The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Lemon Casino is run by Orange Entertainment B.V. under Curacao licence OGL/2024/1111/0488 and has operated since 2021. Its own terms set a withdrawal ceiling of €5,000 per rolling 24 hours, a €5 fee on the second and every later withdrawal in the same week, and a €5 monthly inactivity fee once 180 days pass without a deposit. CasinoGuru rates it 9.8 on its Safety Index (Very high), yet records 83 complaints, of which 51 were rejected and 31 resolved. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 7.3 and a player rating of 9.1 from 31 ratings. Players from 96 named countries are excluded, including the Netherlands, France, Spain, Italy and the United Kingdom.
Orange Entertainment B.V., licence OGL/2024/1111/0488
Lemon Casino's terms (31 sections, no version date printed) name Orange Entertainment B.V. as operator. Section 3.1 gives the address Emancipatie Boulevard Dominico F. "Don" Martina 31, Curacao, while the FAQ footer gives registration number 158249 and the address Korporaalweg 10, Curacao. The licence number is OGL/2024/1111/0488. The FAQ footer says it was issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority, whereas section 2.9 of the terms calls the regulator the Curacao Gaming Control Board. CasinoGuru lists the same number as verified.
The homepage text says the casino has operated "since its 2021 inception", and CasinoGuru gives 2021 as well. CasinoGuru puts its revenue tier above €20,000,000. Governing law is Curacao (section 31), the English version of the terms prevails over translations (2.7) and the minimum age is 18 (4.2). The site names no sister casino. The About page lists Pariplay, PG Soft and Pragmatic Play as its leading integrated providers.
€5,000 a day in the terms, €2,500 at AskGamblers
Section 17.12 of the terms caps total withdrawals at €5,000 (or the equivalent in the account currency) per rolling 24 hours, counted across all requests, not per request. The listed equivalents include 5,000 USD, 5,000 CAD, 10,000 NZD, 20,000 PLN, 50,000 NOK, 500,000 INR, 2,000,000 HUF and 100,000 ZAR. The casino's data entry from AskGamblers shows a lower daily figure of €2,500, so the two sources conflict. No weekly or monthly limit is stated anywhere in the terms read.
The cap matters with a large win. A €12,000 balance takes three calendar days at the €5,000 terms figure, and five days at the €2,500 figure. Because section 17.7 charges €5 on the second and each later withdrawal in the same week, three payout requests cost €10 in fees and five requests cost €20. Processing time comes on top: section 17.11 says withdrawals are made "within 3 to 5 business days", while AskGamblers lists 0 to 72 hours for e-wallets and crypto, 3 to 5 days for cards and 3 to 7 days for bank transfer, with a pending period of 3 to 5 days.
- Withdrawal methods (18): MiFinity, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Jeton, Neteller, Skrill, Rapid Transfer, AstroPay, Paysafecard and the coins Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Dogecoin, Litecoin, USDC, XRP and Solana.
- Deposits: 32 methods in the casino's data (CasinoGuru counts 26), including BLIK, UPI, Paytm, PhonePe, Multibanco, Euteller and Binance Pay. Card deposits are credited in real time (16.4).
- Withdrawals may be paid in EUR whatever the account currency, and the player accepts the conversion loss (17.15). Each deposit must be turned over at least once before it can be withdrawn (17.13).
Verification before the first withdrawal, 60 days to answer
Section 17.2 says the account must be fully verified before the first withdrawal. It lists an ID card, driving licence or bank statement, and section 5.2 adds a passport and proof of residence. The casino may ask for more documents at any time (5.3, 17.5) and may ask for both sides of a payment card, with the CVV covered (16.5). The name on the payment account must match the player's name (17.10), and one identity document can be used for one account only (5.15).
The deadline is 60 days from the request (5.3, 17.4). If the documents do not arrive in time, the withdrawal is cancelled, the account is closed and the remaining funds are confiscated under 17.4. The casino states no time limit for its own review, and section 17.3 lets it hold a withdrawal until its AML checks are finished. A player with a €3,000 balance who ignores a document request for two months therefore risks the whole €3,000.
The €5 inactivity fee after 180 days without a deposit
Section 18.3 sets an administrative fee of €5 per month when there has been no deposit for six months (180 days) and the balance is positive. Equivalents are 5 USD, 5 CAD, 7.5 NZD, 25 PLN, 50 NOK, 400 INR, 2,000 HUF and 100 ZAR. The trigger is the absence of a deposit, not of a login, and the fee runs until the player logs in and deposits again. A €100 balance would be used up after 20 months of fees, which is €60 a year. After 30 months without activity the balance is returned to the player's verified account (18.5).
Two further rules can cost money. Under section 19.10 the maximum stake while a bonus is active is €2 per spin in total and €0.20 per line, including bonus buy and gamble features, and a breach lets the casino confiscate all winnings and bonus funds from that bonus, even winnings from compliant bets. Free spin winnings must be wagered 15 times (20.5), so €10 of free spin winnings needs €150 of bets, and table games, video poker and live poker do not count (20.6). Closing the account before one full turnover of the deposit can bring a 5% handling fee, minimum €10 per transaction (17.13).
The terms also let the casino confiscate funds for duplicate accounts (5.9), false data (5.6, 5.7), suspected fraud (10.2) and registration from an excluded country (7.6). Total liability is capped at the amount the player deposited (21.10).
96 excluded countries, from the Netherlands to Greece
Section 7.3 names the excluded countries. The full list is: Netherlands, Czech Republic, Estonia, France, Spain, Ireland, Israel, Portugal, Romania, Turkey, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Italy, Abkhazia, Afghanistan, Algeria, American Samoa, Angola, Aruba, Bahrain, Barbados, Belarus, the BES Islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba), Botswana, Burundi, Cayman Islands, Cambodia, Central African Republic, China, Cook Islands, Congo, Crimea, Cuba, Curacao, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Donetsk People's Republic, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Fiji, French Polynesia, Guam, Haiti, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Lithuania, Lugansk People's Republic, Macau, Mali, Malta, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Nigeria, North Korea, Oman, Canada-Ontario, Pakistan, Palau, Palestine, Philippines, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saint Maarten, Samoa, Singapore, Slovenia, Somalia, South Ossetia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania, Transnistria, Trinidad Tobago, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Vietnam, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Croatia, Gibraltar, Jamaica, Senegal, Hungary and Greece. The clause also covers any other territory with legal restrictions on online gambling.
That is 96 named entries. Germany, Austria, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Canada outside Ontario and Australia are not on it. A player who registers from an excluded country risks having the account closed and all funds confiscated (7.6).
More than 9,500 games, 68 providers and a 100% welcome match
The homepage claims "more than 9500 casino-style games", and CasinoGuru counts 68 providers. The menu has slots, live casino (live shows, first-person games and a Snakes and Ladders live game), crash games, table games, bonus buy, hold and win, book slots, fruit slots, arcade, tournaments, missions and a sportsbook. Provider pages exist for Slotopia, Evoplay, 100 HP Games, Wicked Games, Pragmatic Play and Foxi. Demo mode works without logging in for everything except live casino, with virtual credits renewed every 24 hours (section 13).
AskGamblers lists the welcome offer as 100% up to €300 plus 100 bonus spins, also listed as a reload. The homepage advertises a 15% live casino cashback and the About page a weekly "Charge Back" bonus. The terms read do not print a wagering requirement for the match bonus, so the bonus page or the promotion itself has to be checked. Live casino play generally does not count toward bonuses (15.4).
83 complaints: 31 resolved, 51 rejected
CasinoGuru records 83 complaints about Lemon Casino: 1 open, 0 unresolved, 31 resolved and 51 rejected. Rejected complaints are therefore 61% of the total and resolved ones 37%. CasinoGuru marks the terms as fair with 0 issues found and does not list the casino on a blacklist, which fits its 9.8 Safety Index. The reasons for individual rejections are not summarised here.
AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.3 and a player rating of 9.1 from 31 ratings. Trustpilot shows 4.1 stars from 10 reviews, a small base. The complaints policy gives players 6 months to file, an acknowledgement within 7 calendar days and a final answer aimed at 4 weeks, with one extension of up to 4 weeks. After that, a dispute can go to Resolvo, a Curacao dispute provider that is free for the player, accepts English, French, German and Spanish and rules within 90 days, binding on the casino (section 30 and the policy).
Who Lemon Casino suits, and who should look elsewhere
It suits a player outside the 96 excluded countries who wants a very large game library and expects to withdraw less than €5,000 a day. Crypto users have 8 coins on the withdrawal side and the stated 0 to 72 hours for e-wallets and crypto from AskGamblers. It also suits someone who deposits at least once every 180 days, since the €5 inactivity fee starts after 180 days without a deposit.
It is a weaker fit for a player who expects a big jackpot payout in one go: €5,000 a day, €5 per extra weekly request and 3 to 5 business days per payment stretch the timeline. Players who want built-in deposit, loss or time limits should note that AskGamblers lists none of these, although the terms say deposit limits can be set by emailing support, with increases taking effect after 24 hours (section 28.5). Self-exclusion runs from 1 year to lifetime, and the cooling-off periods are 24 hours, 7 days, 1 month or 3 months. Support is live chat around the clock according to CasinoGuru, with email at support@lemon.casino.
