Inside CasinoChan

CasinoChan's own terms were reissued on 11 May 2026 as version 1.0, and they name Saphirix Solutions SRL of Costa Rica, operating under Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000091. The directories still describe other companies: CasinoGuru says Novatrix S.R.L. with licence 0000002, and AskGamblers has shown DAMA N.V. of Curacao. The rules are specific: rolling withdrawal windows of €4,000, €16,000 and €50,000, a KYC review that may take up to 30 working days, a €20 monthly dormancy fee, disputes settled by arbitration in Costa Rica, and a restricted list of about 220 names. Player feedback is positive on Trustpilot at 4.4 from 49 reviews, while CasinoGuru records 41 complaints, 34 of them rejected.
Saphirix Solutions SRL, Novatrix S.R.L. or DAMA N.V.: four names for one casino
Clause 1.1 of the terms says casinochan.com is owned and operated by Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-933997 in Los Yoses, San Jose, with Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000091. The document carries an effective and last-updated date of 11 May 2026 and the version number 1.0. A copy of the terms read one day earlier by another route showed Novatrix SRL, number 3-102-893958, licence 0000002 and a footer naming a Curacao company, so the two copies disagree on the operator.
The review sites lag behind. CasinoGuru lists Novatrix S.R.L. with Tobique licence 0000002, a Comoros licence ALSI-202508056-FI2 and 2019 as the start year, and lists 17 related casinos in its editorial. AskGamblers shows Novatrix in its latest data, DAMA N.V. under the Curacao Gaming Control Board in an older record.
€4,000 a day on a rolling clock: why €60,000 takes just over a month
Clause 11.8 sets limits on a rolling basis: €4,000 per day, €16,000 over the previous 7 days including the current day, and €50,000 over the previous 30 days, with the same figures in USD, CAD, AUD and NZD. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full and do not count. A player holding €60,000 can take €4,000 a day for 4 days, wait for the oldest day to leave the 7-day window, and reach the €50,000 monthly ceiling after about 22 days; the last €10,000 follows once early withdrawals leave the 30-day window, around day 33. Amounts above a method's own limit may be paid in instalments (11.1).
Speed is promised twice and the promises differ. The payments page says all withdrawals are aimed within 12 hours, while clause 11.6 aims at 72 hours from approval. Bank transfers are processed within 3 business days and are not available in USD (11.10), and refunds take 5 to 7 banking days (14.6). AskGamblers lists e-wallets at 0 to 24 hours, cards and banks at 1 to 7 days and a pending period of 0 to 72 hours, so a card payout could take 3 days pending plus 7 days. The casino may also pay by a different method than the one requested (11.5), and the player bears bank fees (11.12).
Eighteen currencies, six crypto minimums and the limits crypto escapes
Clause 4.1 accepts 8 fiat currencies (EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, ZAR, INR) and 10 crypto assets (BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA, TRX), converted at the Coinbase Converter rate, with no fiat-crypto exchange. The payments page lists 15 instant deposit rows. Cards and e-wallets start at €20 (AUD 15) with ceilings of €4,000 to €10,000, Neosurf and rapid transfer at €4,000, Paysafecard at €1,000 and Interac at CAD 6,000. Six crypto rows have minimums of 0.0001 BTC, 0.002 ETH, 0.001 BCH, 1 DOGE, 0.01 LTC and 5 USDT, and no maximum.
Crypto is treated differently on three counts. The casino cannot impose upper deposit limits on it (10.5), and the responsible gambling policy says crypto transactions are exempt from deposit limits and cooling-off. Self-exclusion also does not apply to crypto deposits, though the account stays locked. A player who limits spending should therefore use a card or e-wallet, since the tool will not cover crypto. Deposits from another person's account lead to confiscated winnings (10.3), and a rejected or charged-back deposit voids the winnings from it (10.7).
Up to 30 working days to review documents, against a 72-hour payout target
The KYC policy states that consideration of documents may take up to 30 working days from the moment all requested documents are provided. That is about 6 calendar weeks, compared with the 72 hours from approval in clause 11.6 and the 12 hours stated on the payments page. The documents are a passport or driving licence, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and proof of the payment method, meaning both sides of a card or an e-wallet screenshot. They may be demanded in Latin or Cyrillic script, otherwise a video where the player holds the ID and states name and date (9.4).
Withdrawals stay pending until verification is done, and if the casino cannot reach the player by phone or email within 2 weeks of the request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled (8.5). An expired ID or a name and address that do not match can lead to suspension and forfeiture of the balance (18.4). Duplicate accounts are defined broadly: the same home address, household, IP address or device is enough (8.2), and the casino may forfeit winnings and the balance. CasinoGuru classed an Australian A$2,500 multiple-account cancellation of December 2024 as unjustified.
€20 a month dormancy, a one-year claim limit and arbitration in Costa Rica
An account counts as inactive after 12 consecutive months without login or play. Clause 12.1 then allows a fee of €20 per month from the following month, and if the balance is below €20 the whole balance is taken; a login and a wager reactivates the account. A €100 balance disappears in 5 months. The terms read a day earlier gave €25, so a player should check the current figure. Every deposit must also be wagered 3 times before it can be withdrawn (9.6), so €1,000 needs €3,000 of bets, and the casino may charge a fee or refuse the withdrawal otherwise.
The procedural clauses favour the operator. Claims must be filed within 1 year of arising (13), disputes go exclusively to arbitration in Costa Rica and court action elsewhere is waived (17), a refund of a legitimate transaction must be requested within 24 hours (14.1), and server logs are final and binding (15.3). The casino may suspend or ban an account without notice or explanation (7.8). A mistaken credit stays the casino's property and becomes a debt if withdrawn (7.5). Complaints must come from the account holder, and the free ADR route is EGIS, which operates under the Tobique commission's rules (15.5).
About 220 restricted names, 143 providers and a limit tool that skips crypto
Clause 2.4 lists restricted countries and regions for real-money play, roughly 220 entries. Besides the expected United Kingdom, United States, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, France, Brazil, Mexico and Russia, it names Malta, Costa Rica, Sweden, Iceland, India, Japan and Canada's Ontario and New Brunswick. Players who break it are not entitled to refunds or withdrawals (2.4), and VPN use can lead to confiscation (3.2). Sweden is excluded from every bonus, promotion and VIP programme (2.5). Play'n GO and Pragmatic Play are also unavailable in Sweden.
CasinoGuru counts 143 providers, including Novomatic, Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Playtech, NetEnt and Hacksaw Gaming, with crash games, eSports betting and live shows in its category list. AskGamblers counts 70 or more. The official bonus page speaks of 2,400 games from 30 or more providers, which does not fit 143. The official promotions page lists a welcome package of five deposit steps; the bonus article has the terms.
The responsible gambling policy (version 1.02, 1 July 2026) offers deposit, loss, wager and session limits, a cooling-off period and self-exclusion. AskGamblers counts 5 of 10 tools and marks no time limit, reality check, self-assessment test, withdrawal lock or self-exclusion register, while the policy does list session limits. Live chat runs 24/7 and CasinoGuru lists support in 6 languages.
41 complaints at CasinoGuru, 2 at AskGamblers, 4.4 on Trustpilot or 3.6
CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.6 in one record and 7.5, Above average, on 15 October 2026, and rates the terms somewhat unfair on 6 points, among them bonus forfeiture and low-risk play. Its count is 41 complaints: 0 open, 1 unresolved, 6 resolved and 34 rejected. An older record shows 564 when related casinos are counted, 2 of them direct. The cases: a €100 Revolut withdrawal rejected in Slovenia on 9 December 2025, A$2,500 delayed while documents were rejected repeatedly (28 June 2025, player stopped responding), and the A$2,500 multiple-account case.
AskGamblers shows 2 complaints, both resolved: €1,229 withheld in April 2024 with addiction concerns cited, and a A$1,000 withdrawal rejected in October 2024 while the terms were being updated. Its CasinoRank is 5.8 and the player rating 9.1 from 82 reviews, up from 56. Trustpilot shows 4.4 from 49 reviews on a claimed profile in one record and 3.6 from 58 in another; the reviews sampled praise fast withdrawals and a VIP manager.
Who CasinoChan suits and who should avoid it
It suits a crypto player who wants no maximum on deposits and a €4,000 daily withdrawal ceiling, can have documents ready before the first request, and does not plan to cash out more than €50,000 in a month.
It is a poor fit for a player who needs a payout within days after a first win, because of the 30 working day review ceiling, for someone who may leave money idle past 12 months, and for anyone who shares a flat, IP address or device with another player who might register. Anyone relying on deposit limits should avoid crypto, and anyone unwilling to accept arbitration in Costa Rica should not register.
