Fairspin is a crypto casino with its own TFS token, and its bonus has two faces. Review sites show a four-deposit package worth up to EUR 10,000 plus 200 free spins. The official Terms of Service, last updated 16.07.2026, add the rules that decide what that package is worth: a 10 USDT bet limit, a cashout cap equal to the bonus amount, about 80 excluded games and a new operator under an Anjouan licence.
Four deposits, each capped at EUR 2,500, as LCB records them
LCB lists the welcome package in euros: 200% up to EUR 2,500 on the first deposit, 125% up to EUR 2,500 on the second and third, and 100% up to EUR 2,500 on the fourth. Each step adds 50 spins on Fairspin Bonanza 1000 at EUR 0.20, worth EUR 10. The minimum deposit is EUR 20 per step.
Because the cap is the same at every step, the deposit needed to reach it changes. At 200%, EUR 1,250 is enough for the full EUR 2,500. At 125%, you need EUR 2,000. At 100%, you need EUR 2,500. AskGamblers shows the same steps in dollars, plus a $5 and a $10 free bet on the first two, on cards dated 2025-05-29.

45x on slots, 450x on roulette, 900x on blackjack
AskGamblers and LCB both give 45x the bonus on slots. Roulette and American roulette carry 450x. Blackjack, classic blackjack, baccarat, poker and sic bo carry 900x. Video poker is 900x on the first deposit and 450x on deposits 2 to 4.
In money, for a 100 USDT bonus: 45x on slots means 4,500 USDT of bets. The same bonus played on roulette at 450x means 45,000 USDT of bets, and on blackjack at 900x it means 90,000 USDT. At the 10 USDT maximum bet, that is at least 450 slot spins or 9,000 blackjack hands. For a full EUR 2,500 bonus on slots, 45x is EUR 112,500 of betting, or 11,250 spins at the limit.
Cashout is limited to the bonus amount, despite the no cap claim
Section 5.14 of the T&C says that a withdrawal from any bonus, whether deposit bonus, no-deposit bonus, free spins or free bets, cannot exceed the initial bonus amount credited after wagering. Anything above that is cancelled. The only exception is some sports promotions. A 100 USDT bonus can therefore pay out at most 100 USDT from bonus play, and a full EUR 2,500 bonus at most EUR 2,500.
This contradicts gambling.com, whose text says there is no cap on bonus conversion. No-deposit or pre-deposit offers have their own limit: 100 USDT maximum cashout unless the offer says otherwise. Bets above 10 USDT while any bonus is active, cashback included, break the terms unless a promotion sets a different limit.
About 80 excluded games, plus every Mascot Gaming and AGT Software title
Section 7.1.2 lists games on which a bonus cannot be wagered. It names about 80 titles and adds all games from Mascot Gaming and AGT Software. Playing them with bonus funds can cost the bonus, the winnings and the account (section 6.5).
The withdrawal limits also apply to bonus winners: 1,000 USDT per day, 5,000 USDT per week and 20,000 USDT per month, with payment in instalments allowed. A single win and the total of wins within 24 hours are capped at 100,000 USDT, and one spin pays at most 25,000x the bet per line.

TFS rakeback at 0.2% on slots and staking without a lock period
Outside the welcome package, the TFS token is the main recurring reward. AskGamblers describes Play to Earn rakeback paid in TFS on every bet, credited instantly, at 0.2% on slots and 0.03% on poker. On 4,500 USDT of slot bets, that is 9 USDT worth of TFS. Hold to Earn staking rewards follow the casino's GGR and pool size, with no minimum staking time stated.
An AskGamblers news item mentions 200 TFS for new sign-ups, but it is undated and its status is not confirmed. LCB adds a five-level loyalty program.
New operator, Anjouan licence, and Germany now restricted
The T&C name Sorta Group Limitada, Costa Rica, registration 3-102-908265, licensed under the laws of Anjouan with number ALSI-202508047-FI2. AskGamblers, the LCB review text and the offer listing from 2026-10-15 still show Techcore Holding B.V. and Curacao; only LCB's data table says Anjouan.
Section 13.2 lists restricted countries where no account can be opened, among them Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Poland and Estonia. LCB still says Fairspin mainly targets Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Canada and Poland. Four of those five are now restricted. Canada is not, but Ontario is excluded from the welcome offer.
42 AskGamblers complaints and 22 Trustpilot bonus reviews
AskGamblers records 42 complaints, 40 of them resolved. None names a bonus in its title, though the resolved EUR 4,200 case Fairspin lying about the terms concerned a EUR 1,000 first-deposit bonus. Trustpilot rates fairspin.io 3.9 out of 5 from 490 reviews, 55% five-star and 36% one-star. A bonus search returns 22 reviews.
Of those 22, 12 are positive about daily rewards, campaigns and TFS, between October 2025 and May 2026. Four say bonus winnings were capped or shrunk, including a Canadian review of Sep 2, 2025 saying winnings were capped at the original bonus amount, and a Norwegian review of Jun 21, 2025 describing a EUR 700 balance falling to EUR 30. Four found the wagering hard to clear (July 2025 to June 2026), four complained about few bonuses or bonuses only with a deposit (July to August 2026), and 3 linked withdrawal delays to bonus wins.
What the documents do not say, and who the offer suits
The time limit is only in search snippets: sigma.world says 4 days for deposit bonuses and 3 days for free spins, gambling.com says 3 days, and its Irish and New Zealand pages give 60x instead of 45x. Free spin winnings wagering, payment methods excluded from the bonus and current TFS sign-up terms are not stated by the sources.
It suits a crypto slot player who stays under 10 USDT per bet and values TFS rakeback. Because cashout is capped at the bonus amount, a 200% first deposit of EUR 50 can return at most EUR 100 from bonus play after EUR 4,500 of betting. Table players facing 450x or 900x should skip it.
