The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Daddy Casino is a 2023 brand run by Funnexus Limitada of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409039-FI2, and it has a stronger outside record than its sister Kometa. CasinoGuru gives it a Safety Index of 9.7, Very high, with 18 complaints (9 resolved, 9 rejected, none open); AskGamblers shows a player rating of 9.6 from 33 ratings; Trustpilot sits at 2.4 from 9 reviews. Its own policy page sets the lowest withdrawal level at €4,000 a day and €40,000 a month, climbing to unlimited at levels 13 to 15. The same terms keep a 20% charge on refunds without play and a €5,000 monthly cap on balances 10 times the deposits.
Funnexus Limitada and licence ALSI-202409039-FI2
The terms name Funnexus Limitada, a Costa Rica company with number 3-102-910435 registered in Jaco, Puntarenas, as operator. The licence is an Anjouan one, number ALSI-202409039-FI2, and clause 34.1 applies Anjouan law. CasinoGuru gives the same company and licence number, calls the licence verified and dates the brand to 2023. Payments are handled by Eclipsedynamics Limited, registration HE463892, of Limassol in Cyprus, named as payment agent in the footer and in the definitions.
Other sources list Fun Fusion N.V. and a Curacao board, which conflicts with the casino's pages; the terms and CasinoGuru are followed here. The sister brand Kometa Casino uses an almost identical rulebook under Cybermesh Limitada and licence ALSI-202409040-FI2, so what sets Daddy apart is its own numbers: the withdrawal ladder, the 3 business day refund window and the review-site record described below. English prevails (clause 1.4) and the minimum age is 18 (4.4.2).
A fifteen-level ladder from €4,000 a day to no limit
The Withdrawal and Refund Policy lists 15 levels. Levels 1 and 2 allow €4,000 a day and €40,000 a month. Levels 3 to 6 allow €5,000 a day and €50,000 a month. Levels 7 and 8 allow €10,000 a day and €100,000 a month. Level 9 gives €15,000 and €150,000, level 10 €20,000 and €200,000, level 11 €40,000 and €400,000, and level 12 €50,000 and €500,000. Levels 13 to 15 have no limit.
At level 1 a €40,000 win takes 10 days of €4,000 withdrawals, and a €100,000 win takes 3 months because of the €40,000 monthly ceiling. The profile data shows 1,800 euros a day and €9,000 a month, which is far below the casino's own page, so that figure should not be relied on. One clause cuts across the ladder: if a balance is at least 10 times the player's total deposits, the casino may limit withdrawals to €5,000 a month. A €50 deposit that grows past €500 could therefore fall under that cap, not the €40,000 level limit.
€10 minimum, 72 hours, and two different refund windows
Clause 8.9 sets the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal at €10. Requests up to €1,000 are processed in queue order within 72 hours; larger ones take up to 7 days. Clause 8.1 adds that withdrawals are provided within 7 business days after KYC is complete. Payouts run every day including weekends and carry no commission unless stated. AskGamblers lists 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, cards, bank transfers and pending time, which is faster than the casino's own 72 hours.
The casino contradicts itself on refunds. The terms in clause 8.1 say a refund can be requested no later than 3 business days after the deposit. The Withdrawal and Refund Policy says 7 days, or 30 days if another person or a minor used the account. Either way, a refund with no play carries a 20% administration fee, and after at least 1 spin the balance must be wagered 3 times. A notarised ID not supplied within 5 days of the request means no refund and a closed account; refunds are issued within 7 days after identity is completed.
The profile data shows 20 deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard, MuchBetter, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Rapid Transfer, Sofort, bank transfer, Interac, eZeeWallet, AstroPay, Binance Pay and seven cryptocurrencies. Sixteen are available for withdrawal. Currencies are EUR, RUB, CAD, KZT, TRY, AZN, BYN, NZD and UZS. Visa payouts through Original Credit Transfer are limited to €60,000 per transaction and Mastercard to €5,000. The casino may pay by a different method or currency than requested and sets the conversion rate itself (8.7).
What clause 5.4 and clause 6.2 ask for
Clause 5.3 lets the casino hold withdrawals while checks run, and clause 8.5 makes completed checks a condition of any withdrawal. For age, the terms accept a passport, driving licence, ID card, birth certificate (up to 24 hours) or a payment card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible (6.2). Identity checks can add a utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old. Clause 5.4 also allows a request for notarised ID, bank references and source of funds, and the casino may keep a deposit if it believes false information was given deliberately.
No time for reviewing documents is stated. Rules beyond clauses 5 and 6 are not covered here.
Six idle months, nine named countries and the €50 free spin cap
After 6 consecutive months without bets, deposits or withdrawals, clause 8.8 lets the casino debit funds from the account. The size of the debit is not given, and the player has to contact support to ask for it back.
Clause 4.6 bars residents of Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus every country on the FATF blacklist. A list from casinoreg.net is much longer, 56 countries, and includes Estonia, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Denmark and Switzerland. The two do not match, and the casino says it may refuse players from any other country as well, so a player outside the nine should check before depositing.
The bonus clauses are the same as at Kometa. Wagering is at least 25 times (9.2); no-deposit free spin winnings are capped at €50 (9.4); the maximum bet is €5 per spin or €0.5 per line with a bonus active (9.5); free spin winnings are wagered from x5 to x35 (9.9); and clause 9.7 treats maximum bets, lowering the bet after a big win and capping a match bonus of 50% or more as abuse. Disputes about a bet lapse after 30 days and about a game after 12 weeks (27.1).
Welcome pack, Monday cashback and the games lobby
The home page offers a welcome pack of up to 900 free spins or 350%, cashback every Monday of up to 10%, weekly reload bonuses and an app with its own bonuses. The profile data shows 100% up to $650 plus 50 free spins, and AskGamblers lists no specific bonus, so the figures conflict and the bonus page has the current terms.
The lobby includes Bonus Buy, Live Casino, Table Games, Jackpots, Drops and Wins and Low Stakes categories. CasinoGuru counts 66 providers, and the home page shows titles from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, Novomatic and BGaming among others.
18 complaints, 9 resolved, and a 9.7 Safety Index
CasinoGuru's Safety Index for Daddy is 9.7, tier Very high. It rates the terms fair with 0 issues found, does not list the casino as blacklisted and puts revenue above €5,000,000. It records 18 complaints: 9 resolved, 9 rejected and 0 open. The sources give no amounts, countries or dates for the cases, so none can be described. Half of the complaints ending in a rejection is the figure to weigh against the high score.
AskGamblers gives a casino rank of 6.1 and a player rating of 9.6 from 33 ratings. Trustpilot shows 2.4 from 9 reviews, a much lower and much smaller sample. The two ratings point in opposite directions and neither is large.
Responsible gambling tools and support
AskGamblers records self-exclusion as present and deposit, wager, loss and time limits, cool-off, reality check and the self-assessment test as missing. The terms offer self-exclusion for a minimum of 6 months (35.1) and a deposit limit set by contacting support (8.4). Support is by email at support@daddy.casino, and CasinoGuru notes live chat around the clock.
Who Daddy suits and who should stay away
It suits a player who expects to win in the thousands: the €4,000 a day starting level is above the €3,000 that Kometa gives its lowest statuses, and the Safety Index is 9.7. It also suits someone who wants to see 33 player ratings before depositing.
It is a poor fit for residents of the nine named countries, for a player who may leave an account idle past 6 months, for a player whose balance may reach 10 times the deposits and then meet the €5,000 monthly cap, and for anyone who would rely on a 3 business day refund window when the policy page says 7 days.
