BetLabel is a sportsbook with a casino section, and its casino welcome offer is a four-deposit package that AskGamblers lists as up to €1,500 plus 150 free spins. The catch is the pace: 35x wagering on the bonus with only 7 days per stage, and each stage opens only after the one before is finished. BetLabel's own bonus pages load their text by script and block some regions, so we name the source of each number.
Four stages from €300 to €450, with 30 to 45 spins each
AskGamblers lists the EUR version of the package as four deposit bonuses with falling match rates and rising caps. The first step needs a €10 deposit, the other three €15. Added up, the caps come to €1,500 and the spins to 150, though the second to fourth steps only reach their caps with large deposits: at 25%, the full €450 of the fourth step needs a €1,800 deposit.
Canadian sites quote a different currency version. Gambling.com and rg.org list 100% up to C$450, 50% up to C$530, 25% up to C$600 and 25% up to C$675, which is C$2,255 plus the same 150 spins. According to casinos.com's terms of 24 August 2026, the spins are worth C$0.10 each and go to Aloha King Elvis and Johnny Cash, both BGaming games.

AskGamblers records the wagering as 35x the bonus only, and CasinoGuru agrees that it applies to the bonus, not the deposit. Gambling.com and rg.org both give 7 days from the moment a stage is activated.
Take the first step at full size: a €300 deposit gives €300 of bonus, and 35 times €300 is €10,500 of bets. Spread over 7 days, that is €1,500 of wagering every day. With the €5 maximum bet that CasinoGuru records, you need at least 2,100 spins, or 300 spins a day at the top stake. A smaller €50 first deposit gives €50 of bonus and a €1,750 target, which is €250 a day and far more realistic.
The full €450 of the fourth step means €15,750 of bets in 7 days. On the Canadian version the bet cap is C$7, according to Gambling.com and casinos.com. CasinoGuru lists the maximum cashout as unlimited for all four deposit bonuses.
Stages open one at a time, and spins may wait for the wagering
Rg.org's record of 3 October 2026 and casinos.com both say the stages are sequential: you must finish the wagering on one deposit bonus before the next one unlocks. Rg.org adds that a stage's free spins are unlocked only after that stage's wagering is completed. If that is right, the 30 spins of the first step reach you only after the €10,500 of bets in the example above, not on deposit.
Wagering for free spin winnings is not stated in any source we have. Gambling.com says slots count 100% and names Lucky Wheel, Greyhound Racing and African Roulette as excluded, while casinos.com mentions several hundred excluded games and some that count double, without a list. We found no full contribution table.
Crypto deposits, Ontario and the SMS check
Gambling.com says no bonus applies when you deposit with cryptocurrency, and casinos.com names Dash and Ethereum. Gambling.com, rg.org and casinos.com all say the offer is not available in Ontario. AskGamblers lists Germany as restricted. No source publishes a full restricted-country list.
Casinos.com also reports that BetLabel asks for phone verification by SMS code before you can claim any bonus. Full KYC with ID, a utility bill or bank statement and a screenshot of your payment method starts later, after a deposit or withdrawal threshold that is not given in numbers.
The one official fact: 100% up to €100 for sports
BetLabel's home page shows a banner for a 100% bonus of up to €100 on the first deposit. That is the sportsbook offer, not the casino package, and it is the only bonus term on the official site.
Outside the welcome package, AskGamblers lists a Wednesday Reload of 50% up to €300 from €5, also at 35x on the bonus. Rg.org gives the Canadian version as 50% up to C$450 from C$7.
Three operators and two regulators across the sources
The sources do not agree on who runs BetLabel. CasinoGuru names Starsten Ltd. with Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 01056. AskGamblers names TechSolutions Group N.V. under the Curacao Gaming Control Board. Gambling.com's Canadian review names TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited with Kahnawake licence 000882 plus a Curacao licence.
We cannot say which record is current. Before you deposit, check that the licence holder in the site footer matches the regulator's register.
Complaints grew from 26 to 59, mostly about withdrawals and KYC
CasinoGuru's record shows 59 complaints: 7 open, 17 resolved and 35 rejected, up from 26 in an earlier record. It still rates the terms mostly fair with 3 issues found and gives a Safety Index of 8.1. The complaints we have stored, from Italy, Austria and Greece between April and May 2026, are about withdrawals, verification and account access, not bonuses.
On AskGamblers the four visible complaints are about blocked withdrawals and KYC, including one titled "61000 EUR winnings disappeared KYC unresolved for 2 weeks" and one about phone verification. None mention bonuses. AskGamblers players rate the casino 9 from 95 reviews, with a CasinoRank of 7.8, and we found no Trustpilot profile. No source gives a count of bonus complaints.
Who the BetLabel package suits
The first stage makes sense with a deposit you can turn over 35 times in 7 days at your usual stake: €50 to €100 gives a €1,750 to €3,500 target. The full €1,500 needs €52,500 of bets across four stages of 7 days each, which suits only high-volume slot players who do not deposit with crypto. If you want the spins early, cash out quickly or play from Ontario, this offer is a poor fit.
