The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Jackbit now trades as jack.com, run by Data Link Digital B.V. of Curacao under licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, issued on 15 May 2026. The terms cap withdrawals at $50,000 per 7 days and $100,000 per 30 days, cap a single bet or spin at $500,000, and allow a €10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months. Only 7 countries are excluded, and live chat runs 24 hours a day. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.3 (High) and AskGamblers a CasinoRank of 8.9 with a player rating of 9.2 from 248 reviews, while Trustpilot shows a 1.8 score from 54 reviews on the new profile. The 1.8 against 9.2 gap is the main thing to understand.
Data Link Digital B.V. and a licence dated May 2026
Section 1 of the terms names Data Link Digital B.V., a Curacao company with number 164124 and the address Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, as the operator of jack.com. The Curacao Gaming Authority is named as regulator, with licence number OGL/2024/1562/1139 issued on 15 May 2026.
CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2022, so it has 4 years of history under 2 names, and jackbit.com now redirects to jack.com.
$50,000 a week, $100,000 a month: what a big win means
Section 11 sets the payout ceiling at $50,000 per 7 days and $100,000 per 30 days, or the equivalent in another currency. A win of $200,000 would take two 30-day periods, so 60 days, because the monthly cap binds before the weekly one: four weekly payments of $50,000 would reach $200,000 in 28 days, but the 30-day limit stops that at $100,000. The terms add that amounts above a payment system's own limit are paid in installments.
A separate rule limits what the casino must pay on one bet or spin, including bonus rounds and free spins, to $500,000. At the $100,000 monthly pace, paying out a full $500,000 would take 5 periods, or 150 days. A sportsbook ticket has its own cap of $150,000.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal per method are not stated in the terms, which only say they depend on the method. AskGamblers lists e-wallet, crypto and pending times of 0 to 24 hours each and marks card and bank withdrawals as not offered. That conflicts with our own method list, which shows 27 withdrawal options including Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer.
40 ways in, 18 crypto coins and 9 fiat currencies
Section 4 lists 9 fiat currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, ARS, TRY, JPY, INR, AUD, CAD) and 18 crypto currencies, among them BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, XRP, USDC, DOGE, LINK, TRX, XMR and BUSD. The profile data shows 40 deposit methods, from Bitcoin and Visa to Pix, Interac, Swish, BLIK, UPI and Apple Pay. CasinoGuru counts 18 payment methods, so the counts differ by source.
Deposits are subject to a minimum 1x wagering before withdrawal (section 10). If bets since the last deposit are under 3 times that deposit, the casino may charge processing costs for both deposit and withdrawal (section 9); on a €50 deposit that threshold is €150 of bets. And third-party payments are refused: winnings are confiscated and the deposit goes back to the owner of the payment account.
Documents in Latin or Cyrillic, and proof of residence under 6 months old
The KYC policy says checks happen when the respective transaction is carried out. Players submit name, email, date of birth, a copy of ID, passport or driving licence, and proof of residence such as a bank statement or utility bill not older than 6 months. Section 9 of the terms adds that documents must be in Latin or Cyrillic script, and that a player without such documents may be asked for a video verification.
The casino may also ask for proof of address, proof of identity, video verification and source of income at any time. If the player fails to provide them, the account can be terminated or the funds held, winnings may be confiscated and deposits returned. Records are kept for at least 10 years, and politically exposed persons and their family members are not accepted.
The €10 dormant fee and the 2-month complaint window
Section 12 defines a dormant account as one with no login or logout for 12 consecutive months. The casino may then charge €10 a month, or the whole balance if lower, while the balance is positive. A €100 balance would last 10 months of fees, so it would be gone 22 months after the last login.
Section 14 requires a complaint within 2 months (about 60 days) of the issue, after which it may be disregarded. Section 9 lets the casino end an account and suspend payouts without telling the reason after suspected collusion, chargebacks, multiple accounts or the player's bankruptcy. Only one account is allowed per person, household or IP address (section 8), and duplicate-account winnings can be reclaimed. Bets on odds below 1.30 may not count as wagered (section 3).
The refund policy is tight: a refund can be requested only within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 days if another person used the account, and never after the deposit or bonus has been played.
96 providers and no public welcome offer
CasinoGuru counts 96 providers and 18 payment methods, and live chat is open 24 hours a day. No public welcome bonus was found on jack.com. AskGamblers mentions a 100 free spins offer that needs the code WELCOME through its own link, which this review does not count as the casino's own offer. Live chat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week according to the responsible gaming page and CasinoGuru.
Self-exclusion from 6 months to 5 years
The responsible gaming page offers self-exclusion for 6 months to 5 years by email, deposit disabling through support, time-out periods and a 5-question self-assessment, and names Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. AskGamblers sees it differently: it lists self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test, and marks deposit, wager, loss and time limits and reality check as missing.
Safety Index 8.3, rank 8.9 and a 1.8 Trustpilot score
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 8.3, High, and it rates the terms fair. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.9 and a player rating of 9.2 from 248 reviews. Trustpilot is far lower: a 1.8 score from 54 reviews on the jack.com profile, and the older jackbit.com profile holds 324 reviews but shows no TrustScore because of a guidelines breach. We found no complaint counts or individual cases in the sources, so the gap between the review sites and Trustpilot cannot be traced to a documented dispute.
Who Jack suits and who should look elsewhere
It suits a crypto player who withdraws well under $50,000 a week, can supply a proof of residence under 6 months old, and lives outside Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova. It is a poor fit for a player who expects a large jackpot-sized single win paid at once, since $100,000 per 30 days is the ceiling, for a player who wants deposit and loss limits set in the account, and for anyone who may take a break of more than 12 months with a balance left behind. A 2-month complaint window and a 24-hour refund window also leave little room to dispute a payment late.
