Our verdict

Mason Slots is legit, with caveats. It is licensed, but its safety score or terms leave room for problems.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Mason Slots is a Malta-licensed casino (MGA/B2C/394/2017) operated by N1 Interactive Ltd, and its terms are the same version 2.8 of 23 January 2024 that the sister site Avalon78 uses. They cap withdrawals at €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, make identity checks mandatory at €2,000 of cumulative withdrawals, and charge €5 a month on accounts idle for over 12 months. The home page promises a welcome bonus of up to €300 plus 100 spins. The outside record is thin and uneven: CasinoGuru shows 9 complaints with 8 rejected, AskGamblers shows 6 complaints all resolved.

Version 2.8 of 23 January 2024, shared with Avalon78

The terms state that masonslots.com is owned and operated by N1 Interactive Ltd, a Maltese company, registration C 81457, at 206 Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta. The Malta Gaming Authority licence is MGA/B2C/394/2017, issued on 1 August 2018. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers date the Mason Slots brand to 2020. The terms carry the same version number and the same date as those of Avalon78, and gambling.com names BetAmo and Cookie Casino as further brands of the operator.

For a reader comparing the two, the barred-country list is the same one and the terms text carries the same version number and date, so the differences lie in the bonus, the payments page and the track record. The home page mentions Masonic achievements and a VIP programme with a personal VIP manager, and it claims PCI DSS compliance and Pogg certification next to the MGA licence.

Eight deposit rows, and where the €1,000 limit sits

The payments page lists eight instant deposit rows, all with a €20 minimum. One carries a €1,000 maximum, six carry €4,000 and one allows 6,000 CAD. The method names are images that did not render when the page was read, so which row belongs to which method is not stated here. The terms set the minimum deposit at €20, $20, 25 NZD or 25 CAD, accept EUR, USD, CAD and NZD, and require 3D Secure on cards.

The counts of payment methods do not agree. The home page says over 30, AskGamblers counts 29 (including iDEAL, Zimpler and Sofort), and CasinoGuru counts 18 (Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Payz, Visa, Mastercard, Instadebit, Trustly, Maestro, Neosurf, bank transfer, Rapid Transfer, CashtoCode, Revolut, Interac, Klarna, MiFinity, ecoVoucher). CasinoGuru adds that not every method works in every country, which is its only listed con.

Money out has a €10 minimum. AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, cards 24 to 72 hours and bank transfer 3 to 5 days, with 24 hours pending, while the terms warn that some methods can take up to 5 working days. If a card was used to deposit, a withdrawal up to the deposited amount may be sent back to that card and only the excess goes to another method. Every deposit also has to be wagered 3 times first, so a €50 deposit means €150 of bets before related funds can leave.

A win above €40,000 comes in €20,000 slices

The ceiling is €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €40,000 a month, with exceptions for higher VIP levels at the casino's discretion. A request above a payment system's own limit is paid in instalments, and a win over €40,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of €20,000. In practice a €10,000 win needs 3 days, a €40,000 win needs a full month of capped payouts, and a €120,000 win could mean a month for the first €40,000 and 4 more months at €20,000, about 5 months in all.

A refund request can carry a transaction fee.

Phone call or video at €2,000 of cumulative withdrawals

Verification is mandatory once cumulative withdrawals reach €2,000, and the casino may hold payouts while it checks identity. The terms allow a phone call to the registered number as part of KYC. If the player cannot be reached by email or phone within 2 weeks, the account is locked, and failing the procedure within that period can mean permanent closure and confiscated winnings. A selfie with ID, a selfie with ID and a special sign, or a live video call can be demanded, and winnings are not processed until the call with the manager has happened.

Documents should be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise the casino can require video verification. German accounts must be verified within 30 days of registration and/or up to a deposit of €150. A self-excluded player still has to pass verification before the remaining balance is paid out.

€5 a month from month 13, and 128 barred countries against AskGamblers' seven

If nobody logs into an account for over 12 months, the casino may charge €5 a month from the 13th month and sends a reminder each month. At 30 months the balance is remitted to the player, or kept by the company if the player cannot be found. That is up to 18 fees, so up to €90 gone before a payback.

The terms name 128 countries and regions where real-money play is prohibited, including the UK, US, Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, Australia, Belgium, Norway, Brazil, Russia, Poland, the Netherlands and Ontario. Germany, Austria, Canada outside Ontario, New Zealand and Finland are not named. AskGamblers lists only seven restricted places (Australia, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Turkey, the USA and the UK), so its list is far shorter than the terms' own. German players pay 5.3% on every real-money bet and are offered a monthly deposit limit of at most €1,000.

The anti-fraud clause names a deposit-to-bonus ratio above 50%, cutting the stake after a big win, chargebacks, duplicate accounts and equal bets covering many roulette numbers. The casino may close an account with a balance refund less withdrawal charges, without a reason and without notice.

€300 on the home page, and the bonus rules that decide it

The home page offers a welcome bonus of up to €300 and 100 free spins, which settles the doubt over the €450 once shown in the profile data: the official figure is €300. The bonus policy page sets 40x on deposit bonuses and free spins, a maximum bet of €5 (8 CAD or NZD) with confiscation of winnings if exceeded, and a cap of €10,000 on cashback, tournament and non-welcome bonuses. No-deposit spins are capped at €50. Sign-up spins need a verified email and arrive within 24 hours. A deposit that earns spins must be played through 3 times, and asking for a withdrawal before wagering is complete forfeits the bonus and its winnings. The package itself is in the bonus article.

5,000 games claimed, 124 providers or 42, depending on who counts

The casino itself says well over 5,000 games and lists live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows and Dice Duel. CasinoGuru counts 124 providers and marks crash games, live shows and eSports betting as available, while AskGamblers counts 42 providers. Both lists name NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play'n GO and Nolimit City. Live chat is open 24 hours according to the home page and both sites. CasinoGuru lists support in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.

Loss limits counted on the deposit, and the €500 self-exclusion case

The responsible gaming page describes deposit, loss and wager limits per day, week or month, a session limit in minutes, cooling-off, self-exclusion and an hourly reality check. A limit increase waits for email confirmation and for the previous limit to expire. The loss limit is measured against the initial deposit: with a €50 deposit and a €10 limit, a player who wins €1,000 can still lose more than €10 of it.

AskGamblers lists all tools except withdrawal lock and the exclusion register, while CasinoGuru confirms only the deposit limit and self-exclusion. One of the six AskGamblers complaints concerns a €500 self-exclusion failure, although AskGamblers marks all six of its complaints as resolved.

9 CasinoGuru complaints with 8 rejected, 6 AskGamblers complaints all resolved

CasinoGuru's project record of 15 October 2026 gives a Safety Index of 7.2, down from 8.4 in an older file, rates the terms Unfair on 7 issues, and counts 9 complaints, 1 resolved and 8 rejected. Its older cases are from 2021: a Dutch player's €275 withdrawal closed because the player stopped responding (1 November 2021), a Swedish player's €2,000 withdrawal judged unjustified (13 August 2021) and a €900 refund claim closed for insufficient evidence. The Netherlands and Norway are on the casino's own barred list.

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 9 and a player rating of 9.1 from 111 reviews, against 6.8 and 84 reviews in an earlier file. Its 6 complaints are all resolved, with an average amount of $168 and a response of 1 day. They are small payment faults: a 26 NZD MiFinity deposit not credited, a €110 MiFinity withdrawal repeatedly declined, a €100 Neteller deposit removed after 3 days, a €100 Trustly deposit debited but not credited, and a 110 PLN ecoPayz deposit. Trustpilot cannot settle it: one file shows 4.1 of 5 from 52 reviews, another record found no score.

Who Mason Slots suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a player in Germany, Austria, Canada, New Zealand or Finland who deposits small amounts above the €20 minimum, wants a licensed Maltese operator and expects withdrawals well below €4,000 a day. AskGamblers shows 6 of 6 complaints resolved, and the terms publish the payout ceilings.

It does not suit a player who expects fast payout of a six-figure win, because €40,000 a month is the ceiling and the instalments are €20,000. It does not suit anyone uncomfortable with a phone or video check at €2,000, a German player who stakes heavily at 5.3% a bet, or players from the 128 barred countries. Rated Unfair on 7 issues by CasinoGuru, and with 8 of 9 CasinoGuru complaints rejected, the safest approach is small deposits and small early withdrawals.
