The terms also exclude players from the UK, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain and France, and review sites disagree about who runs the casino.
Three deposits make 285%: the codes and the spin games
The headline is a sum, not one offer. Step 1 (code EVOFRST) gives 125% up to €2,500 plus 125 free spins in Candy Monsta by BGaming, on the first deposit only. Step 2 (code EVOSCND) gives 75% up to €2,500 plus 75 spins in Fruit Million, on the second deposit only. Step 3 (code EVOTHRD) gives 85% up to €2,500 plus 85 spins in Bonanza Billion, on the third deposit only. Each step can be claimed once per player. Adding 125, 75 and 85 gives the 285 in the banner, and 3 x €2,500 gives the €7,500.
The minimum deposit is €20 for all three steps. The spin games are named, so the spins cannot be moved to another slot. The promotions page does not state a validity period in days for the welcome steps, so we cannot tell you how long the spins or the bonus stay active. How much you must deposit to reach the €2,500 cap
The cap on each step is €2,500, so the deposit that fills it depends on the percentage. For step 1 at 125%, a deposit of €2,000 is enough (2,500 divided by 1.25). A €20 deposit gives €25 of bonus and a €100 deposit gives €125. Anything above €2,000 on that step earns no extra bonus.

40x on €25 is €1,000 of bets, and the €6.50 limit
Deposit bonuses carry wagering of 40x the bonus amount. A €20 deposit on step 1 gives a €25 bonus, so the target is €1,000 of bets. At the maximum bet of €6.50 that is at least 154 spins. A €250 High Roller deposit gives €375 of bonus and a target of €15,000, with a higher maximum bet of €25 on those steps.
Free spin winnings are wagered 30x, in games that are not restricted for wagering. Slots count 100% towards the requirement. Table, live and lottery games count 5% on most bonuses, and 0% on Evo Free Spins and Bonus Cancellation. The terms also say a player must wager the deposit 3 times before withdrawing. A list of excluded games is not published on the promotions page, only the rule that bets in excluded games do not count.
The €2,650 withdrawal cap on a €2,500 bonus
The maximum you can withdraw from the bonus and its free spins is €2,650 on steps 1 to 3 and €6,500 on the High Roller steps. On a step with a €2,500 bonus, that leaves only €150 of room above the bonus itself, so the spin winnings are almost fully limited. Free spin value is capped at 150 on steps 1 to 3.

CasinoGuru lists the cashback with a €5 maximum bet. Bonus Cancellation credits back 100% of a withdrawal of at least €200, up to €1,500, at 40x.
No no-deposit bonus, and a country list that excludes the UK, Germany and the Netherlands
Searches for an EvoSpin no deposit bonus are common, but none exists. The promotions page lists 10 offers and every one needs a deposit or a withdrawal first. We found no public free-spin code without a deposit.
The official terms restrict Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, the USA and its territories, and all FATF blacklisted countries. Zosma LLC in Anjouan, or N1 and Malta: the licence conflict
The official footer and terms name Zosma LLC of Belize (registration 000053334), licensed in the State of Anjouan under licence ALSI-132405050-FI3. CasinoGuru agrees, naming Zosma LLC and the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority. AskGamblers still lists N1 Interactive Ltd. and a Malta Gaming Authority licence, and an older CasinoGuru record named Bets Entertainment N.V. with Curacao and Comoros. The Malta data looks outdated, so we use the official version. An Anjouan licence is a weaker regulator than the MGA.
The official withdrawal limits are €30 minimum, €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week and €10,000 per month. AskGamblers lists much higher limits and a Malta-era text mentions €500 per day, so the three sources disagree and we use the official figures.
Verification delays and closed accounts in the complaints

Trustpilot gives evospin.com 2.2 of 5 from 61 reviews in its later record, against 2.9 from 59 in an older one. The sampled 1-star reviews describe repeated document rejection before withdrawals. The theme is verification and withdrawal delay, not wagering disputes.
