Clause 1.1 of the terms names Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, as owner and operator of kingbillycasino.com, with licence no. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. CasinoGuru lists the same regulator and gives the founding year as 2017. The terms were effective from 25 May 2018 and last updated on 29 January 2026, and clause 1.4 lets the casino change them at its sole discretion.

Accepting the terms also means accepting the bonus terms (clause 1.7), which were last updated on 3 February 2025. The English text prevails over any translation (1.5). Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica (17.1), and the casino names EGIS as the independent dispute body (15.5).
