The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
AzurSlot's terms set withdrawal limits per transaction, per day and per month on a 15-level ladder: €1,000, €1,000 and €10,000 for Levels 1 to 7, up to €4,000, €4,000 and €50,000 at Level 15. They list 170 countries where players cannot register, among them Estonia, the UK, France, Belgium and India, charge €10 a month on accounts dormant for 6 months, and give 30 days to complete verification. The terms name no operator or licence number: CasinoGuru and AskGamblers say GBL Solutions N.V., licence OGL/2024/589/0556, launched in 2025. CasinoGuru labels it a Fresh casino with a Safety Index of 7.6, with 1 complaint of €300 on file.
A Cyprus company in the terms, GBL Solutions N.V. on the review sites
Clause 1.1 of the terms describes the website as owned and operated by a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus with its principal place of business in Nicosia, while all gambling services are provided by a parent company with its registered address in Curacao, under an eGaming licence from the Government of Curacao. No company name, registration number or licence number is given in the terms, the bonus terms or the responsible gaming page. CasinoGuru names GBL Solutions N.V. as both owner and operator and gives the licence as Curacao Gaming Authority, number OGL/2024/589/0556. AskGamblers names the same company and writes the licensor as the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Both date the casino to 2025, so on 31 October 2026 it is under 2 years old, with a CasinoRank of 7.3 at AskGamblers.
CasinoGuru puts annual revenue below €1,000,000 and calls AzurSlot one of the smaller online casinos. Its Safety Index is 7.6 with the tier Fresh casino, and it found 0 unfair clauses in the terms and 0 blacklist entries. The Cyprus company in the terms does not appear on either review site, so which entity a player contracts with is not settled by the casino's own pages.
€1,000 a day at Level 1, and a 15-level ladder up to €50,000 a month
Clause 9.2 gives limits per transaction, per day and per month in euro for 15 levels. Levels 1 to 7 are the same: €1,000, €1,000 and €10,000. Level 8 raises the month to €20,000, Level 9 gives €1,500, €1,500 and €20,000, Level 10 €1,500, €1,500 and €30,000, Level 11 €2,000, €2,000 and €30,000, Level 12 €2,000, €2,000 and €40,000, Level 13 €3,000, €3,000 and €40,000, Level 14 €3,000, €3,000 and €50,000, and Level 15 €4,000, €4,000 and €50,000. Parallel ladders exist in Canadian, Australian and New Zealand dollars, zloty, krone, Danish krone, Swiss franc and forint. The terms do not say how a player climbs the levels.
AskGamblers lists €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €10,000 per month and counts that as its only con, and the profile data repeats the three figures; the terms put the first two at €1,000 for Level 1, while the monthly €10,000 is confirmed. At €1,000 a day a €2,000 win takes 2 days to withdraw, a €10,000 balance takes 10 days, which is also when the €10,000 monthly cap is reached, and a €25,000 win needs 2.5 months at Level 1 and 7 days at Level 15. With the review sites' €500 limit the same €10,000 would take 20 days.
The minimum withdrawal is €10 by bank transfer, €50 by crypto and €20 by other methods (clause 9.3). Clause 9.2 says limits apply once the KYC, AML and compliance checks are complete, and the financial department handles requests Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2). Clause 9.2 also allows 3 simultaneous withdrawal requests. AskGamblers gives 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 1 to 7 days for bank transfer and a pending time of 1 to 5 days, so a bank withdrawal that sits 5 days pending and then takes 7 days to arrive is 12 days, and the weekday-only desk can add 2 more for a request filed on Friday evening. Cards and cheques are listed as not offered for withdrawal in the profile data.
24 methods on AskGamblers, 42 on CasinoGuru
AskGamblers lists 24 methods: Visa, MasterCard, bank wire, Rapid Transfer, Zimpler, Paysafecard, MiFinity, Neteller, Skrill, CASHlib, eZeeWallet, Interac, Neosurf, AstroPay Card and ten crypto routes: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Tether, Litecoin, TRON, Ripple, Dogecoin, Cardano and USD Coin. CasinoGuru counts 42 and adds a run of Finnish banks, among them Nordea, S-Pankki, OP Bank, Aktia and Danske Bank, plus Revolut, Wise, Binance Pay, Solana and Toncoin.
The profile data lists 19 currencies: euros, Canadian dollars, Danish krone, Hungarian forints, New Zealand dollars, Norwegian kroner, Polish zlotys, Swiss francs, Australian dollars and 10 crypto currencies, which matches the fiat ladders in clause 9.2. A withdrawal normally goes back by the deposit method, and the casino may choose another (clause 9.3). If bets from the real balance are below 3 times the deposit at the time of the request, the casino may withhold up to 10% of the withdrawal, which is €50 on a €500 payout, and clause 9.6 reserves a processing fee for withdrawals. CasinoGuru's cons are that not all payment methods work in all countries and that not all terms are translated into every language option.
30 days to send documents, and 170 countries where registration is barred
Under clause 2.5 verification is required after a withdrawal request or when the Risk Department asks for it. All documents must arrive within 30 calendar days of the request, and if they do not, winnings are confiscated and the account is permanently closed. Once the file is complete the review typically takes up to 3 business days, or up to 72 hours, with the KYC desk open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2). Clause 2.5.1 allows a video verification, and failing it can cost all winnings and the account. The document list in clause 9.2 is long: a passport or driving licence, copies of the card used with the middle 6 digits and CVV hidden, a bank account screenshot with IBAN and BIC, an e-wallet screenshot, possibly a selfie with the passport, and a utility bill not older than 3 months. So a first withdrawal can take up to 3 business days of review plus the weekday-only financial desk. Clause 14.7 adds that the casino may void winnings and forfeit the balance if it believes the player used a VPN or forged documents.
Clause 2.7 lists 170 countries and territories where online gambling is described as illegal and accounts cannot be created, and the casino may suspend accounts of residents and cancel their deposits and bets. They include Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belgium, France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom (Great Britain), Cyprus, Romania, Bulgaria, Malta, Slovakia, Turkey, India, China, Japan, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Russia, Ukraine, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and the United States. Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Italy and Poland are not on the list. CasinoGuru's list of 42 methods includes Finnish banks and 11 website languages. Providers may add their own restrictions (clause 2.8).
A 45x welcome pack, €50 minimum, and the €5 bet and 10x deposit cap
AskGamblers lists the welcome steps as 100% up to €300 plus 100 free spins, 70% up to €700 plus 75 spins and 80% up to €500 plus 75 spins, each at 45x with a €50 minimum deposit. Together they add up to €1,500 of match money and 250 spins, and claiming every step in full takes deposits of €300, €1,000 and €625, which is €1,925. A reload gives 40% up to €300 from €20, and a high roller offer gives 75% up to €1,500 from €200, both at 45x. The bonus page has the full offer.
The bonus terms page sets the rules that apply on top: a bonus must be activated within 48 hours of being credited and is valid for 5 days after activation, the maximum bet is €5 while a bonus is active, including bonus buys, and withdrawal of cash-bonus winnings is limited to 10 times the deposit. No-deposit winnings from registration can be withdrawn only up to €50 and free-spin winnings up to €100. Slots count 100%, eligible instant games 10%, roulette 5% and other games 0%, and live dealer, table games and jackpots cannot be played with an active bonus. If the 45x applies to a €300 bonus alone, the wagering is €13,500, which at €5 a bet is 2,700 bets in 5 days, or 540 a day. A withdrawal request before the wagering is met cancels the bonus and its winnings.
120 providers against 55, and what is missing
CasinoGuru counts 120 providers, among them NetEnt, Novomatic, Nolimit City, Playtech, Play'n GO, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Quickspin, Red Tiger, Big Time Gaming and Hacksaw, plus 84 more. AskGamblers counts 55 or more. The profile data advertises more than 8,000 games.
CasinoGuru lists slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live games, crash games, keno, scratch cards, virtual sports, eSports betting and tournaments as available, and poker as not available. CasinoGuru lists jackpot games as available, while AskGamblers lists progressive jackpots as not available.
English-only support, a €10 dormancy fee and the tools the casino lists
Both sites report live chat 24 hours a day, and AskGamblers adds e-mail. CasinoGuru lists 11 website languages, Finnish, English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, Greek, Norwegian, Polish and Portuguese, but gives support in English only. AskGamblers lists support in 10 languages.
The casino's responsible gaming page lists a Take a Break pause of 1 day, 3 days or 1 week, a reality check reminder at 60, 90 or 180 minutes, and self-exclusion by e-mail to support@azurslot.com, and it offers two-factor authentication. It describes no deposit, loss, wager or time limits, which matches AskGamblers (self-exclusion, cool-off and reality check present, the 4 limit tools missing); CasinoGuru lists self-exclusion only. Both list the self-assessment test, withdrawal lock and self-exclusion register as missing.
Clause 5 covers idle accounts. An account is dormant after 6 consecutive months without real-money gaming and may be charged €10 a month on the 1st at 00:00 UTC until play resumes or the balance reaches zero, so a €60 balance lasts 6 months. After 12 months it is treated as inactive and, if the casino cannot reach the player, may be deleted with the balance voided. Clause 6.2 deducts €50 for each additional chargeback notification e-mail, and clause 10.1 allows refund requests only within 24 hours of a transaction.
1 complaint of €300, and a Trustpilot score of 3.6
CasinoGuru has 1 complaint on file: a player from Austria, €300, filed 3 March 2026, rejected as unjustified. CasinoGuru's summary says the player had registered after bypassing a self-exclusion and was denied a refund after the account was closed. CasinoGuru has 0 user reviews. AskGamblers has 0 complaints and a player rating of 9.1 out of 10 from 12 reviews in one record and 9 out of 10 from 13 reviews in another. Its sample reviews describe winning $100 and being paid the next morning, winning £75 over a weekend, and support adding double spins as compensation.
Trustpilot shows a 3.6 trust score and 3.5 stars from 4 reviews in one record and 3.9 stars from 9 in the other. A 1-star review dated 16 April 2026 says €170 of winnings was in the account, the casino closed it, first said the balance was empty, later refunded €20, left €150 unpaid and stopped answering e-mails. The reviewer says a complaint has been submitted; the sample text is cut off there. Two 5-star reviews dated 17 and 19 February 2026 praise the site and the choice of games.
Who AzurSlot suits and who should wait
It suits a player who plans small, regular withdrawals under €1,000 a day, uses e-wallets or crypto, can send documents within the 30-day window, and wants reality checks and a pause tool, which the casino lists as present.
It is a poor fit for a player who may win more than €10,000, because at Level 1 a win of that size takes 10 days of withdrawals and the €10,000 monthly cap is reached on the same day, for a player in any of the 170 listed countries, for anyone who wants deposit limits, and for anyone who wants poker or progressive jackpots. A player who leaves an account unused for 6 months pays €10 a month, and the casino's own pages do not name the operating company or give a licence number.
