). Austria is on the restricted list in the terms, so both cases involve a country the casino itself excludes. Trustpilot reviews from March and April 2025 and April 2026 describe repeated document rejections before withdrawals, while one May 2025 review says verification took hours and payment under an hour.
€10 a month idle, 24 hours to ask for a refund
An account with no login for 12 consecutive months is dormant, and a fee of €10 a month (or the whole balance if it is lower) is charged while the balance is positive. A €50 balance would be gone in 5 months. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if someone else used the account. A decision may take up to 7 business days, and approved refunds are completed within 48 hours.
The terms state no maximum win, but bonus-linked winnings are capped on the promotions page: €2,650 on the three standard welcome steps and €6,500 on the High Roller steps. Bonuses and winnings can be voided for stolen cards, chargebacks, multiple accounts, false registration data or forged documents. The restricted list covers Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, and all FATF blacklisted countries. Sweden gets no bonuses. VPNs and proxies are prohibited.
142 providers on one count, 31 on another
CasinoGuru counts 142 game providers in its current record and 130 in an older one; AskGamblers lists 31. The CasinoGuru list includes Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Nolimit City, Play'n GO, BGaming, Hacksaw and Relax. Slots, live casino, crash games, jackpots and eSports betting are marked available on CasinoGuru, while AskGamblers says sports betting is not available. Live chat runs 24 hours, and CasinoGuru gives six support languages: English, French, German, Bulgarian, Slovak and Slovenian.
Welcome steps in one paragraph
The headline is 285% up to €7,500 plus 285 spins over three deposits, at 40x, with a €6.50 max bet. The bonus page has the codes and the arithmetic.
14 complaints or 158: the CasinoGuru record
CasinoGuru's current record shows 14 complaints, 5 resolved and 9 rejected, a safety index of 7.2 (Above average) and terms rated somewhat unfair with 4 issues. An earlier record showed 158 complaints with 95 resolved and 52 unresolved, so the counts cannot both be current. Among the cases is a crypto deposit of 0.032969 BNB that had not arrived after 6 days (7 April 2026). AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8 and a player rating of 8.1 from 9 reviews, with 3 complaints, all resolved: a €7,300 withdrawal delay in Germany in January 2025, a missing €25 deposit and a $60 ecoPayz deposit from May 2021.
Trustpilot shows 2.2 of 5 from 61 reviews, against 2.9 from 59 in an earlier record. Responsible gambling tools also conflict. The terms mention only self-exclusion by email to support, taking effect within 24 hours. CasinoGuru's older record found no tools at all, while AskGamblers ticks 8 of 10, so a player who wants deposit limits should confirm them in the account before depositing.
Who EvoSpin suits and who should stay away
It suits a player outside the restricted markets who deposits €20 to €500, uses an e-wallet and withdraws small amounts, since a €200 request is far below the €2,000 daily cap. It suits less a player expecting a regulated licence, a payout above €10,000 a month or crypto withdrawals, since the payments page lists no coin. Players in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Spain, the UK and the USA are excluded by the terms. Anyone who might leave the account idle for a year should withdraw first, because the €10 monthly fee starts after 12 months.
