Cybermesh Limitada and licence ALSI-202409040-FI2

The casino's terms name Cybermesh Limited, shown in the footer as Cybermesh Limitada, as the operator. It is a Costa Rica company with number 3-102-910446, registered in Jaco, Puntarenas. The licence is issued on the island of Anjouan in the Union of Comoros, number ALSI-202409040-FI2, and the terms call the supervisor the Gaming Board of Anjouan. Clause 34.1 makes Anjouan law the governing law. CasinoGuru lists the same company and licence number and marks the licence as verified, with 2024 as the year of establishment.

Payments run through a second company. Momentummatrix Limited, registration HE463836, of Limassol in Cyprus, is named as payment agent, and clause 2.1 says the terms are agreed between the player, the operator and the payment processor. Other sources list Creative Active Technology N.V. and a Curacao board as licensor, which conflicts with the casino's own pages; this review follows the terms and CasinoGuru. English is the prevailing language (clause 1.4) and the minimum age is 18 (4.4.2). A sister casino, Daddy Casino, uses almost the same terms under a different company and licence number, ALSI-202409039-FI2.

Eleven withdrawal statuses, from €3,000 a day to unlimited

Kometa does not publish one withdrawal limit. The Withdrawal and Refund Policy ties the limit to a status that is assigned automatically from activity and turnover. The three lowest statuses, Earth, Moon and Venus, allow 300,000 RUB (€3,000) a day and 5,000,000 RUB (€50,000) a month. Mercury raises that to 500,000 RUB a day and 10,000,000 RUB a month. Mars allows 1,000,000 RUB a day, Jupiter 1,500,000 RUB a day, and Saturn and Uranus 2,500,000 RUB a day with 25,000,000 RUB a month. Neptune and Alfa Centauri have no limit. The limits are stated in roubles first with euro equivalents in brackets.

At the €3,000 a day that the three lowest statuses allow, a win of €60,000 would take 20 days, and the €50,000 monthly ceiling would stop it sooner. A further clause bites harder: if a balance reaches at least 10 times the player's total deposits, the casino may cap withdrawals at €5,000 a month. A €60,000 win at the €5,000 cap would take 12 months to pay. Other sources show €10,000 per transaction and $3,000 a day; those figures differ from the casino's policy page, which is the source used here.

€10 minimum, 72 hours, and a 20% refund charge

Clause 8.9 sets the minimum deposit and the minimum withdrawal at €10. Payout requests are handled in queue order within 72 hours when the amount is up to €1,000 or the equivalent, and within up to 7 days above that. Clause 8.1 separately says withdrawals are provided within 7 business days after KYC is complete and the account is approved. Withdrawals run every day including weekends and carry no commission unless stated. The time at the player's bank depends on the bank and payment provider (8.2).

The profile data shows 13 deposit methods, including MIR, SBP, SberPay, Piastrix, Paycos, VouWallet, Visa and Mastercard, plus Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and TRON. Twelve are available for withdrawal. Currencies are RUB, USD, EUR, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT and TRX. Visa payouts go through Original Credit Transfer with a limit of €60,000 per transaction; Mastercard payouts need 3-D Secure and are limited to €5,000 per transaction, and corporate cards are not accepted.

The refund rules are the costly part. A player who deposits and makes no bet and then asks for the money back can be charged 20% of the amount. A player who made at least 1 spin can only get a refund after wagering the balance 3 times. A refund must be requested within 7 days of the deposit, or within 30 days if another person or a minor used the account. If notarised ID is not supplied within 5 days of the request, the refund is refused and the account is closed. The casino may also pay out by a different method or currency than requested and sets the conversion rate at its own discretion (clause 8.7).

Documents, notarised ID and a 6-month utility bill

Verification is not tied to a stated deposit total. Clause 5.3 lets the casino block withdrawals while checks run, and clause 8.5 makes completed checks a condition of any withdrawal. Age can be proved with a passport, driving licence, national ID, birth certificate (verification up to 24 hours) or a payment card with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the CVV hidden (clause 6.2). Further identity checks may need a utility bill or bank statement less than 6 months old, and clause 5.4 allows the casino to demand a notarised ID, bank references and evidence of the source of funds.

The same clause says that if it believes deliberately incorrect information was given, it may keep the deposited amount after closing the account. Documents can be uploaded online or sent by email to support@kometa.casino. The casino does not state a review time for KYC documents, only the 7 business days that start after approval. Anyone planning a first withdrawal near €1,000 should expect the 72 hours and the 7 business days to be sequential, not alternative.

Six idle months and the bonus rules that void wins

Clause 8.8 lets the casino debit funds from an account that has not been used for bets, deposits or withdrawals for 6 consecutive months. The amount of the debit is not stated, and the player must contact support to ask for the funds back. No fee schedule is given.

The restricted list in clause 4.6 names 9 jurisdictions: Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus all countries on the FATF blacklist. Other sources name the US, Italy, Spain, Iran and Iraq, which does not match, so the terms are the better guide. The casino reserves the right to refuse customers from any other country.

Bonus clauses add several traps. Wagering is at least 25 times the bonus plus real money (9.2). Winnings from a no-deposit free spin bonus are capped at €50: the terms' own example is a player who wins 100 and keeps 50. The maximum bet with an active bonus is €5 per spin or €0.5 per line, and larger bets can void the wagering (9.5). Free spin winnings are wagered between x5 and x35, and any unwagered bonus money is cancelled at withdrawal (9.9). Clause 9.7 lists bonus abuse as raising variance with maximum bets, lowering the bet after a big win, or depositing just enough to cap a match bonus of 50% or more, with confiscation as the penalty. Complaints about a bet are not considered after 30 days, and about a game after 12 weeks (27.1).

It records 2 complaints, 1 resolved and 1 rejected, none open, and puts the revenue tier under €1,000,000. The amounts, countries and dates of those two cases were not captured, so no individual case can be described here.

AskGamblers has no review of Kometa and Trustpilot has no profile, so there is no player rating to quote. The record is therefore a small number of complaints on one site, in a brand that dates from 2024. Support is by email at support@kometa.casino, and CasinoGuru notes live chat around the clock. The casino offers a voluntary self-exclusion of at least 6 months (35.1) and deposit limits set through support (8.4).

Who Kometa suits and who should look elsewhere

It suits a player who deposits in roubles, euros or crypto, wants a €10 minimum, and expects to withdraw under €1,000 so the 72 hour rule applies. The lowest three statuses allow €3,000 a day.

It is a poor fit for anyone living in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom or Australia, who are barred by clause 4.6. It is also a poor fit for a player who wants to leave money idle for more than 6 months, for one who might win more than 10 times their deposits and would then face the €5,000 monthly cap, and for one who wants a regulator or independent review site record. The terms mention only a complaint to support and then to the licensing organization (27.5).
