Techcore Holding B.V., registration 151612, and two licence numbers

The terms of service (last updated 19 August 2025) name Techcore Holding B.V., registered at Abraham Mendez Chumaceiro Boulevard 03, Willemstad, Curacao, as the owner of the Betico brand, under registration number 151612 (clause 1.3). Payments are processed for it by Fabeltra Ltd, Nicosia, Cyprus, registration 399178 (clause 1.3.1). The site footer gives the licence as Curacao Gaming Authority OGL/2024/222/0540. The casino's pages of July 2025 name the Curacao Gaming Control Board instead. CasinoGuru adds a second licence, Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority ALSI-202508047-FI2, which the footer does not mention.

The contract is governed by Curacao law (clause 1.4) and the minimum age is 18 (clause 3.1.2). Changes to the general terms take effect at least two weeks after they are announced, according to the footer. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both date the casino to 2025, and CasinoGuru lists the same owner for two sister brands, Wageon and Akibawin. A Trustpilot reviewer on 18 March 2026 also names these three sites together as Techcore casinos.

EUR 5,000 a day, and a bank transfer that takes 3 days or 7

The profile data puts the withdrawal limit at EUR 5,000 per day; a per-transaction and a monthly limit are not stated. A player who wins EUR 12,000 would therefore wait 3 days for the money (5,000, 5,000 and 2,000), assuming each day is paid in full. The same record gives e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, bank transfers 3 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 24 hours. A bank withdrawal can then take up to 8 days, counting the pending period and the longest bank time.

AskGamblers lists different numbers: e-wallets 0 to 24 hours, crypto 0 to 24 hours, bank 0 to 72 hours, cards 0 to 5 hours and pending 0 to 24 hours. The bank figure is 3 to 7 days in one record and 0 to 72 hours in the other, and cards are 1 to 5 days against 0 to 5 hours. The sources do not say which is current, so a bank-transfer player should expect anything from 3 days to 8 days until evidence shows otherwise.

CasinoGuru counts 35 payment methods and AskGamblers 29. CasinoGuru's list includes Neteller, Skrill, Visa, Mastercard, Trustly, AstroPay, SEPA, Revolut, Interac and MuchBetter, plus crypto such as Monero, Zcash, Solana and Toncoin. AskGamblers names Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK and CashtoCode. The profile data lists 14 currencies: USDT, EUR, USD and 11 coins. AskGamblers states that deposit and withdrawal fees apply but gives no amounts, and lists weekend cashouts as available.

Verification: one hour on paper, an unread policy in practice

AskGamblers lists account verification at 0 to 1 hour as a strength. On CasinoGuru, a UK player wrote that verification took one minute and the withdrawal was processed within 30 minutes. A Trustpilot reviewer on 23 July 2025 wrote that after a EUR 500 deposit he won 2,000, passed KYC and had the withdrawal approved within minutes, then rated the casino 2 stars because the bonus win was limited to the bonus amount.

The terms themselves say little: under clause 7.6 the casino may ask for documents for a KYC check when a refund request is made, and the player has 5 days to supply them. Which documents are needed, and when KYC is triggered for an ordinary withdrawal, sits in the separate KYC policy, which this review does not cover. A Trustpilot reviewer on 9 September 2025 wrote that a withdrawal asked for on a Sunday was still not approved after 3 days and that live chat told him to be patient. Verification speed is therefore reported as fast by AskGamblers and individual players, and as slow in at least one dated complaint, with no official rule to settle it.

Where the terms can take your balance

Clause 11.2 allows the casino to ask a player to stop using a VPN or proxy, and clauses 11.2 and 15.6 let it block the account and the funds on it if suspicious activity is found while one was in use. Clause 11.1 lets it withhold the money in an account, deposits included, if it suspects a breach. Under 12.10 winnings can be set aside while an event result is investigated for suspected criminal activity, and under 12.15 the casino reserves the right to change payout ratios after an event if a paytable was published with a mistake. Clause 12.16 makes the player repay any balance credited by error.

Refunds are not offered by default (7.1 and 12.18). A player who sees a balance drop from a technical fault has 7 days to ask (7.4), and the casino may refuse a late request without explanation. Sending false information in refund requests more than twice in a row, or three times in total, allows the casino to close the account (7.8). If an account is closed for gambling addiction, funds in any extra account the player opens are forfeited (stated in the general clauses).

AskGamblers records a complaint about an account banned without warning with USD 3,100 confiscated, where the player said no evidence of an exploit was given; the case is marked resolved. The terms read do not give the casino's reasons in that case, so the outcome cannot be checked against a rule.

The bonus cap: 3,000 USDT of bonus and 120,000 USDT of bets

This review gives the bonus one section. CasinoGuru lists a 150% match up to 3,000 USDT with 10, 30 or 200 extra spins and a 70% cashback bonus; AskGamblers lists a minimum deposit of 140 USDT for the 3,000 USDT offer, 33 USDT for a smaller 100% offer up to 140 USDT, and 50 CAD for a 200% offer up to 4000 CAD. Wagering is 40x the bonus in both. A player who deposits 2,000 USDT gets a 3,000 USDT bonus and must stake 120,000 USDT before it unlocks. The bonus policy counts slots at 100%, roulette and video poker at 10% and blackjack, baccarat, poker, wheel of fortune and virtual sports at 5%. At 5%, the same 120,000 USDT becomes 2,400,000 USDT of blackjack bets.

The caps conflict. The bonus policy (version of July 2025) says the amount converted from bonus to cash equals the bonus originally credited and anything above is forfeited, while CasinoGuru lists the maximum cashout as unlimited. The Trustpilot reviewer of 23 July 2025 reports the policy version.

Cashback follows its own table. The cashback page gives 5% to 20% of losses by loyalty level, across 15 levels. Level 2 starts at 200 points with 5% weekly; level 7 at 20,000 points pays 10% weekly with a 20x wager; level 8 at 50,000 points adds 3% daily; level 15 at 4,000,000 points pays 10% daily. How points are earned is not on the page. The first-month cashback pays 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% at days 1, 7, 15 and 30, which sums to 50%, and the page itself says 50% of losses, while the headline and CasinoGuru say up to 70%. 42 providers or 30, 7,500 slots or 2,500

CasinoGuru counts 42 game providers and AskGamblers 30. The profile data says 43 providers and 2500+ games, while AskGamblers' editorial says 7,500+ slots. The numbers cannot all be right, and the page does not say which games count. Names that appear in the lists include NetEnt, Novomatic, Playtech, Play'n GO, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City, Big Time Gaming, Relax Gaming and Hacksaw Gaming.

The site menu shows its own Betico Originals, Drops and Wins, Buy bonus, Tournament games and a Jackpot section, plus live roulette, blackjack and baccarat. CasinoGuru marks sports betting, eSports betting, crash games, live shows and live poker as available. AskGamblers lists as drawbacks that the RTP is not publicly audited and the RNG is not tested.

The terms carry supplier territory rules: clause 13.2 lists 50 territories where NetEnt games may not be offered, among them the United Kingdom, the United States, France, Spain, Australia, Sweden, Estonia and Israel. That is the supplier's list, not the casino's own list of restricted countries, which is not printed in the terms.

A Safety Index of 8.1 against 2.2 stars on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru rates Betico 8.1, High, with terms judged mostly fair (one questionable clause), no blacklist entry and an owner revenue estimate above EUR 1,000,000. Its 13 user reviews average Good. It lists as a drawback only the limited responsible gaming tools. AskGamblers gives CasinoRank 9 and a player rating of 9.3 out of 10 from 161 reviews (an earlier record showed 138).

Complaints are counted differently. The October CasinoGuru record shows 4 complaints: 1 open, 1 resolved and 2 rejected. A May record showed 103 with the same figures on the Wageon page and the same three cases on the Akibawin page, so that count is not relied on here. AskGamblers shows 2 complaints, both resolved: a crypto deposit of USD 4.95 not credited after 8 or more days, and the USD 3,100 confiscation above.

Trustpilot is the harshest source: 2.2 stars from 12 reviews on the October record (7 reviews at 2.3 on the earlier one), a claimed profile with payment verification. Dated samples are 1 star on 26 October 2025 about a bad RTP, 1 star on 27 December 2025 from a player who deposited USD 800 or more and reports no real return, and 1 star on 18 March 2026. The gap between 9.3 out of 10 and 2.2 out of 5 is the main fact about the track record.

Who Betico suits and who should look elsewhere

It fits a crypto player who accepts that the limit is EUR 5,000 a day, that e-wallet and crypto payouts are listed at 0 to 24 hours, and that the verification step is described as quick by AskGamblers and by players on CasinoGuru.

It fits poorly for a bank-transfer player who needs the money by a fixed date, because the sources give anything from 0 to 72 hours up to 3 to 7 days plus 24 hours pending. It fits poorly for a player who wants deposit and loss limits: CasinoGuru found none of ten tools, while AskGamblers lists deposit limits, self-exclusion and cool-off but not loss, wager, time limits or a reality check. It also fits poorly for a bonus player who wants to know the exact cap, since two sources disagree.

Players who use a VPN, or whose country may be restricted, should check first, because the terms print no country list and treat VPN use as grounds to block funds. CasinoGuru lists English as the only support language and 8 site languages, while AskGamblers lists English, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian and the site menu offers 12 languages.
