How we rate casinos: the full method

7Bit Casino (7bitcasino.com) is a crypto-first Curacao casino whose current terms, version 1.0 effective 15.06.2026, set withdrawal caps of CA$20,000 a week and CA$80,000 a month, a 12-month dormancy fee of at least CA$50 and a verification trigger at CA$4,000 of cumulative payments. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 9.5 with 1 complaint, AskGamblers a player rating of 7.7 from 260 ratings and Trustpilot 4.2 from 2,387 reviews. The weak points are on paper: three different operator names across sources, a restricted list of 227 entries and a KYC review window of up to 30 working days.

Kika Technology, Scores55 Tech or Dama: three names for one operator

Clause 1.1 of the casino's terms (version 1.0, effective and last updated 15.06.2026) says 7bitcasino.com is operated by Kika Technology B.V., Curacao, company number 16498, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2023/147/0081. The copyright line on the same page gives the number as 164980, one digit different from the clause.

The casino's own About us page names a different company: Scores55 Tech B.V., number 162990, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, licence OGL/2024/1307/0748. AskGamblers also names Scores55 Tech B.V., while CasinoGuru and LCB name Dama N.V. Three company names and two licence numbers appear in total, so a player who needs to name the right operator in a complaint should copy the name from the terms version that applies on the day of registration.

The brand dates from 2014 according to the About us page, which also claims players from 250 countries. No sister casinos are named in the material read.

CA$20,000 a week and CA$80,000 a month

Clause 9.10 caps withdrawals at CA$20,000 per week, counted from the first successful payment of that week, and CA$80,000 per calendar month. Clause 9.11 adds that a balance above CA$80,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of at most CA$80,000. A CA$100,000 win therefore needs at least five weekly payments, and the monthly cap pushes the last CA$20,000 into the following month if the first payment lands late in a month.

The profile data disagrees with the terms: it lists a monthly limit of €40,000, and also a weekly limit of €10,000. The terms are the newer source, but the conflict shows that the figure has changed at some point and that older reviews quote older numbers.

The minimum deposit is CA$20 and the minimum withdrawal is CA$40, both varying by method (clauses 9.7 and 9.9). Amounts above a single method's limit are paid in instalments. Crypto deposits carry no deposit limits (clause 9.8). All outgoing payments go back to the original source of funds where possible (clause 9.4), and third-party payment accounts are prohibited, with winnings from third-party deposits voided (clause 9.3).

A deposit must be wagered 3 times, or 10 times on live games

Clause 9.14 requires every deposit to be wagered at least 3 times, and table and live games at least 10 times, before the casino stops being able to cancel payments. On a CA$100 deposit that is CA$300 of slot play, or CA$1,000 on roulette or live blackjack. A player who deposits and wants the money back after a few spins is covered by this clause, not only by bonus rules.

Refund requests are only considered within the first 24 hours of a transaction, or within 30 calendar days if the player alleges someone else used the account (clause 13.1). Costs of a refund fall on the player (clause 13.5). Initiating a chargeback is itself listed among the suspected-fraud triggers in clause 10.2.

Verification at CA$4,000, with up to 30 working days to review

Clause 9.2 makes verification obligatory once cumulative payments reach CA$4,000, but clause 8.8 lets the casino ask earlier: at registration, before a deposit or withdrawal, when payment details change or when activity looks unusual. The documents are an ID, proof of address no older than 90 days and proof of payment, with source of funds, source of wealth, video or biometric checks possible (clauses 8.7 and 8.12).

Clause 8.5 states that review of the documents may take up to 30 working days after everything has been supplied, which is six weeks of five working days. If the casino cannot reach the player within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked (clause 8.12), and details that do not match the passport let the casino close the account and cancel the balance (clause 8.4). Stack the periods and a first cashout can take six weeks of review plus the payout time listed by AskGamblers: 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 5 days for cards and 1 to 7 days for bank transfers.

CA$50 a month after 12 months, and 227 restricted countries

An account with no login for 12 consecutive months becomes dormant, and the casino may charge a monthly fee of at least CA$50 while the balance is positive (clauses 14.1 and 14.2). A CA$300 balance is gone in six months of fees. The fee stops when the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero.

The restricted list in clause 3.4 has 227 entries and includes Estonia, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, Poland, Sweden, Japan, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Turkey and Vietnam. Germany, Finland and Norway do not appear in it. A separate Evolution, NetEnt and Red Tiger section (clause 4.3.1) lists 22 territories in Group A, among them Australia, Canada by IP, Brazil, Denmark, Greece and Czechia, and Myanmar in Group B. Winnings from bonuses issued to a restricted country are void (clause 3.3), no refund is guaranteed if a violation is found at verification (clause 3.2), and using a VPN to get round a provider block can lead to confiscation of winnings (clause 4.2).

Other clauses that remove money: duplicate accounts are cancelled with winnings voided (clause 7.2), wrongly credited funds stay with the casino and must be reported within 24 hours (clauses 2.4 and 2.5), and systematic low-risk roulette play that covers 70% or more of the table to disguise funds is listed as a fraud trigger (clause 10.2).

Over 10,000 games, 117 providers and a 12-level VIP ladder

The home page claims over 10,000 games, while the older About us page says over 7000 and more than 100 providers, among them NetEnt, BGaming, Evolution, Microgaming, Playtech, Ezugi, Amatic and Betsoft. CasinoGuru counts 117 providers. Live chat runs 24 hours a day according to CasinoGuru, and the About us page says email and live chat are staffed around the clock.

Payments cover 24 deposit methods in the profile data, 9 of them cryptocurrencies including Binance Pay, and 19 withdrawal methods. The terms list 17 currencies, from EUR, USD, CAD, AUD and NZD to BTC, ETH, LTC, SOL and USDC. The About us page claims bitcoin withdrawals take under ten minutes; that is the casino's own statement and the terms give no processing time.

The VIP page lists 12 levels. Weekly cashback is 5% on levels 1 to 5, 10% on levels 6 to 9, 15% on levels 10 and 11 and 20% on level 12, and the cashback wagering falls from x35 at level 1 to x1 at level 12. Level-up bonuses reach CA$4,000 at level 12. Redeemable comp points come at 1 per CA$30 wagered, and 100 points are worth CA$2 at level 1 and CA$3 at level 12.

Welcome offers: three different headlines

The home page showed 325% up to CA$10,800 plus 250 free spins in late September 2026. AskGamblers lists 100% up to €400 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, 75% up to €600 on the second, 50% up to €400 on the third and 100% up to €4,000 plus 50 spins on the fourth. The three headlines do not match, which is a reason to read the bonus page for current terms.

1 complaint at CasinoGuru, 7.7 at AskGamblers, 4.2 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 9.5, tier Very high, with terms rated fair and a single complaint. AskGamblers gives 7.7 from 260 player ratings and a casino rank of 8.2. Trustpilot shows 4.2 from 2,387 reviews. With one complaint at CasinoGuru there are no individual payout cases to quote, and the sources read do not list any.

The complaints route in clause 15 gives the casino 1 week to confirm receipt and 4 weeks to answer, extendable once by up to 4 more weeks, and complaints must be filed within 6 months of the issue (clause 15.1). The player can then go to an independent ADR provider (clause 15.4).

Who 7Bit suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a crypto player outside the 227 restricted countries who wins well under CA$20,000 a week, is ready to send ID, proof of address and proof of payment, and plays at least 3 times through each deposit. It is a poor fit for a player who may win over CA$80,000 in a month, for anyone who would leave a balance untouched for 12 months, for residents of Estonia, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands or Poland, and for anyone who needs a payout within days and cannot wait out a review window of up to 30 working days.
