Inside Fairspin

Fairspin's own Terms of Service, updated on 28 October 2026, name Sorta Group Limitada of Costa Rica as the operator and an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202508047-FI2, while AskGamblers and CasinoGuru still describe a Curacao company, Techcore Holding B.V. The rulebook is strict and numeric: withdrawals of 1,000 USDT a day, 5,000 a week and 20,000 a month, extra checks above 2,000 USDT, a 14-day deadline to finish verification, a 100,000 USDT cap on any single win, and balances forfeited after 180 idle days. About 67 countries are barred, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, the UK and Estonia. The review sites are kinder than the terms: CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.8, AskGamblers shows 40 to 42 complaints with nearly all resolved, and Trustpilot sits at 3.9 stars from 490 reviews.
Sorta Group Limitada and Anjouan licence ALSI-202508047-FI2
The Terms of Service, which the footer links as a PDF dated 28 October 2026, state that Sorta Group Limitada is registered in San Jose, Costa Rica, under number 3-102-908265. It holds a licence under the laws of Anjouan, number ALSI-202508047-FI2, issued by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, and those same laws govern the contract. A Cyprus company registered in Larnaca under HE 479000 is authorised to handle the funds players deposit. English is the only legally binding language.
AskGamblers still lists Techcore Holding B.V. under the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and CasinoGuru's records name the same company with the Curacao licence OGL/2024/222/0540. Both give 2018 as the year the brand was established. The terms are the newer source, and none of the sources says when the operator changed. The scores below were collected from pages that still name Techcore.
1,000 USDT a day, 20,000 a month, and a 100,000 USDT ceiling on any win
Standard withdrawal limits are 1,000 USDT per day, 5,000 per week and 20,000 per month, or the equivalent in another currency. The casino may split any withdrawal into instalments, and VIP players can ask for higher limits that are reviewed case by case by the risk and VIP teams. The weekly cap does most of the work. A win of 2,000 USDT takes 2 days, 20,000 USDT takes 4 weeks at 5,000 a week, and a 100,000 USDT win takes 20 weeks at the weekly cap, or 5 months at the monthly one.
The terms also set a ceiling on winning. A single win, jackpots included, may not exceed 100,000 USDT, and the total of all wins in any rolling 24 hours is capped at the same figure; anything above is void and forfeited. Network progressive jackpots are exempt, and the maximum win on a single spin is 25,000 times the bet per line. CasinoGuru lists unlimited monthly withdrawals as a pro, which contradicts the 20,000 USDT monthly figure in the terms.
Processing is stated as anywhere from 10 minutes to several business days, depending on method and banking hours. AskGamblers lists crypto at 0 to 1 hours, e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards and bank 0 to 72 hours, and a pending period of 0 to 48 hours, so a bank payout can reach 5 days (72 hours plus 48 hours).
- Per day / week / month: 1,000 / 5,000 / 20,000 USDT
- Single win and 24-hour total: 100,000 USDT
- Max win per spin: 25,000x the bet per line
Crypto first: USDT conversion, the 10% recovery fee and the once-only wagering rule
AskGamblers lists more than 30 payment methods, and its own list runs to 41 names: Visa, MasterCard, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dash, TRON, Monero, Dogecoin, Ripple, Skrill, Neteller, Pix, Apple Pay and Google Pay among them. The terms say local fiat is converted to the default game currency, USDT, at the payment provider's rate, and any exchange premium is paid by the player. A balance in one currency cannot be converted to another inside the site, and changing the principal currency leaves the old balance unusable until you switch back.
Before a withdrawal, a player must wager 100% of the deposited funds once. For sports betting and live casino the requirement is 3 times. If the turnover is missing, the casino may charge a withdrawal fee that it sets itself and tells the player before payout, and on account closure the fee is taken automatically from the balance. Changing or resetting a password blocks withdrawals for 48 hours.
A deposit sent on the wrong blockchain is recovered only if it exceeds 5,000 USDT, within 30 banking days, and for a fee of 10%, which is at least 500 USDT. The fee has to be paid by a fresh deposit. A deposit below a coin's minimum is not credited and is not returned.
Verification above 2,000 USDT, 14 days to finish, and a Friday 18:00 UTC cut-off
No withdrawal is processed until the account is fully verified, and additional checks apply to any payout above 2,000 USDT, with the right to apply them to smaller ones. Documents asked for include identity, address, payment method ownership, and source of funds or wealth, and the casino can restart the process at any time even after a successful check.
The player has 14 calendar days from the first official request to finish. After that the casino may block or close the account, cancel withdrawals and confiscate funds. The casino may review a complete package within 5 business days, or longer if it considers it necessary, only Monday to Friday, and a package received after 18:00 UTC on Friday counts as received on Monday. A document set sent on Friday at 19:00 UTC therefore counts as received on Monday, and 5 business days run to the Monday after, about 10 calendar days after sending. An incomplete or unreadable package does not start the 5-day clock and does not extend the submission deadline; the 14-day clock is paused only while a fully submitted package is under review.
The casino may freeze funds before asking for any documents. AskGamblers records a case where an account was blocked after a first withdrawal request over suspected activity, with $1,000 affected (AskGamblers gives the date as June 5), which was marked resolved.
180 idle days, a 10% duplicate-account charge and about 67 blocked countries
An account unused for 180 days, which the terms also put as 6 months, can be deactivated without notice and its balance declared forfeited. The text is explicit that forfeited funds cannot be recovered, even if the account is later restored. The clause mentions no fee, only forfeiture, so a player returning after 7 months with 300 USDT left risks the whole balance.
Opening a second account costs 10% of the funds with a minimum of 30 USDT for each extra account, and if fraud or bonus abuse is found, all funds are confiscated (clause 1.10). Bonus rules add more: the largest cashout from a bonus is the bonus amount, and the maximum bet while wagering is 10 USDT. The bonus page has the full terms and the roughly 80 excluded games.
The list of Restricted Jurisdictions contains about 67 names by our count, among them Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Estonia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Russia and Ukraine. The casino may change the list without notice. The LCB review text still says the site mainly targets Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and Poland, which is now true only of Canada.
Slots, live dealers and a TFS token: what the review sites list
AskGamblers counts more than 50 providers on its list and a library above 6,000 titles, with live casino and a sportsbook. CasinoGuru highlights progressive jackpots, a wide live dealer range and support through Messenger. AskGamblers names live chat as available 24 hours a day, with agents who speak English and Russian and a translation tool for the rest, and gives 14 website languages. AskGamblers adds that the loyalty system runs on the TFS token, with rakeback of 0.2% on slots and 0.03% on poker.
On safer play the terms offer deposit limits set by writing to support, in USD, with daily, weekly and 28-day periods, a cooling-off of 2 days or 1 week, and self-exclusion of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year or lifetime that cannot be reversed. AskGamblers finds no wager, loss or time limits and no reality check, and lists a poor selection of tools as a con; CasinoGuru also lists limited responsible gaming options.
40 to 42 complaints, nearly all resolved, and a 3.9-star Trustpilot page
CasinoGuru gives Fairspin a Safety Index of 8.8 (High) and marks the terms as fair, in a record from May 2026 that still names the Curacao operator. AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 8.4 and a player rating of 8.7 from 167 or 168 reviews, with 40 complaints all resolved in one read and 42 complaints with 40 resolved in the next. Its biggest case is a first-deposit bonus dispute of 4,200 EUR called Fairspin lying about the terms, resolved, and the withdrawal cases are smaller: 249 USD delayed 7 days, and 280 USDT held for more than 6 days.
Trustpilot shows 3.9 stars from 490 reviews on fairspin.io, 55% of them five-star and 36% one-star. An earlier record from May 2026 showed 4.5 stars from 414 reviews, so the score fell as the count rose. A one-star review from 3 May 2026 reports more than 500 dollars gone from the balance with no clear reason from support. The terms say complaints are answered within 30 days, longer if complex, and bind the player to claim only against the operator, not against game or payment providers.
One line on the welcome offer
LCB, as, records four deposit steps of 200%, 125%, 125% and 100% up to €2,500 each with 50 spins, at 45x the bonus. The terms cap the cashout at the bonus amount, so the €2,500 is the ceiling per step; see the bonus page for the numbers and excluded games.
Who Fairspin suits, and who should skip it
It suits a crypto player in a permitted country who holds balances in USDT, plans wins well below 1,000 USDT a day, can finish verification within 14 days, and values a licence-plus-terms document that spells out its limits. LCB still names Canada as one of its target markets.
It does not suit anyone expecting a payout above 20,000 USDT in a month, anyone in the 67 listed countries, players who log in less than once every 6 months, or those who need deposit and loss limits in the account itself, since the terms route those through email to support.
