The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

MyStake pays out at most €7,500 a week and €15,000 a month, and its terms say a win above €15,000 can be split into monthly instalments of up to €15,000. That ceiling sits next to the best score on CasinoGuru among the casinos reviewed here, a Safety Index of 9.7, Very high, and next to 765 complaints, of which 588 were rejected. GTW B.V. of Curacao runs the site under licence OGL/2024/250/0115, a deposit must be wagered once or 20% is deducted from the withdrawal, and an account idle for 12 months pays €10 a month. Trustpilot gives 4.0 stars from 24,479 reviews.

GTW B.V. and a Cyprus payment agent

Clause 1 of the terms names GTW B.V., a Curacao company with number 165433, as operator and licence holder under Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/250/0115. CYGTW LTD of Limassol, Cyprus, number HE 462903, acts as payment agent for the licence holder and parent company. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2019 and puts its revenue above €20,000,000. AskGamblers still lists an older company, Santeda International B.V., which means the operator changed at some point and the review sites are not fully up to date.

The minimum age is 18 (clause 3), the English text prevails over translations (clause 15), and the Dispute Resolution page puts proceedings in the courts of Curacao under Curacao law. Terms can be changed whenever the company sees a need (clause 2).

€7,500 a week, €15,000 a month and instalments above that

Clause 12 sets the maximum withdrawal at €7,500 per week and €15,000 per month, or the equivalent, with exceptions for higher VIP levels at the casino's discretion. If a win passes €15,000, the casino may pay it in monthly instalments of at most €15,000. A €45,000 win therefore takes 3 months, and a €100,000 win takes 7, since 6.67 months rounds up to 7. The FAQ explains that the limits count only when a transaction is marked successful and that the weekly limit resets after 7 days and the monthly limit after 30 days on a rolling basis. Its example: a player who withdraws €2,500 on 1 January has €5,000 left for that week, withdraws €7,500 on 8 January, reaches €9,500 for the month and has €5,500 left until the reset. At €7,500 a week, a €100,000 win would need about 13.3 weekly maximums, but the monthly cap of €15,000 is the binding limit. The FAQ states the same limits in pounds and dollars, £7,500 a week and £15,000 a month.

A separate cap applies per bet. Clause 12 limits the amount payable on a single bet or spin, including any bonus round or free spin, to €100,000 or the equivalent, and says a larger balance may be credited but cut back. Jackpot winnings are outside that cap and progressive jackpots are paid in full.

Bank transfer and crypto payouts are processed within 3 banking days, and a bank transfer in US dollars is not available. Intermediary banks may charge up to the equivalent of €16. The FAQ adds that bank withdrawals can take up to 3 days to process. A €7,500 weekly withdrawal by bank therefore reaches the player about 3 banking days after it is marked, which is roughly 5 calendar days if a weekend falls inside.

Deposits: €20 minimum, 1x wagering and a 20% deduction

The minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent, and the maximum depends on the method (clause 11). Every deposit must be wagered 1x before it can be withdrawn. If it was not, clause 12 allows the casino to deduct 20% of the requested withdrawal, so a €500 withdrawal of unplayed money would lose €100, and the casino may also cancel the withdrawal. The terms accept 14 currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, BRL and the cryptocurrencies BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, BCH, USDT, XMR and DASH (clause 5).

Another listing lists 15 deposit methods and only 7 withdrawal methods: bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDT. That mismatch matters because the terms (clause 12) require withdrawals to go to an account the player owns, and an account or wallet used by two players can lead to both accounts being terminated and their winnings and bonuses cancelled.

Verification: Latin or Cyrillic documents and a 30-day deadline

The AML policy asks for name, email, date of birth, a copy of an ID, passport or driving licence, and proof of residence not older than 3 months, and records are kept for at least 10 years. Checks happen when a transaction is about to be made. Clause 10 requires documents in Latin or Cyrillic script and otherwise asks for a video verification in which the player shows the documents. The casino may hold withdrawals while it checks identity (clause 12).

The Refund Policy sets a harder deadline: if requested certified identification is not provided within 30 days, all the player's funds are cancelled and the account is closed, and the decision is not subject to appeal. A politically exposed person can have the account terminated with deposits returned minus a 20% administrative fee. Withdrawals of no-deposit bonus winnings may also require KYC.

Fees of 20% and 50%, and the €10 dormancy charge

Several clauses let the casino return less than the balance. Under clause 10, if fraud is suspected or identity doubts arise, the account can be terminated and the last deposits refunded minus a 20% transaction fee. For software abuse and similar breaches, the casino may deduct up to 50% of the remaining deposit as a termination fee. A refund request under the Refund Policy can carry a 20% administrative fee, is only considered within 14 days of the transaction, or 30 calendar days if someone else accessed the account, and is not available once the deposit or bonus has been played.

Clause 13 treats an account as dormant after 12 consecutive months without a login and charges €10 a month, or the balance if smaller, until the balance is zero. A balance of €100 lasts 10 months of fees, which is 22 months after the last login. Odds below 1.3 may not count as wagered (clause 3), and a bonus is cancelled automatically if the balance falls below 1 (bonus terms).

Restricted countries and 54 ineligible for the welcome bonus

Clause 3 bars players from Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten, the USA and its dependencies and countries on the FATF blacklist, and lets the casino refuse any other country. Clause 12 adds that no payouts can be made to Russia and Belarus because of sanctions, that accounts from those countries are closed on detection and that the balance is kept. The list is much shorter than at most casinos, but the bonus terms exclude 54 countries from the welcome casino and live casino bonuses, including Finland, Japan, Bulgaria, Greece, Slovenia, the UAE and Thailand.

The bonus article has the offers. Another listing lists a 300% welcome package up to €1,500, with 150% up to €750 on the first deposit. No-deposit winnings are capped at €100, and a sportsbook free bet must be placed on an express of at least 3 selections at odds of 1.3 or higher.

Complaints within 2 months, and the tools on offer

Clause 15 says a complaint must be submitted within 2 months of the issue arising and may be disregarded if it is older. Complaints go first to support, then up the company, and by email to compliance@mystake.email, and server logs are final in any dispute over game results. The Responsible Gaming page lists account limits, time out periods, self-exclusion periods and 24/7 support. A time out is a temporary closure on request, and self-exclusion runs from 6 months to 5 years by email to support.

765 complaints, 588 rejected, and a 9.7 index

CasinoGuru gives MyStake a Safety Index of 9.7, Very high, rates the terms Fair with 0 issues and lists 83 providers and 29 payment methods. It also records 765 complaints: 174 resolved, 588 rejected and 3 open. That is 22.7% resolved, 76.9% rejected and 0.4% still open. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.9 and a player rating of 9.2 from 885 reviews, with 97 complaints. Trustpilot has the largest sample of any casino in this group, 24,479 reviews at 4.0 stars. The sources do not describe individual cases, so the 588 rejections cannot be explained from them.

Who MyStake suits and who should look elsewhere

MyStake suits a player who deposits €20 or more, wagers it once, wins below €7,500 a week and has an ID and proof of residence under 3 months old ready. It also suits a player who values a large crowd of Trustpilot reviews and a high CasinoGuru score. It is a poor fit for a player expecting a €50,000 win in one transfer, since that takes about 4 months, for someone who might leave an account idle for 12 months, and for anyone who cannot meet the 2-month complaint window or the 30-day document deadline.
