The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Monro is a Curacao casino run by GALAKTIKA N.V. under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024, and it shares operator and licence number with Starda and Gizbo. Its terms promise payouts within 24 hours and cap withdrawals at €125,000 a month, while the home page says withdraw as much as you want. Fifty-two countries are on the restricted list, including Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and the UK. CasinoGuru scores it 7.1, Above average, and AskGamblers has a CasinoRank of 6.8. The terms below are the version last updated on 5 December 2025.
GALAKTIKA N.V., Unionstar Limited and the Curacao courts
The official terms say they took effect on 15 August 2023 and were last updated on 5 December 2025. Some amounts, such as 50,000 RUB, are in roubles, which points to the Russian-market version of the English interface; they are quoted as written.
The terms name GALAKTIKA N.V., registration 140803, Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao as operator, licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. Payments are handled by Unionstar Limited, registration HE 356131, Limassol, Cyprus, described as a subsidiary of GALAKTIKA N.V. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the brand to 2023, and the terms give an effective date of 15 August 2023, about 14 months before the licence number was issued, and AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board where CasinoGuru names the Curacao Gaming Authority.
Curacao law applies and the Curacao courts have exclusive jurisdiction. A complaint goes through 2 internal steps, the Customer Success Team and then casino administration, and only after that may the player turn to outside bodies. The server result is final if it differs from the player's screen. The casino may close an account and refund the balance subject to a withdrawal fee, whose size is not stated.
€125,000 a month on paper, and a home page that says no limits
The terms set a maximum payout of €125,000 a month unless agreed otherwise with the administration, and daily fiat limits by rank: BASIC 500,000 RUB, PRESTIGE 500,000 RUB, ELITE 1,000,000 RUB and SUPREME unlimited. Crypto withdrawals are capped at USD 1,000,000 a month for the first 3 ranks and unlimited for SUPREME. AskGamblers instead lists €4,000 a day and €125,000 a month, while an older set of the profile data says €5,000 and €20,000; the newest source agrees with the terms on the monthly figure. A €250,000 win at the €125,000 ceiling needs 2 months. The home page of the same copy says No Limits, which the terms contradict with 2 caps, the €125,000 monthly figure and the rank-based daily ceilings.
ELITE needs 450 points in the last 90 days or 200 in the last 30; SUPREME needs 800 in 90 days or 350 in 30.
- Monthly payout: up to €125,000 unless agreed otherwise
- Daily fiat limit: 500,000 RUB for BASIC and PRESTIGE, 1,000,000 RUB for ELITE, none for SUPREME
- Crypto: USD 1,000,000 a month except SUPREME
- Processing: no later than 24 hours after the request
24 hours to process, up to 5 business days to arrive
The FAQ says the maximum time to process a withdrawal is 24 hours and the money can then take up to 5 business days depending on the bank. Above 50,000 RUB the casino may spend up to 48 hours on extra checks of gaming transactions, so the worst case is 3 days of casino time plus 5 business days. AskGamblers lists e-wallets and cards at 0 to 72 hours, bank transfers at 3 to 7 days, a pending period of 0 to 72 hours and no weekend cashouts; Casinos.com reports crypto and e-wallets usually within 24 hours. Deposits normally arrive within seconds, and the FAQ asks the player to contact chat if a deposit is missing after 1 hour.
Methods named in the terms are 4 kinds: cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), e-wallets, mobile phone payments and crypto. The profile data lists 14 methods, but that list is a template entry and is not treated as verified. A withdrawal must return to the instrument used to deposit, and crypto can be withdrawn only if the winnings came from funds deposited in crypto. Currency exchange may carry a margin on top of the Open Exchange Rates mid-market rate.
Wagering your own deposit: 1x, 3x, or a 10% to 25% deduction
Before any withdrawal the deposit itself must be wagered, which is a second hurdle after any bonus. For most countries that is 1x the deposit, counted in casino games and sports bets, and bonus bets do not count. For Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine and India it ranges from 1x to 3x by rank. If the requirement is unmet the casino may cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, which is €50 on a €500 deposit.
A so-called risk-free strategy, such as red and black together in roulette, lets the casino raise the requirement to 3x, drop roulette and instant games from the count, require slots only, or withhold up to 25% of the requested amount, which is €125 on €500. In instant games a winning bet counts only if the odds are at least 1.3x, so a €10 bet that returns €10.50 (odds of 1.05) does not count.
Ten days for documents, and a 30-day clock on unusual deposits
The terms ask for 3 kinds of document: a passport, another government ID and proof of address, plus card copies showing the first 6 and last 4 digits. The FAQ adds a phone number check, a photo of every bank card used, and a passport copy with a selfie before a phone call from support. Documents must be sent within 10 days of the request, the casino says it typically reviews a complete package within 10 days, and missing the 10 days, or being unreachable for 10 days after a withdrawal request, can lead to a blocked or permanently suspended account.
Identification is demanded at 50,000 RUB or more in one withdrawal, an identity check if total deposits pass 150,000 RUB, and proof of the source of funds above 600,000 RUB. An unusual deposit triggers a request for explanation, and if no satisfactory answer comes within 30 days the account is closed.
52 restricted countries and a rule on false locations
The terms bar accounts, deposits and real-money bets from 52 listed places: American Samoa, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, the BES islands, the UK, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Zimbabwe, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, DR Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Cuba, Curacao, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Macau, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Martin, Syria, Slovakia, Somalia, Sudan, Sweden, the USA, France, French Guiana, the Central African Republic and Ethiopia. A player who gives a false location has all deposits and withdrawals declared void. Germany, Italy, Poland and Portugal are among the places not on this list, and Gambling.com separately describes the site as unavailable in India.
Only 1 account is allowed per player, household, email address or IP address, and duplicates are closed with their winnings lost.
The bonus in short: 5 EUR bet, 10x cap and a 72-hour window
The bonus page shows a welcome offer of 50% on the first deposit from 1,000 RUB and cashback up to 10%. AskGamblers lists 50% up to €300 and 150% up to €600 with a €20 minimum deposit and 40x or 45x wagering, which conflict. The general terms cap the default bet at €5 (€3 for Finland), count only slots at 100%, give jackpot games and real-money slots 0%, limit no-deposit winnings to 10x the bonus, and say deposit bonuses are valid 72 hours, where Casinos.com says 14 days. The bonus page has the full numbers. The clause worth knowing here: the casino may freeze or void a bonus without giving a reason, and its decisions are final.
7.1 from CasinoGuru, 4 of 4 complaints resolved at AskGamblers
CasinoGuru's October 2026 data gives a Safety Index of 7.1, Above average, with 2 complaints and the terms marked unfair; its May 2026 record gave 8.1, High, and fair. Its pros include live chat 24/7 and permission to use a VPN; its single con is limited responsible gaming options. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.8, a player rating of 5.6 from only 7 reviews, and 4 complaints, all resolved, with an average response of 21 hours. What the 4 complaints were about was not found. Trustpilot shows 2.6 of 5 from 102 reviews on the monro.casino profile in the profile data, which was not re-read.
On responsible gambling, AskGamblers records 7 tools (deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check) and 3 missing ones: self-assessment test, withdrawal lock and exclusion register. The terms say limits and self-exclusion are set by emailing support.
Who the terms fit, and who should look elsewhere
The terms fit a player outside the 52 places who deposits modest amounts, wants a 24-hour processing promise and can accept a 10-day document window. They fit worse a player aiming for a six-figure win, because ELITE is the first rank with a higher daily limit and BASIC and PRESTIGE share the same 500,000 RUB ceiling. They fit worse a player in Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Malta or the UK, a player who places hedged bets while wagering a €500 deposit and risks 25% of it, and anyone relying on a current figure, because this review rests on copies that are 10 to 13 months old.
