The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
LeoVegas Gaming Plc of Sliema, Malta, runs the main LeoVegas site under Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/237/2013. Its terms (version 2.8, March 2026) aim for withdrawals within 24 hours and within 5 working days in every case, but also set a 5% charge on money never gambled with, a €5 monthly inactivity fee after 12 months, and a 10% administrative fee on duplicate accounts. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.8 with 22 complaints, AskGamblers a rating of 8.3 with a player rating of 6.1, and Trustpilot 3.0 stars from 7,608 reviews. This review keeps to the Malta-licensed terms and says where country sites differ.
LeoVegas Gaming Plc, company C59314, licence MGA/CRP/237/2013
Clause 2.1 names the operator as LeoVegas Gaming Plc, company C59314, registered at Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema SLM 1640, Malta. Clause 3.1 gives the Malta Gaming Authority licence MGA/CRP/237/2013, issued on 1 August 2018 for Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 gaming. The brand itself is owned by LeoVegas Mobile Gaming Group (1.2) and dates from 2012 in CasinoGuru and the profile data.
These are the terms of the Malta-licensed site. The page footer lists separate country sites for Sweden, Denmark, Great Britain, Canada, Ontario, Italy, Spain, New Zealand and Chile, and CasinoGuru lists Swedish, Danish and Ontario licences next to the Maltese one. A player should check which site and licence apply to their country, because limits and rules on those sites can differ from what is described here. Maltese law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts apply (27.1 and 27.2), and the English text prevails over translations (27.3).
24 hours to pay, 5 working days at most
Clause 16.4 says that once identification documents are submitted the casino will strive to process a withdrawal within 24 hours, and in every case within five working days, as its licence requires. Five working days can be seven calendar days over a weekend. AskGamblers lists 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets and 3 to 5 days for cards and bank transfers, with a pending time of 0 to 24 hours, so a card payment could take up to 6 days from request to account.
Withdrawal requests must be made on the website. The terms refuse requests by phone or e-mail (16.3). Money goes back to the deposit method where possible, and the player's own bank may add a handling charge (16.5). The terms set no minimum withdrawal and no daily, weekly or monthly cap, and AskGamblers shows no limit per transaction. On the Irish version of the site, the casino lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Trustly, Skrill, Neteller, MuchBetter and Apple Pay, with deposits from €10. Our directory counts 31 deposit and 15 withdrawal methods, and CasinoGuru counts 22 payment methods.
A 5% charge on money that was never gambled
Clause 16.9 holds withdrawals of funds that were never used for wagering until an extended due diligence procedure succeeds, and allows a 5% charge on withdrawals of at least €10 if the money was not used at least once for gambling. On €100 that is €5, on €10 it is €0.50. Deposit and cash out without playing, and the cost is not only the delay.
Clause 16.7 lists irregular play: equal, zero or low margin bets and hedging, and single bets equal to or above 30% of the total balance, bonus included, until the wagering requirement is met. With a €200 balance, a bet of €60 would cross the line. Clause 16.8 allows the casino to withhold withdrawals and confiscate winnings and bonuses won that way.
Verification at deposit, withdrawal or any other time
Clause 8.1 says verification applies to depositing customers, and documents may be requested at the deposit or withdrawal stage or at any other stage at the casino's sole discretion. Clause 8.2 names a passport or other ID and information on source of wealth or source of funds, and allows the casino to ask for expired documents or additional KYC for any reason and at any time. Failing to supply them leads to restriction, suspension or closure and the withholding of funds (8.3).
Clause 13.3 repeats that extra checks can be made at payout, and 16.6 lets the casino review play for irregular or fraudulent patterns before paying. The 24-hour target in clause 16.4 depends on the documents already being in place. The terms do not state how many days the review itself may take.
Eleven named countries and the VPN clause
Clause 4.1.5 lists the places whose residents may not use the site: Afghanistan, Curacao, Cyprus, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Somalia, Syria, the U.S.A and Yemen, plus any jurisdiction where play conflicts with local law. That is 11 names.
Clause 25.3 lets the casino ask a player to stop using a VPN or proxy, and to block the account and its funds if suspicious activity is detected while one is or was in use. Clause 25.4 adds that a player may be barred for violating the terms without any right to challenge, appeal or compensation.
€5 a month after 12 months, and a 10% fee on extra accounts
An account becomes inactive after twelve months without access if it holds real money (18.1). The casino must give 30 days notice (18.2) and may then charge a monthly administrative fee of €5 or close the account (18.4). Twelve months of that fee is €60. If the balance cannot be returned, clause 18.7 lets the casino appropriate it after 5 years from the final notice, and states the money would fund responsible gaming.
Duplicate accounts are costly. Clause 7.3 deducts an administrative fee of 10% of deposits, set at a minimum of €30, for every account opened, and clause 7.1 voids all bets placed from duplicates. Bonuses not used within one month of being awarded can be removed (14.3), and breaking bonus rules allows refused withdrawals and confiscation without notice (14.4). The casino's calculation of balances is final unless there is a manifest error (11.4).
The welcome offer depends on the country site
The Irish version shows "up to €1000 + 200 Free Spins": a deposit of €10 or more within 14 days of registering, 25x wagering on eligible casino games within 7 days, 200 spins on Book of Dead and a 3 day expiry. The same page also mentions "up to €1,000 in cash + 2,600 Free Spins" in its text, which conflicts with the 200 spins in the headline.
AskGamblers lists other versions: 100% up to €300 plus 100 free spins, 100% up to €1000 plus 200 spins, 1000 CAD plus 100 spins, 2000 NZD plus 200 spins, 5000 BRL plus 50 spins, and 100% up to €300 on live casino. This review does not cover the full bonus terms of any version, so the offer terms should be checked on the site that matches the player's country.
79 providers, a jackpot and the Irish top ten
CasinoGuru counts 79 game providers. The Irish version lists Big Bass Splash from Pragmatic Play, Book of Dead from Play'n GO, Sizzling Hot Deluxe from Novomatic and Pirots 5 from ELK in its top ten, plus exclusives such as Le Bruno from Hacksaw Gaming and LeoVegas Cash Quest from Kalamba Games. The terms define games as casino, live casino, sportsbook and bingo. The Irish page also shows a four-level LeoJackpot (Mega, Major, Minor, Mini).
Safety Index 9.8, 22 complaints, 3.0 stars on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru gives LeoVegas a Safety Index of 9.8, Very high, and records 22 complaints in total. The sources give no breakdown or individual cases for them. AskGamblers gives a rating of 8.3 and a player rating of 6.1 from 232 votes. Trustpilot shows 3.0 stars from 7,608 reviews. The gap between the 9.8 and the 6.1 is the thing to weigh: the sites that score the operator disagree on how players rate it.
The casino aims to reply to complaints within 10 days (22.1) and may go to eCOGRA or to CasinoReviews (22.7). A decision binds the casino for claims up to €5,000, and for larger claims the casino may treat it as non-binding, leaving the Maltese courts (22.8). AskGamblers lists deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off, reality check and a self-assessment test. The terms add a 1-day cool-off for increasing a limit (19.4) and a minimum of 5 years for accounts closed for gambling addiction (19.5).
Who LeoVegas suits, and who should avoid it
It suits a player who wants a large provider range (79 on CasinoGuru), verifies documents before the first cash-out so the 24-hour target can work, and prefers a Malta-licensed operator with a 9.8 Safety Index. It also suits a player who accepts that the terms allow a 5-day payment window.
It suits less a player who may leave a balance untouched for 12 months (€5 a month), who wants to move money without wagering it (5% on €10 or more), or whose country appears among the 11 named in clause 4.1.5. A 6.1 player rating from 232 votes and 3.0 stars on Trustpilot are a reason to read recent complaints before depositing.
