The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.

How we rate casinos: the full method

Cat Casino (catcasino.com) is operated by Funnexus Limitada of Costa Rica under Anjouan licence ALSI-202409039-FI2 and dates from 2021, according to CasinoGuru. The casino's data lists a withdrawal ceiling of €1,500 per day and €15,000 per month, with a €10 minimum for both deposits and withdrawals. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.9 (High) and logs 47 complaints, 23 resolved and 24 rejected. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.3 and a player rating of 9.5 from 163 ratings. The terms are word-for-word those of its sister site Gama Casino, so the same 9 countries are restricted.

Funnexus Limitada, and a conflict over who holds the licence

Cat Casino's footer states that catcasino.com is owned and operated by Funnexus Limitada, company number 3-102-910435, with its registered office in Jaco, Puntarenas, Costa Rica. The licence is ALSI-202409039-FI2 from the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, and the payment agent is Eclipsedynamics Limited (HE463892) in Limassol, Cyprus. CasinoGuru confirms the owner and the licence number and marks the licence as verified. It also puts the casino's revenue tier above €20,000,000 and the founding year at 2021, against a tier above €1,000,000 for Gama Casino.

AskGamblers disagrees on the operator. Its entry names Fun Fusion N.V. and a Curacao Gaming Control Board licence, next to the Anjouan one. The casino's own pages and CasinoGuru mention only Funnexus Limitada and Anjouan. The terms apply Anjouan law (clause 34.1) and make the English text decisive (1.4). The same company, licence number and terms also stand behind Gama Casino.

€1,500 a day and €15,000 a month: what a large win looks like

The casino's data entry, taken from AskGamblers, gives withdrawal limits of €1,500 per day and €15,000 per month. The terms read do not print either figure, so they are second-hand. At those numbers a €15,000 win needs 10 days to leave the account, and the monthly ceiling means a total of €180,000 a year at most (12 times €15,000). A €6,000 win would take 4 days.

Speed is stated in two ways. Clause 8.9 of the terms says requests are processed in queue order within 72 hours up to €1,000 and up to 7 days above €1,000, and clauses 8.1 and 8.2 speak of 7 business days after KYC approval. AskGamblers lists e-wallets and cards at 0 to 24 hours, bank transfer at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours. A card payout is therefore listed as quicker at Cat Casino than at its sister brand, where AskGamblers lists cards at 1 to 7 days.

  • Minimum deposit €10 and minimum withdrawal €10 (clause 8.9). Deposit commission depends on the player's payment system only.
  • Deposit methods (19): Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Payz, eZeeWallet, AstroPay, Interac, Neosurf, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, PayDo, Jeton, bank transfer and Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, TRON, Binance Pay. CasinoGuru counts 11 methods.
  • Withdrawals (16, or 84% of the 19 deposit methods) use the same list without Revolut, PayDo and Binance Pay. Currencies (15, of which 4 crypto coins, 27%) include PLN, NOK, UAH, KZT and NZD next to EUR, RUB and CAD.

A payments page that recommends a virtual MIR card

A page titled "Acceleration of payments" is linked in the footer. It tells players how to speed up a payout: open the banking app, go to the Cards or Products section, choose "Issue new card", pick the Virtual type and the MIR payment system, and use the card details that appear at once. The page gives no processing time that results from this and says nothing about other card types.

The terms add that the casino may pay a different method than the one requested, such as a bank draft or wire transfer, and that it sets the conversion rate at its discretion (8.7). A refund of an unused deposit is only possible within 7 business days of the deposit, with no game activity in between, and administration charges can apply (8.1). Deposits and withdrawals without matching play can also draw an administration charge (8.2).

KYC: which documents, and what a refused payout can mean

Clause 6.2 lists the age documents: a passport, driving licence, national ID card, birth certificate (verification up to 24 hours) or a payment card showing the first 6 and last 4 digits with the CVV hidden. Further proof can be a signed credit agreement and a utility bill or bank statement under 6 months old. Under clause 5.4 the casino may require notarised ID, bank references and evidence of the source of funds, and may block all activity until it has them.

Deliberately wrong information lets the casino keep the deposit after closing the account (5.4). The withdrawal clock does not start until KYC is complete (8.2). The terms give no number of days for the player to answer a request and no deposit total that triggers a check, so each player's timeline depends on when the casino asks.

Closure, forfeiture and the 12-week claim window

The casino may close an account at any time on written notice (14.6). When the cause is fraud, collusion or breach of the terms, the balance is non-refundable up to the amount of the casino's claim (14.7), and a chargeback allows it to withhold the balance (13.4). Duplicate accounts void their bonuses and winnings, and the casino can recover refunds from any other account of the player (4.5).

Time limits run against the player. A dispute about a bet is not considered after 30 days and one about a played game not after 12 weeks (27.1). If the screen and the game server differ, the server wins (27.3). An unresolved complaint can be taken to the licensing body (27.5); no external dispute service is named. Six consecutive months with no betting, deposit or withdrawal allow the casino to debit funds from the account, with no amount stated (8.8). Self-exclusion lasts a minimum of six months (35.1).

Restricted countries (clause 4.6): Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom and the United States, plus every country on the FATF blacklist. The casino may turn away customers from any other country. The entry in the casino's data lists no blocked countries.

Monday cashback of 10%, a weekend 30% and the bonus conditions

The homepage advertises cashback of up to 10% every Monday and 30% on deposits at weekends, plus a reward for installing the app. AskGamblers lists no bonus for Cat Casino. The general terms set a minimum wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus plus the real money used (9.2), a maximum bet of €5 per spin or €0.50 per line with an active bonus (9.5), and a €50 cap on winnings from a no-deposit free spin bonus (9.4). Free spin winnings carry wagering from x5 to x35 (9.9).

Clause 9.7 also defines bonus abuse: staking the maximum to raise variance, lowering stakes after a big win and depositing only enough to cap a match bonus of 50% or more. Confiscation and closure follow.

72 providers, an own slot and the homepage win feed

CasinoGuru counts 72 providers, and the menu covers new games, slots, bonus buy, jackpots, instant games, live casino, table games, Drops and Wins and low-stakes games. The homepage features Gates of Olympus Super Scatter, Dogs Bonanza 1000, Sugar Rush 1000 and Book of Fortune, and an own title called CatCasino Tales. A feed on the homepage shows recent wins between €79.01 and €427.20, for example €427.20 on Book of Fortune. The page does not say how the entries are chosen, so they say nothing about typical results. The top entry is 5.41 times the lowest, a gap of €348.19.

Support is live chat around the clock according to CasinoGuru, with support@catcasino.com and a Telegram bot. Languages are not stated. For responsible gambling AskGamblers lists a loss limit and self-exclusion, and nothing else of its 10-item checklist, while the terms add a daily deposit limit set by email (8.4).

47 complaints, 23 resolved, and 163 player ratings

CasinoGuru logs 47 complaints against Cat Casino, with none open and none unresolved, 23 resolved and 24 rejected. That is 51% rejected and 49% resolved. It marks the terms Fair with 1 issue found and shows no blacklist entry. The Safety Index is 8.9, High, slightly above Gama's 8.5 at the same operator. CasinoGuru's count of 47 complaints is against a revenue tier above €20,000,000. Individual complaint cases were not collected for this review.

AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 6.3 and a player rating of 9.5 from 163 ratings. Trustpilot shows 3.9 stars from 15 reviews, a small sample.

Who Cat Casino suits

Cat Casino suits a player outside the nine named countries who wants a €10 entry, 19 deposit methods and a card payout that AskGamblers lists at 0 to 24 hours. A balance of up to about €1,500 can move in one day if the casino's data figure is right. It is less suitable for a player who wins above €15,000 in a month, because the listed monthly ceiling would stretch the payout over more than one month.

A player who needs an independent dispute service should look at casinos that name one, since this one points only to the licensing body. A player in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom is excluded by name.
