The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
Joo Casino is a Curaçao-licensed casino that CasinoGuru and AskGamblers date to 2014, and its own terms (version 2.6, last updated 02.09.2024) set the weekly withdrawal limit at €3,000 and the monthly limit at €15,000. They also charge €25 a month on accounts idle for 12 months and put 50x wagering on bonuses. CasinoGuru gives a Safety Index of 7.9, Above average, with 10 complaints on file; AskGamblers shows a CasinoRank of 8.7 and a player rating of 9.3 from 357 reviews; Trustpilot has a 3.5 rating from 557 reviews. The terms bar players from 209 countries, among them the UK, the USA, Spain and Estonia. This review goes through those clauses and the outside records.
Two company names for one Curaçao licence
Clause 1.1 of the terms says joocasino.com is owned and operated by Dama N.V., registered in Curaçao under number 152125 at Scharlooweg 39, Willemstad, and licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board under licence OGL/2023/174/0082. The footer of the bonus terms names a different company: Stable Tech N.V., registration No. 160129, at the same address, with licence OGL/2024/161/0191. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers both list Stable Tech N.V. as the owner, so the casino's own pages disagree with each other on the operator's name, registration number and licence number.
The English text prevails over translations, and clause 1.5 adds that translation errors are interpreted in favor of the casino. Disputes go to arbitration in Cyprus (clause 17), and claims must be filed within 1 year (clause 13). CasinoGuru dates the brand to 2014, while the licence numbers quoted on the casino's pages carry the years 2023 and 2024.
€3,000 a week and €15,000 a month
Clause 11.8 sets the withdrawal limits: €3,000 a week and €15,000 a month, with the monthly total reset on the first day of the month. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full, and exceptions are possible for what the clause calls the most active and devoted players. VIP club members get €5,000 a week and €20,000 a month (11.9). The minimum withdrawal is €20 or $20, which clause 11.1 converts to 90 PLN, 1500 RUB, 2400 JPY or 0.00043 BTC, and the minimum deposit is €20 (10.4).
The arithmetic matters for a large win. A €10,000 win at €3,000 a week takes 4 weeks (3 payouts of €3,000 and one of €1,000). A €30,000 win takes 10 weeks at the standard limit and 6 weeks at the VIP limit. Four weeks of €3,000 add up to only €12,000, so the €15,000 monthly cap is reached only in a month with 5 weekly payouts. AskGamblers lists lower figures, €2,500 a week and €12,000 a month, which conflicts with the terms; the figures in version 2.6 are used here and the cashier should be checked for the current number.
Timing is stated in two places. Clause 11.6 says requests are processed in 0 to 24 hours, and an identity check can hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours (11.11). Bank transfers are processed within 3 banking days, and intermediary banks may add charges that the casino puts at up to €16 (11.13). AskGamblers lists e-wallets and crypto at 0 to 1 hours, cards at 3 to 5 days, bank transfers at 5 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 48 hours. A bank payout can therefore take up to 9 calendar days: 2 days pending plus 7 days in transit.
Cards work in one direction first. If the deposit came by card and the withdrawal is equal to or smaller than the deposit, the casino may pay it back to the same card (11.10); anything above goes to another method. Corporate cards are excluded and USD payouts cannot go by bank transfer (11.3 and the bank clause). Crypto deposits through CoinsPaid cannot be capped with deposit limits (10.5).
Two weeks to answer the phone
Verification is not tied to a fixed trigger. Clause 11.2 lets the casino check identity before any payout, and clause 8.4 allows a phone call to the number on the account as part of KYC. If the casino cannot reach the player by email or phone within 2 weeks of the withdrawal request, the account is locked for failing KYC.
Clause 8.5 lists passport or ID, proof of residence and source-of-funds statements. Refusing to provide them, or inconsistencies between the documents and reality, allow the casino to close the account and confiscate the funds, and the decision is described as final and not subject to appeal. Clause 9.7 asks for documents in Latin or Cyrillic script and demands video verification when they are in another script. Deposits must come from an account in the player's own name; otherwise winnings are confiscated and the deposit goes back to the payment owner (10.3).
€25 a month after 12 idle months, and other clauses that cost money
Clause 12.1 defines an inactive account as one with no login or logout for 12 consecutive months and allows a monthly fee of €25, or the whole balance if lower. A balance of €100 is gone after 4 monthly fees; a balance of €25 after one. Clause 9.6 requires every deposit to be wagered once before the connected funds can be withdrawn, and 3 times if the casino suspects money laundering or fraud. A €200 deposit therefore needs €200 of bets in the normal case and €600 in the suspected case.
Duplicate accounts are tied to residence address, household, IP address and PC (8.1); the penalty is termination of all accounts and cancellation of payouts. Chargebacks and forged documents allow the casino to cancel payouts without giving reasons (9.1). Clause 9.2 lets the casino close an account and refund the balance minus withdrawal charges without a reason, and 7.5 makes any mistaken credit the casino's property. Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of the transaction, or within 30 calendar days if someone else used the account (14.1), and all refund costs fall on the player (11.15).
The country list is long. Clause 2.4 names 210 entries, 209 of them distinct, including the UK, USA, Estonia, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Czechia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Georgia, Israel, Iran, China, India, Japan, Brazil and Curaçao. Canada, Germany, Australia, Norway, Sweden, France, Italy, Austria, Finland and Switzerland are not on the list. The casino says it cannot guarantee that withdrawals or refunds will go through for players who breach the rule (2.4 and 2.6), and using a VPN to get around a game provider's block may lead to confiscation of winnings (3.10). Sweden is excluded from bonuses and VIP rewards, and Finland from deposit bonuses (2.5).
A €6,000 package at 50x, with a €5 bet limit
The welcome package in the bonus terms (clause 3.1) has three parts: 100% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins, 50% up to €2,000 plus 50 spins with code RELAX, and 50% up to €3,000 plus 50 spins with code ACTNOW, which adds up to €6,000 and 200 spins. The bonus must be wagered 50 times (2.1) with a maximum bet of €5 (2.2); breaking the limit confiscates the bonus winnings. A full €1,000 first bonus means €50,000 of bets, at least 10,000 bets at the €5 ceiling. Slots count 100% and table games, live games and video poker 5% (2.9). Free-spin winnings from the package are capped at €200 (3.5), a sign-up bonus used without a deposit can win at most €50 (1.13), and a bonus is cancelled once its balance falls to €0.05 (1.12).
179 providers and 47 payment methods
CasinoGuru counts 179 game providers and 47 payment methods. The site menu lists slots, jackpots, bonus buy, instant win, Megaways, Drops and Wins, hold-and-win games, live blackjack, roulette, baccarat, poker and game shows, plus tournaments, a VIP club, weekly cashback and a bonus shop. The data held for the casino names 21 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Interac, AstroPay and crypto through CoinsPaid, and 20 withdrawal methods. The terms accept 15 currencies (4.1), and bitcoin cannot be exchanged to fiat (4.2). Play'n GO is off for Sweden, Switzerland and Germany (3.6 and 3.7), and Amatic for Australia, Austria, Estonia, Greece and the USA (3.9).
Support is by email at support@joocasino.com and, according to CasinoGuru, live chat around the clock. The site menu offers 12 language entries. AskGamblers lists five responsible gambling tools as present (deposit, wager and loss limits, self-exclusion, cool-off) and time limits, reality checks and a self-assessment test as missing.
10 complaints, Safety Index 7.9
CasinoGuru records a Safety Index of 7.9, Above average, and 10 complaints. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 8.7 and a player rating of 9.3 from 357 reviews, and Trustpilot shows a 3.5 rating from 557 reviews. The sources do not explain the gap between 9.3 on AskGamblers and 3.5 on Trustpilot. The summaries available list no individual complaint, so no amounts, countries or dates can be given for the 10 cases, and nothing can be said about how many were paid.
The complaint clause in the terms (15) restricts complaints to the account holder (15.2), dismisses any complaint passed to a third party (15.3) and makes the game server logs the final authority in a dispute (15.4). No independent dispute body is named.
Who Joo Casino suits and who should avoid it
It suits a player from a country that is not on the 209-name list, such as Canada, Germany or Norway, who deposits from a card or wallet in their own name, expects payouts of under €3,000 a week and answers a phone call within 2 weeks of a withdrawal request. For that player the 7.9 Safety Index and the 9.3 AskGamblers player rating are the outside points in the casino's favor.
It is a poor fit for a player who expects a single six-figure payout, since €30,000 takes 10 weeks at the standard limit, for one who leaves an account idle for a year, and for anyone who wants clarity on who holds the funds, given that Dama N.V. and Stable Tech N.V. both appear on the casino's pages. Players from Estonia, the UK, the USA, Spain or any other listed country should not deposit.
