The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Villento Casino advertises up to $1,000 in welcome bonuses over five deposits, starting with 100% up to $150, on a $20 minimum deposit. It is a Casino Rewards site run by Fresh Horizons Limited under Kahnawake licence 00972, and its record with CasinoGuru is short: a Safety Index of 9.3, Very high, and 5 complaints, all 5 rejected. CasinoGuru also rates the terms Somewhat unfair, with 3 issues found, and the terms updated on 20 July 2026 explain why: 200x wagering on the first two bonuses, a $4,000 weekly cap for players who win far above their deposits, and bank fees of $50 or $100. Players on AskGamblers rate it 7.6 from 22 ratings.
The ladder behind the $1,000 offer
The bonus page lists five matches: 100% up to $150 on the first deposit, 50% up to $250 on the second, 30% up to $200 on the third, 20% up to $200 on the fourth and 50% up to $200 on the fifth. Together that is $1,000. The minimum deposit given on the page is $20. The page carries an update date of 23 January 2018, so it is much older than the terms, and AskGamblers lists something different: only a 100% match up to 150 CAD or 150 NZD on the first deposit. The casino's own page and the live cashier are the ones to trust.
The terms apply 200x play-through to the first and second deposit bonuses and 30x from the third deposit. On the $150 first-deposit bonus, 200x means 200 times that bonus in bets, and on the $250 second-deposit bonus it is $50,000. The $200 third-deposit bonus at 30x needs 30 times its value in bets. Withdrawing cash from the first or second deposit forfeits the remaining bonus funds. Only the first 5 deposits count for the offer, and the first deposit has to be made within 7 days.
- Minimum deposit: $20 (bonus page)
- Total offered: $1,000 over 5 deposits
- Wagering: 200x on bonuses 1 and 2, 30x from bonus 3
- Unused promotional bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration
Where the wagering gets played: 100% slots, 2% tables
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Poker, blackjack, roulette and baccarat, parlour games, other game types and all live casino games count 2%, and All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing. The $150 bonus at 200x comes to $30,000. On tables at 2% that would take $1,500,000 of bets, so the ladder is built for slots. The bonus page claims over 1000 games with an average 97% payout rate; that is the casino's own claim and the page is from 2018.
While a bonus is active, single bets of 25% or more of the bonus are irregular play, which is $37.50 on a $150 bonus. Double-up, even-money bets on Sic Bo, Craps and Roulette, autoplay used for wagering and hedge betting are on the same list, and the casino may withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings for them.
Fresh Horizons Limited and licence 00972
The terms name Fresh Horizons Limited of Road Town, Tortola, in the British Virgin Islands as manager and the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, licence number 00972, as licensor. CasinoGuru confirms the licence as verified, names Casino Rewards as owner and Fresh Horizons Ltd. as operator, and puts the casino in its revenue tier above 5,000,000 euros. The founding year is 2006 in the project data and 2005 at CasinoGuru. The terms print no list of restricted countries, so eligibility is decided at registration.
A chargeback at Villento locks every account on the Casino Rewards network. Disputes go to the support centre, then to eCogra, whose decision is final, or to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission by email. The terms allow 6 months from the issue to complain.
Five complaints, all five rejected
CasinoGuru records 5 complaints, with 0 open, 0 unresolved, 0 resolved and 5 rejected, and the casino is not on its blacklist. The sources held here give no amounts, countries or dates for the 5 cases. CasinoGuru also counts 41 game providers, 76 payment methods and 24/7 live chat.
AskGamblers ranks the casino 6.9 and shows a player rating of 7.6 from 22 ratings. Trustpilot shows 4.3 stars from 761 reviews. CasinoGuru does not list its 3 term issues in the sources. The terms themselves allow balances to be removed from dormant accounts, winnings to be confiscated for irregular play, and an account to be closed with no refund of the balance.
Pending 48 hours, bank 6 to 10 days, $4,000 a week
A withdrawal sits in pending for 48 hours, is processed on the next business day, and can be reversed until then. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 1 to 5 days, cards at 3 to 5 days and bank transfers at 6 to 10 days, with a pending period of 48 hours and no crypto. Pending, the next business day and a bank transfer of 6 to 10 days add up to roughly 9 to 13 days.
Per-transaction, daily and monthly limits exist but are not printed. The terms do print $4,000 a week for a player who wins a sum substantially greater than their total purchases across Casino Rewards casinos, and the casino can raise or lower it. A $20,000 win under that cap takes 5 weeks. Direct bank transfer costs $50, 35.00 EUR or 30.00 GBP under 3000 units, and $100, 70.00 EUR or 60.00 GBP above, which is 5% of a $1,000 withdrawal. Currency conversion adds 2.5% over the interbank rate.
Nineteen ways in, eight ways out
Villento lists 19 deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, bank transfer, Payz, Neteller, PayPal, Paysafecard, instaDebit, POLi, EPS, Neosurf, Trustly, Skrill, Interac, AstroPay, JCB, Google Pay and MuchBetter. Only 8 work for withdrawals: Visa, Maestro, Neteller, PayPal, Skrill, bank transfer, Interac and MuchBetter. Accounts run in CAD, EUR, GBP, USD and NZD. A player who deposits with Paysafecard, Neosurf or Trustly must therefore pick another route to take money out, and the terms add that withdrawals are in many cases paid back to the account used to deposit.
Verification, dormancy and the AI data clause
The casino may ask for documents after a deposit or before a withdrawal: proof that the payment account is the player's, a passport, driving licence or government ID, and a utility bill or bank statement no older than 3 months, possibly notarised. A withdrawal is not processed until verification is done and no review time is stated. Failing a source-of-funds check lets the casino void winnings and lock the account.
A dormant account is one with no wager, deposit or withdrawal for a period left to the casino, and balances can be removed within up to 60 days. The terms also ask the player to consent to gameplay data and behavioural patterns being used for artificial intelligence training.
Who Villento suits and who should avoid it
It suits a slots player who deposits $20 or more, can use Visa, Neteller, PayPal or Skrill for both directions, and accepts about 9 to 13 days for a bank payout. A Safety Index of 9.3 with 5 complaints is a short dispute record.
It is a poor fit for a table-game player facing 2% contribution, for a player whose deposit route (Paysafecard, Neosurf, Trustly) cannot take withdrawals, for anyone who may win far above their deposits and meet the $4,000 weekly cap, and for a reader who gives weight to CasinoGuru's Somewhat unfair rating of the terms.
