The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
BetOnRed is a 2022 Curaçao casino run by Uno Digital Media B.V. Its terms set the money rules in numbers: withdrawals from €50, a cap of €1,000 a day, €3,000 a week and €10,000 a month, a 3x play-through of every deposit before cashing out, and a €10 monthly fee on accounts idle for 12 months. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 8.2, High, but marks the terms Somewhat unfair, with 130 complaints on record, 85 of them rejected. AskGamblers scores it 7.6 and Trustpilot shows 4.3 from 3,774 reviews. The sections below follow the terms clause by clause and set them against those outside records.
Uno Digital Media B.V. and two different licence numbers
Clause 1.2 of the terms names Uno Digital Media B.V., registered in Curaçao under number 157147 with an office on Johan Van Walbeeckplein 24 in Willemstad. A Cyprus company, UDM Processing Services Ltd (registration HE 435747), acts as payment agent. The terms carry the header "in force from 01/01/2023", state that the English version prevails and that Curaçao law governs, and set the minimum age at 18.
The licence is where the sources disagree. The terms text names Curaçao licence No. 1668 JAZ, issued by Curaçao eGaming. CasinoGuru lists the Curaçao Gaming Authority and the number OGL/2024/1267/0760, which it marks as verified. Both AskGamblers and CasinoGuru date the brand to 2022, and CasinoGuru puts its revenue above €20,000,000. Support is reachable at support@betonred.com and by the phone number +35880005733 given in the terms.
€1,000 a day, €10,000 a month: what the withdrawal caps do to a big win
Clause 7.1 sets the minimum withdrawal at €50. Clause 7.12 caps payouts at €/$1,000 per day, €/$3,000 per week and €/$10,000 per month, with exceptions at the casino's discretion for higher VIP levels. CasinoGuru repeats these three figures. AskGamblers lists higher ones: 2,000 per day, 5,000 per week and 15,000 per month. The terms are the stricter source, so plan around them.
The arithmetic is blunt. The daily cap reaches the monthly cap in 10 days, so a withdrawal pattern of €1,000 a day stops after the tenth day. A €30,000 win takes 3 months at €10,000 a month. Clause 7.13 adds that a win above €15,000 may be split into monthly instalments of at most €15,000, and clause 7.3 says substantial wins may be paid monthly. The two clauses do not match each other, because €15,000 instalments exceed the €10,000 monthly cap of 7.12. Averaged over 30 days, the €10,000 monthly cap is about €333 a day, a third of the €1,000 daily limit. An instalment of €15,000 is 1.5x the monthly cap, and the monthly cap is 3.33x the weekly one.
Clause 7.10 says processing takes up to 24 hours, after which the method's own time applies. AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, bank transfers and cards at 3 to 5 days, and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours. A bank withdrawal is therefore up to 6 days from request to money, counting the 24 hours of processing. Bank transfers can carry intermediary-bank charges, which clause 7.16 limits to the equivalent of €16. On the minimum €50 withdrawal that is 32 percent. After a €16 charge, a minimum €50 withdrawal leaves €34.
- Minimum withdrawal: €50
- Daily, weekly, monthly cap: €1,000, €3,000, €10,000 (terms 7.12)
- Instalments above €15,000, paid monthly (7.13)
- E-wallet payout: 0 to 24 hours; bank and card: 3 to 5 days (AskGamblers)
Fourteen ways in, thirteen ways out, fifteen currencies
The casino's payment data lists 14 deposit methods: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Neosurf, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and Ripple. Withdrawals have 13: Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, Jeton, eZeeWallet, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Ripple and Tron. CasinoGuru counts 23 payment methods in total. Clause 7.7 says card payouts go through Visa OCT and Mastercard Payment Transfer and that issuing banks may reject them. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut, Paysafecard and Neosurf appear on the deposit side only.
Accepted currencies are EUR, USD, PLN, CAD, NZD, CZK, ZAR, BGN, RON, AUD, BRL, TRY, NOK, HUF and DKK. The internal currency is the euro (clause 7.9) and the casino does not convert between currencies itself (6.7), so a bank may add a small difference. The minimum deposit depends on the country: €2, €5, €10 or €15 (6.2). Withdrawals must go back by the method used to deposit (5.6), and a card deposit can be paid out only up to the amount deposited, with the rest sent by another method (13.5).
Crypto carries its own traps. Deposits cannot be limited with deposit limits (6.9). A deposit below the minimum for that coin is not credited and cannot be returned (6.10). If a player sends funds to the wrong network, such as BTC to a BCH address, the casino tries recovery only above €5,000 and charges 0.1 BTC, without a guarantee (7.8). Third-party payments are refused: deposits must come from an account in the player's own name (6.8).
Three times through the deposit, then documents, a phone call and a two-week clock
Clause 7.6 requires every deposit to be played through at least 3 times before a withdrawal. A €100 deposit means €300 of turnover first. This applies to the deposit itself, apart from any bonus wagering.
Verification is run at the first withdrawal (7.4): passport or ID card, utility bills and copies of the cards used for deposits. Clause 7.14 allows a selfie with a document, wants papers in Latin or Cyrillic letters and otherwise demands a video verification. A phone call to the number on the account may be part of the check, and no cash-out happens until the account is fully verified (6.8 and 7.15). If the player cannot be reached by email or phone for 2 weeks, the funds are retained as a failed KYC. Fake documents can cost the deposits and the winnings (7.5). Even closing the account can trigger an interview by Skype or Zoom, a source-of-funds request or a new selfie (10.2).
For a refund check, clause 13 asks for ID and proof of address from the last 90 days, allows up to 7 business days to decide and 48 hours to complete it.
€10 a month from month 13, balance confiscated at month 30
Clause 9.1 defines a dormant account as one with no login for 12 consecutive months. From then a fee of €10 a month (or the balance, if less) may be charged. Clause 9.4 states that after 30 months of inactivity the balance is confiscated. A €100 balance is consumed by fees after 10 charges, around month 22. A €300 balance loses 18 fees, €180, by month 30, and the remaining €120 is confiscated.
Other clauses with a price tag: the casino may close an account without a reason or prior notice and refund the balance minus withdrawal charges (10.3 and 12.5). One account is allowed per household, IP address or PC, and duplicate-account winnings are forfeited and can be reclaimed (5.2). Using a VPN to bypass a provider's block may lead to confiscated winnings (2.2). Mistaken credits stay the casino's property (7.2), the casino's liability for a bet is capped at the stake (11.5), server logs are the final authority in a dispute (14.4) and the casino decides whether a rule was broken (15.2).
Bonus conduct is policed by clause 12.2: using known advantage practices, such as delaying a round until wagering is done, brings immediate confiscation and closure. Moving the main deposit out before bonus turnover is finished forfeits bonus and winnings (6.3).
Roughly 77 restricted countries across three lists
The terms do not keep one list but three. Clause 4.5 bars the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, France and its overseas territories, the Netherlands, Israel, Latvia, Lithuania, the Dutch West Indies, Curaçao, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Gibraltar, Jersey, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Iran, North Korea and Afghanistan. Clause 4.6 adds the FATF blacklist (North Korea, Iran) and a greylist: Albania, Barbados, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Jamaica, Jordan, Haiti, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Panama, Philippines, Senegal, South Sudan, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
Clause 4.7 adds more: American Samoa, Botswana, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, DR Congo, Fiji, Guam, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Palau, Palestine, Samoa, Somalia, Sudan, Crimea, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and repeats several already named. The casino's data file reduces the three lists to 77 country codes. Poland is not on any of them. For a player in a barred country, the terms say the casino cannot guarantee that a withdrawal or refund will be processed.
Games, support and responsible gambling tools
CasinoGuru's text does not give a provider count for BetOnRed. The terms name NetEnt, whose clause 17 lists 19 jurisdictions where its games are not supplied, among them Estonia, Sweden and Denmark, and several branded slots, including Vikings, Narcos and Planet of the Apes, with their own territory limits (2.3 to 2.7). The site navigation shows a Casino section, a Sports section and Missions.
AskGamblers records deposit, wager, loss and time limits plus self-exclusion, and no cool-off, reality check, self-assessment test, withdrawal lock or self-exclusion register. Clause 8.1 says a self-exclusion closes the account at once, but the casino only makes reasonable efforts to stop new accounts and the player is responsible for not opening others. Clause 6.9 means that crypto deposits sit outside deposit limits. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both note 24/7 live chat.
130 complaints, 85 rejected: the outside record
CasinoGuru shows 130 complaints: 44 resolved, 85 rejected, 1 open and 0 unresolved. Rejections are 65% of all complaints, resolutions 34% and the one open case 0.8%. It also marks the terms Somewhat unfair with 2 issues found, and it carries no blacklist flag. AskGamblers shows 28 complaints, a CasinoRank of 7.6 and a player rating of 6.9 from 28 reviews. Trustpilot reports 4.3 stars from 3,774 reviews. The sources do not give individual case amounts for this casino, so no single case is described here. Unrounded, 44 of 130 is 33.8%.
The complaint clause itself (14.3) points an unresolved dispute to any independent body or licensing regulator listed on the site. No deadline for the casino to answer is given.
Who this suits, and who should look elsewhere
BetOnRed suits a player whose deposits and expected wins sit well under €10,000 a month, who lives in a country outside the three lists (Poland is not on them) and who is happy to be verified at the first withdrawal. The welcome package is 100% up to €500 plus 150 free spins on the first deposit, 55% up to €500 plus 100 spins on the second and 100% up to €500 on the third, according to the casino's promotions page; the Polish page shows up to 7,500 zł and 250 spins. The sources do not state the wagering terms, so check them before taking any of it.
It is a poor fit for a player who may win €30,000 or more and would wait 3 months for it, who wants to keep deposit limits on crypto deposits, or who expects to leave an account idle for over a year, given the €10 fees and the confiscation at month 30. Anyone relying on a daily payout above €1,000 should look for a casino whose own terms state a higher cap.
