Our verdict

PartyCasino is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

PartyCasino is an Entain brand that began as Starluck in 1997. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 8.6, High, with 14 complaints, and AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.7, a player rating of 4.8 from 80 reviews and 52 resolved out of 63 complaints. The Danish-market Trustpilot page sits at 1.4 from 131 reviews. The catch is what is missing: the casino's own terms are not among the sources, so no withdrawal cap, maximum win or wagering rule is stated here, and the profile data blocks 70 countries.

Entain, ElectraWorks and four licences without a number

CasinoGuru names Entain Operations Limited as owner and ElectraWorks Limited as operator, and dates the brand to 1997, when it launched as Starluck. AskGamblers lists four licensors, the Government of Gibraltar, the UK Gambling Commission, the Malta Gaming Authority and the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario, and names bwin Holdings (Malta) Limited as the company. Neither list carries a licence number.

On 30 October 2026 the UK site loaded with a jackpot ticker at €2,090,253.78, and a press release dated 24 July 2026 says Entain moved PartyCasino into Alberta's regulated market that month.

Every rule below comes from review sites and the profile data.

Withdrawals: 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, up to 11 days for cards

AskGamblers measures e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards at 3 to 7 days and bank transfers at 2 to 7 days, plus a pending period of 0 to 96 hours. Added together, a card withdrawal takes 3 to 11 days and a bank transfer 2 to 11 days. An older profile record gave cards 1 to 5 days, bank 3 to 7 days and pending 0 to 48 hours, so the sources conflict and the longer set is the safer one to plan with.

No source used here gives a minimum withdrawal, a daily or monthly cap, or any fee.

The profile data lists 11 deposit and 8 withdrawal methods, among them Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller, Apple Pay and bank transfer, while AskGamblers counts 17 deposit and 11 withdrawal methods, including Pix and Interac. The rouble is among the listed currencies although Russia is blocked in the profile data.

Verification: a USD 2,800 win held for 'verification issues'

The casino's verification wording is not among the sources, so the documents and the review time in days are not stated. A one-star Trustpilot review of 19 December 2024 describes a USD 2,800 win, a withdrawal held up by what the player calls excuses about verification, and an unresponsive support team.

A second review, dated 29 July 2023, claims CAD 500 of winnings were never paid. Neither has a company reply among its 131 reviews. On 22 October 2022 a positive review reports four wins and four withdrawals, all in PayPal within 4 hours.

All three sit on a profile that is unclaimed and shows 0 reviews in the last 12 months, so they say little about the casino today.

Why PayPal, Skrill and Neteller deposits forfeit the welcome spins

British Gambler lists PayPal, Apple Pay, paysafecard, Skrill, Skrill 1-Tap, Neteller, prepaid cards and certain debit cards as not qualifying for the welcome offer, and a second list adds LuxonPay, MuchBetter and Trustly.

PayPal, Skrill and Neteller are three of the 8 withdrawal methods in the profile data, with e-wallet payouts at 0 to 24 hours. A player who deposits by PayPal for that speed gets no spins; a player who deposits by debit card for the spins faces the 3 to 7 day card timing.

The offer is described three ways. British Gambler says 50 spins at £0.10, or £5.00 of spin value, for a £10 deposit, valid 7 days. Bookies.com (19 January 2026) says a £20 bonus plus 100 spins with 30x wagering, which is £600 of bets. AskGamblers lists 200 spins for £10 and a note that no bonus can be claimed right now. All three are unconfirmed, and the bonus page covers the offer.

70 blocked countries and a Brazil question

Our restricted-country field holds 70 codes, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Turkey and India. CasinoGuru lists acceptance of players from only a few countries as a con, and AskGamblers publishes no list.

The real is one of the 12 currencies and Brazil is not in the field, but a provisional measure published on 25 September 2026 (MP 1.394) bans online virtual games, including those offered by operators based abroad to people in Brazil (Senado summary of 29 September 2026). No PartyCasino notice about Brazil is on record, so we do not say whether it accepts players there.

The practical audience is the UK, plus Canadian players in Alberta, where Entain moved the brand in July 2026, and Ontario, where AskGamblers lists the regulator.

1,000 slots or 4,800 games, and the safety tools

AskGamblers describes over 1,000 slots plus live and arcade games from 23 listed providers, with the list cut off. The profile data claims 4,800 or more games. CasinoGuru's pros are live dealer variety, an app for Android and iOS and phone support, with support in 3 languages: English, German and French.

AskGamblers records time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check and the GAMSTOP register as present. It marks deposit limits as missing, yet its text describes daily, weekly and monthly limits, a conflict the casino's page would settle.

Safety Index 8.6, 63 complaints, 131 reviews

CasinoGuru's Safety Index was 8.7 in May 2026 and 8.6 on 15 October 2026, with 14 complaints and no blacklisting. Its two records disagree on the terms (fair in the May 2026 record, unfair in the 15 October 2026 one), so we do not rely on that rating.

AskGamblers carries 63 complaints, 52 of them resolved (the page also says 61). That is 83% resolved and 11 not, with a CasinoRank of 6.7 and a player rating of 4.8 from 80 reviews.

Trustpilot is the harsh outlier at 1.4 from 131 reviews, about 109 of them (83%) one-star and 10% five-star, with no company replies. The profile belongs to the Danish domain and shows 0 reviews in the last 12 months, so we weight it lightly. An 18 November 2022 review adds a billing complaint: a 25 deposit that the player says was recorded as 40.

Who PartyCasino suits and who should check first

It suits a UK player who wants an Entain brand listed with UKGC and Gibraltar licences, 3 to 7 day card payouts as the planning figure, live dealers, reality checks and GAMSTOP.

It does not suit anyone in the 70 blocked countries, a player who wants PayPal, Skrill or Neteller and still wants the 50 to 200 welcome spins, or a reader who needs wagering, a maximum win and KYC rules in writing before a first £10 deposit. Read the terms before a first £10 deposit: here they stayed out of reach.
