How BetLabel got 4.2/5
The rating is calculated the same way for every casino, from three independent sources:
CasinoGuru Safety Index8.1/10weight 60%
AskGamblers CasinoRank7.8/10weight 30%
Combined: 8.0/10, shown as 4.2/5 on a fixed scale that is the same for every casino.
One source has no data for BetLabel, so the remaining weights are scaled up.

The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
BetLabel is a sportsbook with a casino section, and its rulebook is a 159-page document in which the casino gets a handful of clauses. Those clauses set a €10,000 threshold above which a win needs approval by the bookmaker's partners, a withdrawal deadline of 5 business days, a €10 monthly fee after 12 months without a login, and a duty to bet every deposit at odds of 1.1 or more before cashing out. The document names no company and no licence number. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.1 with 59 complaints, AskGamblers a player rating of 9 from 95 reviews, and Trustpilot has no profile. This review reads the official rules against those records.
Two operators, two regulators and a rulebook that names neither
The rules define "the Company" as BetLabel, website www.betlabel.com, and stop there, with no registered company, address or licence number named. Section 15 of 25 says in its fairness clause (15.11) that casino products are "licensed from Curacao eGaming", cites the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in its underage-winnings clause, and sends unresolved complaints to the Kahnawake Gaming Commission. Court disputes, if a complaint is not answered, go to "a court in the country of the bookmaker's registered office", a country the document does not name.
The review sites fill the gap with 2 different company names. CasinoGuru's record of 15 October 2026 gives the operator as Starsten Ltd with Kahnawake licence 01056, established 2024, and a Safety Index of 8.1. An earlier CasinoGuru record (Safety Index 7.0) named TechSolutions Group NV with Kahnawake 00882 and Curacao OGL/2024/590/0758. AskGamblers (rank 7.8) names TechSolutions Group NV with the Curacao Gaming Control Board, and a Canadian comparison site names TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with Kahnawake 000882. Two company names and three versions of the Kahnawake number are in circulation.
The site also refuses registration from 19 listed countries, among them the United Kingdom, Russia, the USA, France, Belgium, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Malta and Ukraine.
Five business days, and a Big Win above €10,000
Section 7 of the rules says withdrawal requests are "processed 24/7" and must be completed within 5 days of submission (business days), provided there are no disputes or restrictions. Withdrawals go back to the method used to deposit, and if several methods were used, the withdrawals are split in proportion to the deposits. A payment-system withdrawal may be swapped for a bank transfer, which AskGamblers puts at 3 to 7 days. Deposits and withdrawals in BTC carry no service charge. AskGamblers puts e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, banks at 3 to 7 days, cards at 1 to 5 days and pending time at 1 to 5 days.
Add the pending time to the bank time and the calendar picture is clear: 5 business days is a week, and a bank payout after a 5-day pending period can reach 12 days by AskGamblers' own ranges. The more important line is in the casino section: all winnings exceeding €10,000 are "Big Wins" that must be approved and confirmed by the bookmaker's partners before they are credited and can be withdrawn. A €10,000 win is not covered; €10,001 is. The rules do not say how many days that approval may take, so a €25,000 win could wait on it for an unstated time.
Minimum and maximum amounts per method sit in a Payments section that the rules refer to, and the figures were not found in any source. For the sportsbook, the rules set a minimum stake of $0.30 or €0.20 and cap the return at €60,000 per bet, with maximum odds of 200 for a single and 500 for an accumulator.
A deposit must be bet once at odds of 1.1 or more
The Security Service may refuse any withdrawal where the stakes placed do not add up to the sum of all deposits. Bets must carry odds of at least 1.1, and the permitted withdrawal amount is calculated from the bets placed on each deposit. A €200 deposit therefore has to reach €200 of qualifying bets at 1.1 odds or more before it can come out, and the rules say depositing and withdrawing without betting returns the funds to the account. Withdrawals can be declined and winnings confiscated when a player does not follow the terms, "does not place a bet before making a withdrawal" being the example given.
Deposits must come from the player's own bank account, Visa or Mastercard, Skrill or NETELLER, or another wallet in the player's name. Third-party deposits lead to confiscation of all winnings, with no compensation. Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 calendar days if the account was accessed by another person.
Photo of the payment system, bills under 90 days, a selfie
Section 21 lists the verification set: a photo of an identity document, a photo or screenshot of the payment system (scanned copies are not accepted), and a proof of address not older than 3 months or 90 days. The address proof, valid for 90 days, can be a utility bill, a bank statement or a mobile-service payment. Up to 3 additional documents can follow: a selfie with the ID, proof of wealth and proof of funds. The selfie can be requested, with a sheet of paper showing the casino name and the current date.
The trigger is vague: the documents can be requested "when player reaches certain sum of deposit/withdrawal" or on suspicion of fraud, and the sum is not stated. The rules aim to finish verification within 72 hours of the last requested document, allow a video conference with the result inside 5 working days, and allow the casino to demand originals by registered post. The anti-money-laundering section also asks for a copy of every card used, with the middle 6 digits hidden. Bonus claims need an activated phone number, and 1 active bonus at a time blocks withdrawals; the rules give a bonus 30 days of validity, while second-hand sources describe 7 days per stage.
The recorded problems sit here. CasinoGuru lists a player in Italy locked out of the account for three weeks after an email change (6 May 2026), a player in Austria whose withdrawal was blocked by KYC with unresponsive support (2 May 2026), and a player in Greece whose withdrawals started being declined (26 April 2026). AskGamblers lists a €1,000 withdrawal blocked by a failed phone verification in May 2026, and a case about €61,000 in winnings that disappeared with KYC unresolved for 2 weeks.
€10 a month after 12 months, but blocked after 3
A dormant account, one without a login or logout for 12 consecutive months, may be charged €10 a month, or the whole balance if lower, while the balance stays positive. That is €120 a year, €180 over 18 months and €240 over 2 years, and a €25 balance is emptied in 3 months (€10, €10, €5). A reactivated account, after the €10 fees are settled, goes through an Account Closure and Processing procedure with fresh KYC before a withdrawal.
A different clause (3.36) says an account is blocked after 3 months of inactivity and must be unblocked by writing to security@betlabel.com. The 2 clauses give 2 clocks, 3 months and 12 months, which differ by 9 months (about 270 days), and the document does not reconcile them.
The complaints clause gives players 6 months and a 4-week wait. Complaints must be raised within 6 months, none can be logged within one week (7 days) of a withdrawal, and the casino has 4 weeks (28 days) to reply; if it does not, the query is "automatically resolved" and the player must file again. Disputes about bets older than 10 days are rejected, and where the screen and the server disagree, the server record decides. Duplicate accounts void bonuses and winnings (clauses 3.30 to 3.34, with the fraud list at 3.31), and a limit of 1 account applies per family, address, email, IP, card and wallet.
Sportsbook first, casino second
Of 25 numbered sections, most are betting rules, and the contents list Golden Race, Global Bet, TOTO football and TOTO Free next to the casino section and a NetEnt annex. CasinoGuru counts 118 game providers in an earlier record and 120 in the latest, with live dealer games available.
The NetEnt annex lists 19 jurisdictions in which NetEnt will not supply operators without local licences, including Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, the UK and the US, and Germany is described as restricted by AskGamblers' editorial.
Support channels and safer-gambling tools
Live chat runs 24 hours a day, and the rules give support-en@betlabel.com for complaints. CasinoGuru lists support in 5 languages (English, German, Italian, Hungarian, Portuguese), and the site itself in more than 60 languages.
Section 22 of 25 offers self-exclusion through live chat or block@betlabel.com for a chosen period, and deposit limits per day, week or month. A limit can be raised or revoked only after 24 hours, and a zero limit only after 6 months and by written notice. It also contains a 7-question self-assessment, and links to outside help. The review sites do not agree that these tools exist in practice, with CasinoGuru's earlier record marking all 10 tools as absent, AskGamblers marks self-exclusion and the self-assessment as present and limits as absent, and a German reviewer on CasinoGuru says the operator omits tools despite email requests.
Safety Index 8.1 next to 59 complaints
CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 8.1, High, in the record of 15 October 2026, up from 7.0 earlier, with terms judged mostly fair and 3 issues flagged. Complaints rose from 26 (4 open, 5 resolved, 17 rejected) to 59 (7 open, 17 resolved, 35 rejected), so about 59 percent of the complaints were rejected. The 3 cases above, from Italy, Austria and Greece in April and May 2026, concern withdrawals, verification and account access.
AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 7.8 and a player rating of 9 from 95 reviews, which is much warmer than the complaint record. No Trustpilot profile was found, so there are no Trustpilot reviews to compare.
Who BetLabel suits, and who should not use it
It suits a bettor who wants sports and casino in one account, who deposits through Skrill, NETELLER or cards in their own name, who is comfortable with a 5-business-day payout window, and whose realistic wins stay below the €10,000 Big Win line.
It does not suit a player who expects a large casino win, because the approval step above €10,000 has no stated deadline. It does not suit players who log in less than once every 3 months, who want published payment limits before depositing, or who want a named company and a licence number in the terms (none appear). Residents of the 19 listed countries cannot register, and the bonus rules, which tie an active bonus to blocked withdrawals, are covered on the BetLabel bonus page.
