Our verdict

Starda is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Starda is run by GALAKTIKA N.V. (Curacao, Reg. No. 140803) under licence OGL/2024/169/0146 of the Curacao Gaming Authority, and its terms, updated on 23 September 2026, set payout limits per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days of €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000 at the MID and HIGH levels, rising to €15,000, €75,000 and €450,000 at PRO. Identity is checked from €1,250 per request, from €2,000 of total deposits and source of funds from €10,000 of total deposits. The terms bar 60 places, among them the UK, France, Spain and the Netherlands. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.1 while calling the terms somewhat unfair or unfair, and Trustpilot averages 2.4 of 5 from 77 reviews.

GALAKTIKA N.V., Reg. No. 140803: confirmed in the terms

The terms name the operator in the clause headed Parties: GALAKTIKA N.V., Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, Curacao, Reg. No. 140803, licensed and regulated by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. Payment processing is by Unionstar Limited of Limassol, Cyprus, No. HE 356131, a subsidiary. The terms came into effect on 1 September 2022, their latest version is dated 23 September 2026, and the contact address is help-starda@support.win. Both AskGamblers and CasinoGuru name Galaktika N.V. and give 2022 as the launch year. CasinoGuru records the Curacao Gaming Authority with the number, as the casino does, while AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board and gives no number.

The same company and the same licence number stand behind Irwin Casino and Legzo Casino, and the licence number is dated 28 October 2024, more than two years after the terms took effect. CasinoGuru does not blacklist Starda, and the casino's own about page calls it a "starship" with an international e-gaming licence, without naming the regulator there.

29 ways in, 21 ways out: the payment menu

AskGamblers counts 29 deposit methods and 21 withdrawal methods, naming Visa, MasterCard, Trustly, Neteller, Skrill, Bitcoin and Dogecoin, with bank wire among the withdrawal routes. CasinoGuru counts 35 payment methods in total and lists as a drawback that not every method works in every country. The profile data is more specific: 15 deposit methods including Paysafecard, Neosurf, MiFinity, Jeton, Interac and eZeeWallet, 13 withdrawal methods, and 11 currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NOK, PLN, NZD, BTC, ETH, LTC and USDT.

The minimum deposit is €20 on the welcome lines, according to AskGamblers, and the same site says there are no withdrawal fees. The terms add that exchange rates come from Open Exchange Rates and that an extra fee may be added to the rate for most currencies, and that a card payment cannot be guaranteed because issuing banks may block it (clause 8.17). A withdrawal to a crypto wallet is only possible if the deposit was made in crypto. The three counts (29 and 21 from AskGamblers, 35 from CasinoGuru, 15 and 13 in the profile data) do not agree, so the count should be read as a range.

€80,000 a month at MID, €450,000 at PRO: what the limits mean in days

Section 8 of the terms sets the fiat limits per 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days: €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000 for MID or HIGH status, €10,000, €50,000 and €200,000 for TOP, and €15,000, €75,000 and €450,000 for PRO. Crypto payouts are capped at $50,000, $250,000 and $1,000,000 for every status, but only for crypto deposits. A €20,000 win clears in 5 days under the daily cap and fits one week; a €80,000 win takes 20 days at €4,000 a day, which is 4 weeks at the weekly cap. At TOP the same €80,000 leaves in 8 days. The terms add that the limits can never be lower than 3 times the deposits of the same period and that the casino may change the base limits and the multiplier without notice (clause 8.14).

AskGamblers' €4,000, €20,000 and €80,000 match MID and HIGH, but its text line of a maximum payout of €125,000 a month and the profile data's €5,000 a day and €20,000 a month are not in the terms. The casino says payouts are processed within 24 hours of the request, and amounts above €1,250 may be held up to 48 hours for transaction checks (clause 8.16), so up to 3 days before the money is sent. AskGamblers shows e-wallets, cards and bank transfers all at 0-5 days with a pending time of 0-48 hours, so a request can take up to 7 calendar days from request to funds. A player who keeps betting after requesting a withdrawal has pending requests cancelled, newest first.

€1,250, €2,000 and €10,000: where the document requests grow

The terms give three thresholds. A cash or crypto request of €1,250 or more starts an identification procedure (clause 8.13.3), a withdrawal above €1,250 can be held up to 48 hours for transaction checks (8.16), total deposits above €2,000 allow an identity check (8.19), and total deposits above €10,000 allow a source-of-funds request (8.20). AskGamblers had the €1,250 and €10,000 thresholds, but attached the €10,000 one to withdrawals, while the terms count total deposits. A player who deposits €3,000 over a month is above the €2,000 trigger even if no single request is large.

The casino may ask for a passport or ID, the payment card, a recent utility bill and a video call. Documents must be sent within 10 days of the request, the casino reviews a complete package within 10 days, withdrawals are suspended while this runs, and 10 days of silence can lead to a blocked or suspended account (clause 8.21 and the KYC section). In the worst case a first withdrawal above €2,000 waits 10 days for documents, 10 days for the review and 2 days of transaction checks. The AskGamblers complaint of a €219 withdrawal pending since 30 October, where support cites a 31-day investigation, shows how long an open review can last.

60 barred places and a fairness rating that disagrees with itself

Clause 4.4 prohibits opening accounts, depositing or real-money betting from 60 listed places: American Samoa, Armenia, Aruba, Afghanistan, Belarus, the BES islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), the UK, Venezuela, the US Virgin Islands, the US Minor Outlying Islands, Georgia, Guadeloupe, Greenland, Guam, Egypt, Zimbabwe, Israel, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Spain, Yemen, Cyprus, North Korea, the DR Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, China, Cuba, Curacao, Lebanon, Libya, Mayotte, Macau, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Myanmar, the Netherlands, Nicaragua, Nigeria, the UAE, Oman, Pakistan, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Reunion, Saint Martin, Syria, Slovakia, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Sweden, the USA, France, French Guiana, the Central African Republic and Ethiopia. False location details void all deposits and withdrawals. Estonia is not on the terms' list.

CasinoGuru's view of the terms is split between records. The text extract of 8 May 2026 says the terms are somewhat unfair, the structured record of 15 October 2026 says unfair. The terms contain no dormant-account fee and no cap on normal winnings. Bonus rules do cap things: no-deposit bonus winnings are limited to 10 times the bonus (clause 10.2.7), the maximum bet while wagering is €5 (€3 for Finland) unless the bonus says otherwise (10.2.6), and deposits must normally be turned over once, otherwise the casino may cancel the withdrawal or keep a 10% commission, with up to 25% for a suspected risk-free strategy. A Trustpilot reply of 6 February 2026 adds that bonus restrictions may be set by the administration and cannot be changed once set.

86 or 87 providers, a sportsbook and an app

CasinoGuru counts 87 game providers and AskGamblers 86, and the casino's about page advertises 5,000 titles from 50+ providers, so the library is large by any number. CasinoGuru lists a mobile app for iOS and Android, tournaments and cryptocurrency deposits among the pros, and not all providers being available in all countries among the cons. The casino's menu has a Sports section, and the about page lists seven tournament strategies, weekly cashback, a birthday gift and a VIP Club. Support runs through live chat and email, both 24/7 per AskGamblers, with Telegram also offered. CasinoGuru lists 8 support languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German, French, Turkish and Polish.

Self-exclusion by request, 2 of 10 tools

The casino's responsible gambling page offers a temporary or permanent restriction on request to support, plus a short self-assessment, and describes no limit tools. AskGamblers checked 10 tools and found 2: self-exclusion and a self-assessment test. It found no deposit limit, loss limit, wager limit, time limit, cool-off period or reality check, and CasinoGuru repeats the point in its cons as limited responsible gaming options. A player who wants a hard weekly spending cap has to set it outside the casino.

8.1 from CasinoGuru, 2.4 from Trustpilot: reading the gap

CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.1 (High) on 8 May 2026 and 8 on 15 October 2026, records 3 complaints and no blacklisting. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.8 out of 10 and a player rating of 5.7 out of 10 from 11 reviews, with 3 complaints of which 1 is resolved. The average complaint amount is USD 224, the average duration 5 days and the average response time 2 days. Trustpilot reads 2.4 of 5 from 77 reviews, with 22 in the last 12 months: 60% one-star and 32% five-star. An earlier record on 15 October 2026 showed 2.6 from 82 reviews, so the profile moves.

The three AskGamblers cases are a €10 deposit not returned (resolved), a €219.47 withdrawal pending since 30 October, and a USD 423 withdrawal from 22 July 2023 still marked unresolved. On Trustpilot a June 2025 reviewer says the casino robs players of bonuses, and on 24 April 2026 a high-activity player says he lost over €15,000 and received about €250 in bonuses.

Who should consider Starda and who should skip it

Starda fits a player from outside the 60 barred places who deposits the €20 minimum, withdraws below €1,250 per request to avoid extra checks, and values a High CasinoGuru rating and a large provider list. It also fits those who want crypto or e-wallet routes among 29 deposit methods, and who can live with a 24-hour processing window.

It is a poor fit for anyone in the UK, France, Spain, the Netherlands or Sweden, for a player whose deposits will pass €10,000 and who does not want a source-of-funds request, for anyone who needs deposit or loss limits (only 2 of 10 tools exist), and for a player who expects more than €4,000 a day at MID. The welcome lines (up to €600 at 45x or 40x) are covered on the bonus page.
