How we rate casinos: the full method

Gizbo is run by GALAKTIKA N.V. (Curacao, Reg. No. 140803) under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 of the Curacao Gaming Authority, the same company and number as Irwin, Legzo and Starda, and its terms, updated on 29 September 2026, cap payouts at €125,000 a month with daily fiat limits of €4,000 for Starter and Explorer, €10,000 for Master and none for Legend. Identity checks apply from €1,250 per request and €2,000 of total deposits. The terms bar 60 places including the UK, France, Spain and the Netherlands, but not Estonia. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.6 with 1 complaint, AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 7.5, and Trustpilot 3.2 from 4 reviews.

GALAKTIKA N.V., a 2024 launch, and a licence shared with three casinos

The terms name the operator in the clause headed Parties: GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, Reg. No. 140803, licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. Payments are handled by Unionstar Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, No. HE 356131, a subsidiary. The terms took effect on 3 June 2024, their latest version is dated 29 September 2026, they are governed by Curacao law, and support is at help-gizbo@support.win. The home page gives 1 September 2024 as the launch date and calls the regulator the Curacao eGaming Authority, while CasinoGuru and AskGamblers list the same licence number with CasinoGuru naming the Curacao Gaming Authority and AskGamblers the Curacao Gaming Control Board.

The licence number is dated 57 days after the stated launch and 5 months after the terms took effect, and no source explains the gap. The same company and number stand behind Irwin, Legzo and Starda. AskGamblers also gives 2024 as the founding year in its details while its review text says active since 2004, a gap of 20 years that no source settles. The home page links 4 extra language pages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese), and CasinoGuru lists support in 6 languages including Russian.

Withdrawal limits: €4,000 a day for two levels, €125,000 a month

The terms set the daily fiat limit by loyalty status: Starter €4,000, Explorer €4,000, Master €10,000 and Legend no limit. The maximum payout is €125,000 a month unless agreed otherwise, and crypto payouts are limited to $1,000,000 a month for Starter, Explorer and Master, with no limit for Legend, provided the deposit was made in crypto. Limits are also checked per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, and each period's limit is the higher of 3 times the deposits made in that period or the base limit, which the casino may change without notice. A €20,000 win leaves in 5 days at €4,000 a day and in 2 days at Master, and a €125,000 monthly ceiling is reached in 32 days at €4,000. Master needs 200 points in 30 days or 450 in 90 days (FAQ), and statuses expire after a month without points.

AskGamblers lists €4,000 a day and €125,000 a month, and a split by status of USD 4,000 for tiers 1 and 2 and USD 10,000 for tiers 3 and 4, which matches the terms apart from currency. Casinos.com lists USD 6,000 a day for Starter and Explorer, USD 15,000 for Master, USD 187,500 a month and a minimum withdrawal of C$15, and the profile data says €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month; none of those is in the terms, and the terms state no minimum withdrawal.

The casino says it processes payouts no later than 24 hours after the request, and amounts above €1,250 can be held up to 48 hours for transaction checks. The FAQ adds that the money can need up to 5 business days to reach the bank. AskGamblers gives 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 3 to 5 days for cards, 5 to 7 days for bank transfer and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours, so a bank payout can reach 8 days. The FAQ lists five reasons a request can be cancelled: an unverified account, further confirmation needed, a bonus on the last deposit not yet wagered, several requests, or the daily limit exceeded. A Trustpilot reviewer reports a payout about 1 hour after verification but calls the verification annoying. The sign-up box shows a minimum deposit of €20 for the casino bonus and €10 for the sports bonus.

Currencies: two on one line, nine on another

The same home page lists 2 currencies (EUR, USD) in its quick summary and then 9 in the payments paragraph: USD, PLN, NOK, MEX, PEN, CLP, BRL, CAD and EUR, with MEX as printed. The profile data lists 11 different ones (EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NOK, PLN, NZD and four coins). The deposit method list in the profile data is identical to Monro's 14 methods, so it is not treated as verified, and the only extra method named by a source is ByBit, mentioned by an AskGamblers reviewer. Anyone depositing in a currency other than EUR or USD should check the cashier before paying in 20 units or more.

€1,250, €2,000 and €10,000: verification and the rules that cost money

A cash or crypto request of €1,250 or more starts an identification procedure, a withdrawal above €1,250 can be held up to 48 hours for transaction checks, total deposits above €2,000 allow an identity check, and total deposits above €10,000 allow a source-of-funds request. Documents must be sent within 10 days of the request, the casino reviews a complete package within 10 days, withdrawals are suspended meanwhile, and 10 days without contact can lead to a blocked or permanently suspended account. In the worst case a €3,000 withdrawal waits 10 days for documents, 10 days for review and 2 days of transaction checks. The FAQ says withdrawals are only available to verified users, with the email address and phone number confirmed.

Money rules sit in the bonus and wagering sections. A deposit must normally be wagered once; otherwise the casino may cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, and a suspected risk-free strategy such as betting both red and black can lead to 3 times wagering or a fee of up to 25%. While a bonus is wagered the maximum bet is €5 (€3 for Finland) unless the bonus says otherwise, no-deposit winnings are capped at 10 times the bonus, and a withdrawal request before wagering is finished cancels the bonus. The terms contain no inactivity fee and no cap on normal winnings. One AskGamblers reviewer says a €40 withdrawal was cancelled after self-exclusion; this is unverified. AskGamblers also notes that the RTP is not publicly stated and the games are not publicly audited.

The terms prohibit opening accounts, depositing or real-money betting from 60 listed places: American Samoa, Armenia, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, the BES islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), the UK, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, the DR Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Cuba, Curacao, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Macau, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Martin, Syria, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, the USA, France, French Guiana, the Central African Republic and Ethiopia. A player who gives false location details has all deposits and withdrawals voided. Estonia is not on the list. The home page adds that sign-up by mobile number is open to 2 countries, Kazakhstan and Ukraine, and by email or social account elsewhere.

Three-step welcome and a Tuesday cashback, as the home page shows

The home page shows 150% up to €300 on a first deposit of at least €20, up to 480 free spins at €0.20 each on the second (30 spins for €20, 60 for €40, 120 for €60, 240 for €120, 480 for €240) and 50% up to €150 on the third, all with unlimited maximum win. AskGamblers lists 150% up to €600 instead, with 45x or 40x wagering, so the cap conflicts between sources. The bonus page has the details. What matters for the account is the rest of the offer, 3 products in all: reload bonuses of up to 50% (maximum €200) and up to 135 spins at €0.80 each need EXPLORER status and a deposit of €40 or more at 40x, and the weekly cashback runs from 4% on €50 of bets to 10% on €5,001, credited on Tuesdays between 9:00 and 10:00 UTC with wagering of 10x, 5x or 3x depending on status.

Loyalty: one point per €20 and four statuses

Each €20 of deposits earns one status point, with no cap, across STARTER, EXPLORER, MASTER and LEGEND. Each status raises the daily withdrawal limit, lowers the cashback wagering from 10x toward 3x and raises the birthday gift. Because points come from deposits and not from bets, a player who deposits €2,000 earns 100 points regardless of how much is wagered.

Games, support and responsible gambling tools

AskGamblers counts more than 8,000 slots, nearly 450 jackpot games and 76 providers; Casinos.com says 9,000 or 10,000 games and the profile data says 4,750, so no single count is safe. The home page names 8 providers (Endorphina, Hacksaw Gaming, Push Gaming, Yggdrasil, Gamomat, Playson, Red Tiger, Pragmatic Play), Evolution live tables, crash games, Aviator and Plinko, and apps for iOS and Android. It lists 4 support channels (email, live chat, hotline, Telegram bot), and CasinoGuru confirms live chat 24/7. AskGamblers lists 8 responsible gambling tools and 2 missing ones, the withdrawal lock and the exclusion register.

1 complaint at CasinoGuru, 1 at AskGamblers, 3.2 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.4, High, in May 2026 and 7.6, Above average, in October, with 1 complaint, fair terms and no blacklist entry. AskGamblers has a CasinoRank of 7.5 and a player rating of 7 from 7 reviews. Its one complaint concerns an unrefunded €50 deposit and a blocked account; it is marked resolved, with an average response of 14 hours. Two of its 7 reviews give 1/10 and cite bonus terms and support. Trustpilot's gizbo.casino profile showed 3.2 from 4 reviews on 30 October 2026 (25% four stars, 50% three, 25% one) and 7 in the earlier record, with company replies dated 21 July 2026. With so few records, scores near 7.5 rest on 1 complaint and 7 player reviews, a small base.

Who this suits, and who should wait

Gizbo suits a player who deposits from the €20 minimum, wants a clear tiered welcome, can plan around a 24-hour processing window and a 10-day document window, and lives outside the 60 barred places, among them the UK, Spain, France, the Netherlands and Sweden. It suits worse a player expecting more than €4,000 a day before reaching Master, a player whose deposits will pass €10,000 and who does not want a source-of-funds request, and anyone who needs the casino's own responsible gambling page, which is not linked from the home page; AskGamblers lists 8 of 10 tools. A cautious reader can ask live chat 2 questions before paying in 20 units or more: the current status and daily limit, and the documents needed for the first withdrawal.
