The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Wild Tokyo is a Curacao casino whose terms give unusually precise withdrawal tables: at the entry account levels EUR 500 per day and EUR 8,000 per month, rising to EUR 1,000 and EUR 25,000 at levels 67 to 88. The same terms demand bets of 3 times the deposit before a cash-out, charge EUR 10 a month on accounts idle for 6 months, and block 162 countries. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 9.3, Very high, with 79 complaints, 48 of them rejected, while Trustpilot sits at 2.2 from 263 reviews. The review goes through each clause and sets the rules against what players report.
A Cyprus company, a Curacao parent and no licence number in the terms
Clause 1.1 says the site is owned and operated by a company registered in Cyprus, with its place of business in Nicosia, and that gambling services are provided by a parent company registered in Curacao under a Curacao eGaming licence. The terms give neither company name nor licence number. CasinoGuru fills that gap: operator GBL Solutions N.V., licence OGL/2024/589/0556, operating since 2020. The same operator and licence number appear for Hugo Casino, so the two sites share a company, though their rulebooks differ in detail.
Curacao law applies, and Curacao courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. The terms offer no named dispute service. A complaint goes to customer support first and then to support@wildtokyo.com, with no time limit for an answer.
162 countries on the exclusion list
Clause 2.7 lists 162 countries as places where online gambling is illegal and where an account cannot be created. The list includes the UK, the USA, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Malta, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Turkey, Brazil, India, Russia, South Africa, South Korea and Vietnam. It does not include Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Canada or Australia. The casino may suspend accounts opened in the listed countries and cancel their deposits and bets, so a player who registers from one of them risks the balance, not just access.
EUR 500 a day and EUR 8,000 a month at levels 1 to 22
Clause 9.2 sets maximum withdrawals by account level. Levels 1 to 22 get EUR 500 per transaction, EUR 500 per day and EUR 8,000 per month. Levels 23 to 44 get EUR 600 and EUR 12,000, levels 45 to 66 get EUR 800 and EUR 18,000, and levels 67 to 88 get EUR 1,000 and EUR 25,000. In NOK the first band is 5,800 per day and 95,000 per month. A player at level 10 who wins EUR 20,000 can take EUR 8,000 in one month, so the full amount needs 2.5 months. At the daily cap, EUR 8,000 alone takes 16 days.
Withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2), and a player can hold only 3 requests at a time. The FAQ says verification takes about 24 hours and payouts take 24 to 48 hours or up to five banking days, depending on the method. The terms add that the casino may charge a processing fee (9.6) and may choose a different payout method (9.2) but print no fee table. Minimums are EUR 10 for bank transfers, EUR 20 for other methods and EUR 50 for crypto.
AskGamblers shows a monthly limit of either EUR 6,000 or EUR 8,000 and a daily limit of EUR 500. The terms' table is the more detailed record.
- Levels 1 to 22: EUR 500 a day, EUR 8,000 a month
- Levels 23 to 44: EUR 600 a day, EUR 12,000 a month
- Levels 45 to 66: EUR 800 a day, EUR 18,000 a month
- Levels 67 to 88: EUR 1,000 a day, EUR 25,000 a month
Three times the deposit, or 10% off the payout
Clause 9.3 says that if bets from the real balance are below 3 times the deposit when the withdrawal is requested, the casino may withhold up to 10% of the payout, or refuse it and ask the player to finish wagering. The anti-money-laundering section goes further and says a player must have bet at least 3 deposit amounts before withdrawing, and that someone who only deposits for free spins cannot withdraw at all. On a EUR 200 deposit that means EUR 600 of bets, and a payout of EUR 300 after only EUR 200 of play could lose up to EUR 30.
The same section holds payouts above EUR 2,000 in 24 hours, or EUR 2,300 in total since registration, until identity, age and residence are verified. A deposit that was never played is rejected for withdrawal (8.7), and when the casino doubts the player intended to bet, it may keep the money until verification or three months after the deposit.
30 days to send documents, or the winnings are confiscated
Verification is requested after a withdrawal request or whenever the Risk Department asks. Clause 2.5 gives 30 calendar days from the request; if the player misses that, winnings are confiscated and the account is permanently closed. The check usually needs up to 3 business days from the moment complete documents arrive, and up to 72 hours, with the KYC desk open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+2). The FAQ promises 24 hours. A video call can also be required (2.5.1), and failing it at the agreed time lets the casino cancel winnings and close the account.
The document list is long: a coloured passport or licence, both sides of the card with the middle digits hidden, a bank screenshot showing IBAN and BIC, an e-wallet screenshot, a selfie with the ID if needed and a utility bill under 3 months old. They go to kyc@wildtokyo.com or into the account.
EUR 10 a month from month 6, and a EUR 50 fee per chargeback email
An account with no real-money play for 6 months counts as dormant, and the casino may charge EUR 10 on the 1st of each month until the player bets again or the balance hits zero (clause 5.2). After 12 months the account is inactive and may be deleted with any balance voided (5.3). A balance of EUR 60 at month 6 is gone by month 12 through fees alone.
Other clauses move money. A chargeback request makes the casino send up to three emails, and EUR 50 is deducted from the refund for each (6.2). Closing an account needs a zero balance and no pending withdrawals (7.3). Refund requests must come within 24 hours and only for deposits that were not played (10). Duplicate accounts can lead to confiscation of deposits (2.6). Hiding the IP address, using forged documents or using software-assisted play allows the casino to forfeit the whole balance (14.7).
Bonus headline terms
The homepage shows a welcome pack of 260% up to EUR 3,000 plus 850 free spins, a EUR 400 welcome bonus with 170 spins from EUR 20 and a high-roller offer of EUR 1,500 with 350 spins from EUR 300. The bonus page holds the wagering rules. For this review the point is that the 3 times deposit rule and the 10% commission apply on top of any bonus condition.
Take a break, reality checks and email-only self-exclusion
The responsible gaming page offers a Take a Break pause of 1 day, 3 days or 1 week, a reality check at 60, 90 or 180 minutes, two-factor authentication and self-exclusion by email to support@wildtokyo.com. Clause 4.2 says breaks start from 24 hours. A heading for personal limit settings appears with no tool described, and no deposit or loss limit is documented. A pause cancels active withdrawal requests and returns the money to the balance (4.4), which matters for anyone waiting on a payout.
79 complaints, 48 rejected, Safety Index 9.3
CasinoGuru records 79 complaints: 29 resolved, 48 rejected and 2 open, which is 61% rejected, even though the Safety Index is 9.3. It counts 152 game providers and 24 payment methods, and rates the terms fair. AskGamblers gives a rank of 7.2 and a player rating of 6.5 from 22 reviews. Trustpilot shows 2.2 from 263 reviews. No individual complaint amounts are on file, so the rejected share and the gap between the high Safety Index and the low Trustpilot score are the facts to weigh.
Who Wild Tokyo suits and who should skip it
Wild Tokyo suits a player outside the 162 listed countries who deposits modest sums, bets 3 times the deposit and can send a full document set within a week. It is a poor fit for a high winner needing more than EUR 8,000 a month at the lowest levels, for anyone who wants deposit limits in the account, and for a player who leaves a balance idle for 6 months.
