The home page also carried banners for EUR 60 in bonus and EUR 1,750 of bonus to share. Their conditions are not stated beside them, so those two amounts cannot be tied to a deposit or a multiplier. The welcome promotion's own terms are not quoted in the sources either, so the multiplier below is the policy default.
59x on slots: EUR 5,900 for a EUR 100 bonus
Article 11 of the bonus policy sets the rollover at 59 times the bonus on slots. A EUR 100 bonus means EUR 5,900 of bets, and a EUR 10 bonus means EUR 590. With the default validity of 15 days, EUR 5,900 is about EUR 393 of bets a day.
If the promotion states other terms they replace these defaults, so it is the promotion page that settles the figure. An expired bonus removes the pending winnings as well (article 23).
590x and 1,180x: tables cost ten and twenty times more
Blackjack, roulette and crash-type games carry 590x, ten times the slot figure. On a EUR 100 bonus that is EUR 59,000 of bets. Banca francesa carries 1,180x, which is EUR 118,000 for the same bonus.
Roulette bets that cover 25% or more of the table do not count at all (article 22.3). The minimum sports bet is EUR 0.10. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote in March 2024 that a EUR 10 slot bonus needed 390x, or EUR 3,900, a figure that matches neither the 59x policy default nor any of the other tiers.
A withdrawal request deletes the bonus
Article 12 states that any withdrawal request cancels the whole bonus balance and the pending bonus winnings. A player who deposits EUR 100, receives EUR 100 of bonus and asks for the deposit back will lose the bonus. The abuse list in article 25.2 also names withdrawing the deposit and playing only with bonus credit.
Only one bonus is allowed per user, computer, IP address, email, address, phone number, card, e-wallet or payment account (article 24.2). Withdrawals themselves are processed within 48 hours once the verification team has the proof of bank account ownership, and the casino pays bank transfers up to EUR 100,000 a day in tranches of EUR 25,000, so the bonus rules, not the payout limits, are the bottleneck.
Free-spin winnings refused over a payout method
A Trustpilot reviewer wrote in March 2024 that free-spin winnings were refused because the withdrawal method was different from the deposit method.
