Neospin's welcome offer is listed as 100% up to EUR 6,000 plus 100 free spins by AskGamblers, with a EUR 30 minimum deposit, the code NEO100 and 40x wagering on the bonus. CasinoGuru's record shows a different four-step package worth EUR 7,000 and 300 spins. The official bonus terms confirm only the first two steps: 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 100 spins (code NEO1) and 100% up to EUR 1,500 plus 25 spins (NEO2), with a EUR 20 minimum deposit and 40x on the bonus and the spin winnings. The terms, effective 9 April 2026, name Metlait SRL of Costa Rica as operator with Tobique licence 0000064, and the site is open, although Trustpilot still carries a note that the website has closed.

A closed-website note on Trustpilot and a confirmed operator

The official domain is neospin.com, which is also the domain on the Trustpilot profile. The CasinoGuru values come from its bonus records. Our affiliate link runs through a tracking domain, neospinlink.com, which is not the casino itself.

Trustpilot's header says no new reviews can be left because the company's website has closed. Yet the operator's replies there are dated as late as 29 September 2026. The official terms, bonus and payments pages are online, so the note is not borne out, but check that neospin.com opens in your country before you plan any deposit.

The terms (clause 1.1), the AML page and the About page state that neospin.com is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, registered in Costa Rica under company number 3-102-911867, with e-gaming licence 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. That confirms CasinoGuru and AskGamblers. Older CasinoGuru text naming Hollycorn N.V. and Curacao is outdated, and the Anjouan licence number CasinoGuru also lists (ALSI-202509073-FI2) does not appear on the site. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, with EGIS as the alternative dispute body under Tobique rules. Neospin is not on the CasinoGuru blacklist.

EUR 6,000 in one step, EUR 7,000 in four, and what the terms confirm

AskGamblers lists 100% up to EUR 6,000 plus 100 free spins, minimum deposit EUR 30, code NEO100. For other currencies it lists 100% up to 10,000 NZD or 10,000 CAD, each with 100 free spins and a minimum deposit of 45. The offer listing shows the headline as up to 10,000 USD plus 100 free spins, which matches neither.

CasinoGuru records four deposit steps: 100% up to EUR 1,000 plus 100 spins, 100% up to EUR 1,500 plus 25 spins, 75% up to EUR 2,000 plus 75 spins and 25% up to EUR 2,500 plus 100 spins. That adds up to EUR 7,000 and 300 spins. The two lists do not match. The bonus terms confirm the first two steps and list no third or fourth step.

At 100%, the EUR 1,000 cap of the first step needs a EUR 1,000 deposit, and a EUR 20 deposit, the minimum, earns EUR 20. The 100 spins arrive 25 a day for 4 days; their game and value per spin are not stated. The terms cap winnings from the spins at EUR 150 and winnings from the first-deposit bonus at EUR 1,500.

40x on EUR 30 is EUR 1,200 of bets, with a EUR 5 limit per bet

Wagering is 40x the bonus amount, according to CasinoGuru on all four welcome steps and according to AskGamblers on the 100% offers in EUR, CAD and NZD; the bonus terms apply the 40x to the bonus and to the free-spin winnings. A EUR 30 deposit gives a EUR 30 bonus and a target of EUR 1,200. The first CasinoGuru step at EUR 1,000 gives a EUR 40,000 target.

The bonus terms set a maximum bet of EUR 5 while a bonus is active, bonus buys included. At that stake, the EUR 1,200 target means at least 240 bets, and the EUR 40,000 target at least 8,000. CasinoGuru's maximum cashout of EUR 10,000 on the welcome steps does not match the terms, which cap first-deposit bonus winnings at EUR 1,500.

Not found: the validity in days, how much each game type counts toward wagering, the excluded games and the payment methods excluded from the bonus. CasinoGuru rates the terms Somewhat unfair, with 7 issues found.

20% cashback at 3x, a 66% Friday reload and Wednesday spins

The bonus terms confirm daily cashback from 5% on losses of EUR 50 to 499 up to 20% on losses of EUR 10,000 or more with deposits above EUR 100,000, credited for the previous day, with 3x wagering of that day's spend by 23:59 UTC and no cap on the winnings. The review sites list a EUR 6.5 max bet and a EUR 10,000 max cashout for it, which the terms do not show. That 3x is far lighter than the 40x on the welcome steps. According to the review sites the Friday reload is 66% up to EUR 650, minimum deposit EUR 40, code 66NEO, 40x, EUR 6.5 max bet and a EUR 2,700 max cashout; the bonus terms do not list it. A EUR 40 deposit gives EUR 26.40 and a EUR 1,056 target; the cap of EUR 650 needs about EUR 985.

Wednesday free spins use the codes WN30, WN60 and WN100, with a EUR 20 minimum deposit, per AskGamblers. CasinoGuru lists them as up to 100 extra spins at EUR 0.1 each, which is EUR 10 of nominal stake, with 30x wagering. We found no real no-deposit bonus. Our features also mention tournaments and live casino, without terms.

Withdrawal limits that differ by source, and a 3x deposit rule

The terms (clause 11.8) set withdrawal limits of EUR 3,000 per day, EUR 7,500 per rolling week and EUR 22,500 per month, with progressive jackpot wins paid in full outside the limits and larger amounts paid in instalments. AskGamblers' EUR 4,000, 10,000 and 30,000 and an older figure of EUR 20,000 a week and EUR 60,000 a month do not match. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 30, payouts are aimed within 72 hours of approval, and bank transfers are processed within 3 business days with a EUR 500 minimum. The withdrawal table has no Visa or Mastercard row, although clause 11.3 describes card payouts on personal cards.

Every deposit must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal (clause 9.7), and the casino may charge a processing fee or refuse the withdrawal; the operator's Trustpilot replies of 20 May and 22 July 2026 say the same. The terms list 44 restricted countries, including Brazil, Poland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Estonia, the UK and the USA. Spain and France, which AskGamblers names, are not on that list, although NetEnt games are unavailable in France, Italy, Portugal and Spain among others. Players from Sweden get no bonuses.

65 CasinoGuru complaints, mostly rejected, and the Trustpilot bonus cases

CasinoGuru records 65 complaints: 1 open, 21 resolved, 0 unresolved and 43 rejected. Its safety index is 7.3, rated Above average. It also mentions duplicate-account detection that blocks withdrawals, including Australian players with $2,350 or more locked. AskGamblers records 5 complaints, including EUR 2,000 rejected after a block, EUR 4,925 resolved after a slow payout, and a $330 dispute. Its page says 3 resolved, which does not fit the list.

Trustpilot shows 3.8 to 3.9 of 5 from about 1,324 to 1,341 reviews, 235 in the last 12 months. Of 22 recent visible reviews, 12 are 1 star and 8 are 5 stars. Bonus cases include an unrequested bonus that locked funds (2 June 2026), cashback declined by accident and not reactivable (22 May 2026) and free spins that differed from the promo email (27 April 2026). A player named a $65 verification fee and a $110 withdrawal fee on 26 May 2026, and the operator replied that it charges none for verification. An $800 withdrawal was paid in instalments, $300 first. AskGamblers scores CasinoRank 7.4 and 8.7 from 31 player reviews.

Who the Neospin offer fits, and who should wait

It fits a player outside the 44 restricted countries who deposits around EUR 30 to EUR 100, accepts 40x on the bonus (EUR 1,200 on EUR 30, EUR 4,000 on EUR 100) and bets EUR 5 or less. The 3x cashback is the lightest term we found.

It does not fit anyone counting on the EUR 6,000 or EUR 7,000 headline, since the terms confirm only the first two steps and cap bonus winnings at EUR 1,500. It also does not fit players in the restricted countries. Brazil is on the casino's own restricted list, so the betting ban of 25 September 2026 changes nothing for Neospin.

Myths vs facts

Myth: The welcome bonus is EUR 6,000, so it is worth EUR 6,000.
Fact: That is the cap on AskGamblers' 100% offer. The official terms cap the first step at EUR 1,000 and the bonus winnings at EUR 1,500, a EUR 30 deposit earns EUR 30 with a EUR 1,200 target at 40x, and CasinoGuru lists a different package of EUR 7,000 in four steps.
Myth: A 3x cashback rule applies to the whole welcome package.
Fact: The 3x is listed for cashback only. The four welcome steps carry 40x per CasinoGuru.
Myth: Neospin's operator is still unclear.
Fact: The terms name Metlait SRL of Costa Rica with Tobique licence 0000064; older text naming Curacao and Hollycorn N.V. is outdated. Trustpilot's note that the website has closed is not borne out either.
