The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Neospin is owned and operated by Metlait SRL of Costa Rica (company number 3-102-911867) under Tobique Gaming Commission licence No. 0000064, according to terms effective from 9 April 2026. Those terms cap withdrawals at €3,000 a day, €7,500 a week and €22,500 a month, require every deposit to be wagered 3 times before a withdrawal, charge a €25 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months, and bar residents of 44 listed countries including Estonia. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.3 and counts 65 complaints, 43 of them rejected, while Trustpilot shows 3.8 to 3.9 stars from about 1,330 reviews.
Metlait SRL and Tobique licence 0000064, named in the terms
Clause 1.1 of the terms (effective from 09.04.2026, version 1.0) says www.neospin.com is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-911867 with its address at El Guayaval, Residencial La Campina Casa Numero Q-11, Cartago, El Guarco, Tejar, 30801. It operates under e-gaming licence No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission, and the AML policy and About page repeat the same details. CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 and AskGamblers on 30 October 2026 name the same operator and licence. The Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence numbered ALSI-202509073-FI2 that CasinoGuru lists is not mentioned on the site, and older text on both review sites naming Hollycorn N.V. and a Curacao licence looks outdated.
The brand dates from 2022. CasinoGuru puts the revenue tier above €5,000,000 and the size at medium, and finds it on no blacklist; its older text notes 10 related casinos and 1,750 black points across that group. The site was open and serving its terms when read, although a Trustpilot note on 30 October 2026 said reviews could no longer be left because the company's website had closed, while company replies there are dated as late as 29 September 2026. Disputes go first to support and then to the ADR body EGIS under the Tobique Gaming Commission (clause 15.5), and clause 17 sends all disputes to arbitration in Costa Rica, so a player gives up court action outside it.
€3,000 a day, €7,500 a week, €22,500 a month: reading the limits
Clause 11.8 sets frequency limits in euro: €3,000 a day, €7,500 over a rolling 7 days and €22,500 a month, with equivalents of $3,000, $7,500 and $22,500, and for bitcoin 0.0375, 0.09 and 0.27. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count. A €10,000 win therefore pays €3,000 a day for 2 days and €1,500 on the third, reaching the weekly €7,500, and the last €2,500 waits until the 7-day window rolls over, about 8 days in all. A €30,000 win needs two calendar months, because the monthly limit of €22,500 binds first and the rest waits for the next month. AskGamblers states €4,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €30,000 a month and an older entry €20,000 a week and €60,000 a month, so both differ from the terms.
The minimum withdrawal is €30 (clause 11.1), and the maximum per request depends on the method. The payments page shows e-wallets at €30 to €5,000, instant and free, bank transfer at €500 to €4,000 in 1 to 3 banking days, Inpay at €500 to €5,000 with a 2.5% fee, and crypto instant up to 0.4 BTC, 6.66 ETH or 10,000 USDT. Clause 11.10 says bank transfers are processed within 3 business days and that USD bank payouts are not available, and clause 11.11 warns that intermediary banks may charge up to about €16. The casino aims to process requests within 72 hours of approval (clause 11.6). AskGamblers gives e-wallets 0 to 1 hours, banks 1 to 5 days and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours, so a bank payout can take up to 8 days; CasinoGuru's text is slower, with 2 to 7 days typical.
Cards are partly covered. The withdrawal table has no Visa or Mastercard line, but clause 11.3 describes Original Credit Transfer payouts for Visa and Payment Transfer for Mastercard on personal cards, and clauses 11.9 and 14.2 let the casino pay card withdrawals back to the card up to the net deposit. A bank withdrawal needs a balance of at least €500, which CasinoGuru gives as $300.
- Daily €3,000, weekly €7,500, monthly €22,500 (clause 11.8)
- E-wallets and crypto: instant on the payments page, free
- Bank transfer: €500 to €4,000, 1 to 3 banking days, up to €16 in intermediary fees
- Minimum withdrawal €30; no-deposit winnings capped at €50
19, 27 or 38 payment methods, and what the casino lists
The count depends on the source: 19 on AskGamblers, 27 in CasinoGuru's structured record and 38 in its text. The casino's own payments page lists 9 fiat deposit methods, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Skrill Rapid, Paysafecard, MuchBetter, MiFinity and Flexepin, plus Interac and 7 crypto coins (BTC, ETH, USDT, BCH, LTC, DOGE and XRP), all free and instant with a minimum of €20 and a maximum of €5,000 per transaction. The shared core on the review sites adds Neosurf, Sofort and Rapid Transfer. Clause 4.1 lists accepted currencies as EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NZD, BTC, BCH, ETH, LTC, USDT and XRP, and fiat-crypto exchange is not offered.
Minimum deposits are €20 or $20, 30 in AUD, CAD and NZD, and 0.0008 BTC (clause 10.4), against €30 on the welcome package and 45 in NZD or CAD according to AskGamblers. Fees are a disputed point. A Trustpilot reviewer wrote on 26 May 2026 that he was charged a $65 verification fee and a $110 withdrawal fee, and the operator replied that it charges no fee for verification; the terms and the payments page show no such fee apart from 2.5% on Inpay. Another reviewer, on 18 June 2026, had an $800 withdrawal paid in instalments with $300 first, which the operator put down to payment-provider limits, and clause 11.1 does allow instalments.
The 3x deposit rule, a 2-week verification window and the documents asked for
Clause 9.7 states that any deposit must be wagered 3 times before those funds can be withdrawn, and that the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal otherwise. Two operator replies on Trustpilot, dated 20 May and 22 July 2026, call the 3x requirement standard. On a €50 deposit it means €150 of play before a payout, and one reviewer describes the effect as: put in 50, win 150, and you cannot withdraw until the deposit has been used.
Verification has hard deadlines. Under clause 8.4 a withdrawal stays pending until verification is complete, and if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or e-mail within 2 weeks of the request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. Clause 9.3 repeats the 2 weeks and adds termination and confiscation of funds. Documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video verification is required (clause 9.5): photo ID, proof of address and proof of the payment method. Clause 18.4 says expired or mismatched documents can mean a closed account with the balance forfeited, and clause 2.7 requires bitcoin players to show ID before they can deposit or bet. A first €1,000 withdrawal therefore faces up to 14 days of verification and 72 hours of processing.
Reports pull in both directions. CasinoGuru's cons call the process slow and demanding, and its text records Australian players with $2,350 or more locked after duplicate-account detection, which clause 8.1 allows. A CasinoGuru reviewer from Liechtenstein, at Platinum level, reports a KYC check cleared overnight and a one-hour Sunday payout. On AskGamblers, a €2,000 complaint says the account was restricted following verification completion and significant winnings; it was rejected.
A €25 dormancy fee, a VPN ban and the bonus terms in short
Clause 12 treats an account without a login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months as inactive and allows a monthly dormancy fee of €25, or the whole balance if it is lower, starting the month after classification. A €300 balance would last 12 months. Clause 8.5 lets the casino remove VIP status if there is no deposit for 30 consecutive days. Clause 3.2 prohibits VPNs used to bypass geographic restrictions and allows confiscation of winnings, and clause 2.4 states that players from the listed countries have no right to refunds or withdrawals. Clause 9.4 lists promotion abuse, including a deposits-to-bonus ratio exceeding 50%, and clause 13 gives the player one year to file a claim.
The bonus terms page is covered on the bonus page; the headline numbers are a first deposit bonus of 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins at 40x on the bonus and free-spin winnings, a €5 maximum bet while wagering, bonus winnings capped at €1,500 and free-spin winnings capped at €150. CasinoGuru rates the terms somewhat unfair and finds 7 issues, and quotes a cashout cap of €10,000 and €2,700 on the Friday reload, which differ from the page.
Trustpilot adds cases about how bonuses are applied. On 2 June 2026 a reviewer said an unrequested bonus was activated and locked his funds. On 22 May 2026 another said cashback was accidentally declined and could not be reactivated. On 27 April 2026 free spins differed from the promo email, and on 13 September 2026 a reviewer alleged rigged bonus buys. AskGamblers adds that there is no demo play, and CasinoGuru mentions lower RTP than demo versions on some games.
142 providers, 26 categories and one VIP manager
CasinoGuru counts 142 providers in its structured record and 131 in its text, and AskGamblers 40 or more. Named studios include NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Play'n GO. CasinoGuru's text marks 26 game categories as available, among them live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, crash games, virtual sports, eSports betting, lottery and bonus-buy titles. AskGamblers mentions a Provably Fair seal. Not every provider is available in every country.
Live chat runs 24/7. CasinoGuru lists website languages as English, French, German and Arabic; AskGamblers lists French, English and German. AskGamblers also says chat is sometimes unresponsive, and counts VIP support among its pros, with a reviewer from Australia praising the VIP manager.
Responsible gambling: limits, a session timer and self-exclusion
The responsible gambling page (version of 20 April 2026) describes Personal Limits for deposits, losses and wagers per day, week or month, a cooling-off period, a self-exclusion for a defined period and a session limit from 6 minutes to 1,000,000 minutes. A decrease in a limit takes effect immediately, while an increase needs e-mail confirmation and waits until the previous limit expires. Self-exclusion can also be requested by e-mail to support@neospin.com, and a self-excluded player can still be asked to verify before funds are paid out. That matches the 7 tools AskGamblers lists: deposit, wager, loss and time limits, self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test, with no reality check, withdrawal lock or register. CasinoGuru's older text lists only a deposit limit and self-exclusion.
65 complaints, 43 rejected: the numbers by site
CasinoGuru gives Neospin a Safety Index of 7.3, tier Above average, a Mixed user rating from 34 reviews and 65 complaints: 1 open, 21 resolved and 43 rejected. Its cases include withdrawal delays and repeated verification requests from Australia in 2024 and 2025, locked funds of $2,350 or more, and a German case of €500 or more delayed for two months in 2023. Two thirds of the complaints were rejected; the record does not give the reasons.
AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.4 (7.7 earlier) and a player rating of 8.7 from 31 reviews, with only 5 complaints. Two were rejected: €2,000 blocked with no reason, and €3,000 or more delayed for 7 days before the account was restricted. One $330 case, an account closed after a withdrawal request, is unresolved, and a €4,925 slow payout is resolved. Trustpilot shows 3.8 to 3.9 stars from 1,324 to 1,341 reviews, 235 in the last 12 months. Of 22 visible recent reviews, 12 were 1-star and 8 were 5-star.
Who should consider Neospin and who should not
It suits a player who uses crypto or an e-wallet for instant payouts, deposits from the €20 minimum, and expects wins below €7,500 a week, since the weekly limit is the one that binds first. It is a poor fit for players in the 44 listed countries, among them Estonia, the UK, the Netherlands, Poland and Brazil, for anyone who would rather not wait up to 14 days for verification and 8 days for a bank payout, for anyone unwilling to turn over each deposit 3 times, and for anyone who leaves an account unused for a year, because €25 a month follows.
Two thirds of the 65 complaints on CasinoGuru (43) were rejected, and the cashout cap on first-deposit bonus winnings is €1,500 on the casino's own page.
