The terms say the website is owned and operated by Finovate Limited, registration number 16015, with an address at PO Box 1212, Hamchako, Mutsamudu on the island of Anjouan. The licence is issued by the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority under licence number ALSI-202507034-FI2. Governing law is that of Anjouan, and the courts of Anjouan have jurisdiction. The English text prevails over translations.

Other sources name a different company. AskGamblers lists Riotech N.V. under a Curaçao licence, and CasinoGuru lists Riotech N.V. with two licences: the same Anjouan number and a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/552/0560. The casino's own terms name only Finovate Limited and Anjouan, so a player who wants a Curaçao regulator behind a dispute should not assume one. The About page says the casino has operated since 2014, and the terms in force date from 28.10.2026, so the rulebook is only days old.

Eight named countries, plus the FATF blacklist

Section 4.4 of the terms forbids opening an account or depositing from Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Union of Comoros, the United Kingdom, and the USA and its territories. It adds all FATF blacklisted countries and any other jurisdiction the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority prohibits. The company may change the list without notice.

A second list applies to NetEnt games. Clause 4.6.1 names Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Switzerland and Mexico among its blacklisted territories, and Microgaming games are restricted in Australia. A third-party affiliate review lists GB, CZ, HK, ID, NL and TH. A player outside the eight named countries can therefore still find individual slot providers closed to them.

From $1,000 a day at Guest level to $100,000 a month at VIP

Appendix 3 sets withdrawal limits by loyalty level, in dollars. Guest: $1,000 a day and $7,500 a month. Classic: $3,000 and $20,000. Gold: $5,000 and $50,000. VIP: $10,000 and $100,000. The terms also state a limit of $1,000 in any 24 hours unless a larger amount is agreed. Taking a $5,000 win as an example, a Guest account needs 5 days to withdraw it. A $50,000 win would need 7 months of monthly limits at Guest level (50,000 divided by 7,500 is 6.7), or 17 days at the Classic daily limit.

Levels come from Compliment Points, one point per $20 of bets on average. Classic needs 100 points, Gold 1,000 and VIP 10,000, which works out to roughly $2,000, $20,000 and $200,000 of betting. Payouts above $100,000 a month may be split into $100,000 monthly payments, except jackpot wins, and winnings above $250,000 in 24 hours may be cancelled.

AskGamblers lists different limits, $2,000 a day and $15,000 a month, which match none of the official levels. The official appendix is the figure to rely on.

The 10% and 20% withholding clause

The withdrawal rules say the company can withhold 10% of the withdrawn amount, with a minimum of $0.5, if your total bets are below three times your total deposits. If the deposit was made with a credit card the withholding is 20%. On a $1,000 withdrawal that is $100 or $200. A player who deposits, plays a little and cashes out is the one this clause hits.

The terms add that the company may charge a fee for withdrawing money that was not used for gaming, and that withdrawals go back to the method used for the deposit. If you deposited from a third party's account, the entire winnings are forfeited. Deposits are not refundable and chargebacks are banned. There is no inactivity fee in the terms read.

Payout speed: 15 minutes on average, 2 to 3 weeks for phone operators

Appendix 3 says withdrawals take from 1 minute to 24 hours, 15 minutes on average, and the terms say payment is made within 24 hours of the request. Transfers through telephone operator services are the exception: they can be paid no earlier than 2 to 3 weeks after the last deposit. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 24 hours, cards and bank transfers at 3 to 5 days, and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours.

Deposits start at $10, 10 euros or 500 rubles, with a daily deposit maximum of $300,000. Crypto minimums per transaction are 1 mBTC for Bitcoin, 5 mETH for Ethereum, 0.01 LTC for Litecoin, 1 TRX for TRON and $10 for USDT and USD Coin. Withdrawal minimums are higher for Litecoin (0.1 LTC) and TRON (100 TRX). A player who deposits in Bitcoin keeps the balance in Bitcoin and cannot convert it to fiat. CasinoGuru counts 34 payment methods.

Verification above $1,000

A withdrawal above $1,000 requires identification: a passport or ID card, plus proof of address that is not a mobile phone bill. For card deposits the casino wants a copy of the card, both sides, with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible. The company may request a source of funds when a deposit exceeds $20,000, and withdrawals can be blocked during checks. The terms also say hardware data (IP address, MAC address, browser information) is collected so deposits and withdrawals can be tied to one user.

Because the Guest daily limit is exactly $1,000, a Guest player can withdraw up to that figure in a day without crossing the identification threshold, but any larger payout, and any level above Guest, will meet the document check. One account is allowed per player, household, IP address, postal address or device, and duplicates lose their bonuses and winnings.

325% on the homepage, 100% up to $1,000 in the rules

The homepage advertises a welcome package of 325% plus 400 free spins over the first deposits. The bonus rules page describes a 100% first deposit bonus up to $1,000, 35 times wagering on the bonus, a payout cap of 5 times the bonus and a maximum bet of $5 while it is active. Withdrawals are blocked while it runs. The welcome free spins are 15 on Story of Hercules at $0.5 a spin with 30 times wagering. AskGamblers lists 100% up to $750, which conflicts with the $1,000 on the casino's page. The bonus page on this site has the full terms.

Loyalty gives Gold players a 7% monthly cashback and VIP players 10%, each with 1 times wagering.

CasinoGuru gives Riobet a Safety Index of 9.8, Very high, rates the terms Fair with no issues and does not list it as blacklisted. Its complaint count is 74: 1 open, 25 resolved and 48 rejected, so 65% were rejected and 34% resolved. The individual cases are not available to us. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.7 and a player rating of 6.5 from 29 ratings. Trustpilot shows 1.8 from 18 reviews.

The terms say complaints go to support@riobet.com with a reply within 3 business days, server records are final evidence, and an unresolved dispute can go to an ADR provider approved by Anjouan Gaming.

Who Riobet suits, and who should look elsewhere

It suits a crypto player who plans to wager well beyond the deposit, since the 10% withholding applies below 3 times turnover, and who expects to stay under $7,500 a month. It also fits a player who wants a large catalogue of 11,000 slots and a loyalty ladder with 7% to 10% cashback.

It is a poor fit for a player who wants to cash out soon after a deposit, for card depositors facing the 20% rule, for anyone in the eight named countries, and for a high winner at Guest level, where a $50,000 win takes 7 months.
