How we rate casinos: the full method

Solverde.pt is a Portuguese casino run by Solverde, Sociedade de Investimentos Turísticos da Costa Verde S.A. under SRIJ licences 10 and 24, and its own terms are unusually specific about money: withdrawals within 48 hours, a €100,000 daily ceiling by bank transfer in tranches of €25,000, and a €10,000 card limit per transaction. The weak point is the bonus. The bonus policy sets a rollover of 59x on slots, 590x on blackjack and roulette and 1180x on banca francesa. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.8, while Trustpilot sits at 2.0 from 58 ratings. This review sets those figures side by side.

Licences 10 and 24, and a Portugal-only door

The footer names Solverde, Sociedade de Investimentos Turísticos da Costa Verde S.A. as operator, company number NIPC 500 272 484, with its registered office in Espinho. It holds licence no. 10 for games of fortune or chance and licence no. 24 for fixed-odds sports betting, both issued through the Portuguese regulator SRIJ. Clause 1.4 of the terms writes the numbers as 010 and 024. CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2017 and marks licence 010 as verified.

This is a one-country product. Clause 31.1 allows registration only from an IP address located in Portugal, and clause 31.4 treats a VPN or proxy as a breach. Under 31.5 a breach lets the casino suspend the account, cancel the registration and keep the balance. Registration also asks for a national ID or passport number, a tax number (NIF) and a payment account in the player's own name (clauses 4.2 and 4.4). The account is held in euros only (11.6). Anyone outside Portugal has no practical way in, and the terms list no restricted-country table because the whole offer is Portuguese.

A €100,000 daily bank ceiling, €25,000 per transaction

Clause 18.4 promises that a withdrawal is processed within 48 hours by the verification team. Clause 18.7 caps bank-transfer withdrawals at €100,000 a day, split into tranches of €25,000 per transaction, and clause 18.8 caps card withdrawals at €10,000 per transaction up to €70,000 a day. A win of €250,000 paid by bank would therefore need at least 3 days at the daily cap, on top of the 48-hour processing window.

Deposits start at €0.01 (clause 17.6), and the casino charges no handling fee on any deposit method (17.8), although the player's bank may. The payments page sets its own ceilings by method: €1,000 per transaction for Skrill and Neteller, €500 per deposit for PayPal (only from the second deposit), €100 per deposit for Paysafecard, and €100 per transaction and per day for PayWithCrypto, which converts coins to euros through a partner because the casino does not accept crypto as such. The table lists €10,000 as the maximum for bank transfer and Visa.

Withdrawals go back to the deposit method where it allows payouts, otherwise by bank transfer to an account in the player's name (18.2). A withdrawal is cancelled after 7 days if the requested documents do not arrive (18.10).

  • Processing: up to 48 hours (18.4)
  • Bank transfer: €100,000 a day, €25,000 per transaction (18.7)
  • Card: €10,000 per transaction, €70,000 a day (18.8)
  • Deposit limits you set yourself: a decrease applies at once, an increase after 24 hours (19.3)

The 59x, 590x and 1180x rollover

The bonus policy is where Solverde looks hardest. Article 11 sets the wagering requirement at 59x the bonus on slots, 590x on blackjack, roulette and crash-type games, and 1180x on banca francesa, unless a promotion states other terms. At 59x, a €100 bonus means €5,900 of slot bets before the winnings convert to cash. Default validity is 15 days (article 18), and if the requirement is not met by then the bonus and its pending winnings are removed (article 23).

Article 12 adds that any withdrawal request wipes the whole bonus balance, including pending bonus winnings. Roulette bets that cover 25% or more of the table do not count (22.3). Only one bonus is allowed per user, computer, IP address, email, address, phone, card, e-wallet or payment account (24.2), and withdrawing the deposit to play only with bonus credit is listed as abuse (25.2 e).

The project data lists a welcome offer of 100% up to €100; the exact promotion terms are on the bonus page. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote in March 2024 that a €10 slot bonus carried a 390x requirement, a figure that does not match the policy's 59x for slots, so the promotion's own terms are the ones to read before accepting.

Proof of the bank account comes first

Clause 4.4 requires proof of ownership of the payment account, uploaded at registration or at the first deposit, and clause 18.1 authorises withdrawals only after that check. The payments page repeats that the proof is mandatory for every method before the first withdrawal request, and notes that the instant bank-transfer option waits for confirmation of the account holder on the first use.

Two checks stand out. Clause 14.1 suspends and freezes accounts that share at least 3 of 4 data points: IP address, home address, phone number or IBAN. And clause 18.5 allows the casino to ask questions about any withdrawal made without prior play or after using only a residual part of the deposit. Players who deposit and cash out the same week should expect that question.

When the casino can hold your balance

Clause 18.11 lets the casino retain the balance for any violation of the terms or of the law, and 18.12 allows funds to be held for an indefinite period on suspicion of fraud until the authorities or a court conclude. Clause 17.3 allows it to keep winnings it considers linked to illegal activity. Paying from a method that is not in the account holder's name leads to suspension and a frozen balance (14.1 c).

There is no inactivity fee in the terms. Dormancy works differently: two years without access suspends the registration (8.1 a), and two years after suspension it is cancelled (9.1 b). Complaints are time-limited: clause 35.2 requires the player to write within 15 days of the event, and the casino answers within 15 business days (35.3). Self-exclusion lasts at least 3 months (8.3), and revoking it takes effect after 1 month (8.5).

More than 6,000 games, 54 providers

The site says it offers more than 6,000 games across slots, crash games, roulette, blackjack and banca francesa, and calls itself the largest online casino in Portugal. CasinoGuru counts 54 providers. The lobby has a Playtech section, studio pages, tournaments and games tagged as exclusive, plus a sportsbook where the minimum bet is €0.10 (clause 22.1).

Support is split by channel. Live chat runs from 08:30 to 23:30, the phone line from 10:00 to 20:00 seven days a week, and email is answered around the clock at suporte@solverde.pt. There is no 24-hour chat.

10 complaints on CasinoGuru, 9 of them rejected

CasinoGuru gives Solverde a Safety Index of 9.8, rated Very high, finds the terms fair with 0 issues, and lists the casino on no blacklist. Its complaint record shows 10 cases: 1 resolved, 9 rejected, none open. AskGamblers has no review of this casino.

Trustpilot is far harsher. It shows 2.0 out of 5 from 58 ratings, 14 of them in the last 12 months, with 79% at one star and only a few at five stars. The profile is unclaimed and the company has not invited reviews, so the sample may not be representative. The detailed review visible there describes free-spin winnings refused because the withdrawal method differed from the deposit method, and, in an update of 14 March 2026, uneven promotions: some players get 50 birthday free spins and others none.

Who Solverde suits, and who should skip it

It suits a resident of Portugal who plays with real money, uses MB WAY or a bank transfer, and wants cash out inside 48 hours with a €25,000 per-transaction ceiling. For that player the licence, the stated caps and CasinoGuru's 9.8 are the main points in its favour.

It suits poorly a player who chases bonuses. At 59x on slots, 590x on table games and 1180x on banca francesa, the offer converts to cash only for someone willing to wager thousands of euros per €100. It also suits poorly anyone who needs a long support day: chat closes at 23:30 and the phone at 20:00. Players outside Portugal are excluded by clause 31.1.
