CasinoChan's official bonus page lists a four-step welcome package worth up to 3,500 EUR and 260 free spins: 100% up to 1,000 EUR + 100 spins, 50% up to 750 EUR + 100 spins, 30% up to 1,000 EUR + 30 spins and 20% up to 750 EUR + 30 spins. Deposit bonuses carry 40x wagering on the bonus, a 5 EUR max bet, 30 days of validity and a 20 EUR minimum deposit per step. Three things do not add up. The licence records differ between sources and between copies of the terms, rule 1.3 excludes crypto deposits from bonuses while a 200% CRYPTO offer sits on the same page, and the listing and AskGamblers still show the old 400 EUR package.
Four steps, 3,500 EUR: what each deposit has to be
The official promotions page shows the package as four fiat deposits. The first is 100% up to 1,000 EUR + 100 free spins (code BERLIN). The second is 50% up to 750 EUR + 100 spins (OSLO). The third is 30% up to 1,000 EUR + 30 spins (PARIS) and the fourth 20% up to 750 EUR + 30 spins (PRAHA). Adding the caps gives 1,000 + 750 + 1,000 + 750 = 3,500 EUR, and the spins give 100 + 100 + 30 + 30 = 260. The 3,500 EUR and 260 are our sums, not a figure the casino prints.
The match rate decides how much you must deposit to reach each cap. At 100% the 1,000 EUR cap needs a 1,000 EUR deposit. At 50% the 750 EUR cap needs 1,500 EUR. At 30% the 1,000 EUR cap needs about 3,333 EUR (1,000 divided by 0.3), and at 20% the 750 EUR cap needs 3,750 EUR. So the later steps pay a small bonus on a large deposit, and most players will never reach the caps. A 20 EUR deposit, the minimum for any deposit bonus, earns 20 EUR of bonus at the first step. Each step needs its own deposit of at least 20 EUR (bonus terms 1.2).
The same page also contains an older sentence that says "100% up to 100 EUR + 30 free spins" for the first deposit. It contradicts the offer cards above it, so we treat it as stale copy. Which game the spins are played on, what each spin is worth and how many arrive per day are not stated. Sign-up spins are credited within 24 hours of registration (rule 1.19).
40x on a 100 EUR bonus: 4,000 EUR of bets and 800 spins
Deposit bonuses must be wagered 40 times, free spin and no-deposit bonuses 50 times unless stated otherwise (rule 1.5). The 40x applies to the bonus amount. A 100 EUR deposit at 100% gives a 100 EUR bonus and a target of 100 x 40 = 4,000 EUR of bets. With the 5 EUR max bet that is at least 800 spins, and in practice more because most spins cost less than the maximum. A full 1,000 EUR bonus means 40,000 EUR of bets.
Your own money is wagered first on a match bonus, then bonus money (rule 1.14). All deposit and free cash bonuses expire after 30 days, and an expired bonus takes its winnings with it (rules 1.7 and 1.13). The bonus is cancelled automatically when the bonus balance falls to 0.05 EUR or less (rule 1.29). Withdrawing before the wagering is done is allowed but forfeits the bonus and the winnings (rule 1.6).
A second, separate rule sits in the general terms: any deposit must be wagered 3 times before withdrawal (T&C 9.6). Free spins add a related condition. If the deposit that triggered the spins has not been wagered at least 3 times, with table games excluded, the casino may cancel the spins and the winnings (rule 1.8). Only one bonus can be active at a time, and one bonus is allowed per person, household or IP address.
The 5 EUR max bet, the 5% table-game rate and the EGT exclusion
The max bet with an active bonus is 5 EUR, or 8 CAD and 8 AUD, for all game types. Buying a bonus feature or placing a double-up bet counts toward that limit, and a breach lets the casino confiscate the winnings (rules 1.15, 1.16 and 1.30). On a 40,000 EUR target the limit matters: at 5 EUR a spin you need at least 8,000 spins.
Slots count 100% toward wagering. Table games, video poker, roulette, poker and crash games count only 5%, with live dealer variants excepted from that line (rule 1.11). At 5%, a 1 EUR bet on roulette clears 0.05 EUR of wagering, so a 4,000 EUR target would take 80,000 EUR of table bets. Bonuses cannot be used on EGT slots or jackpots (rule 1.10). Minimal-risk betting, such as red and black together, does not count and can void winnings (rule 1.12).
On the cashout side, the welcome deposit bonus is not capped by the official terms, and CasinoGuru lists the max cashout as unlimited. Other deposit bonuses, cashback, comp points, tournament and VIP bonuses are capped at 10,000 EUR, the excess is forfeited and the review can take up to 14 business days (rule 1.18). Winnings from a no-deposit bonus are capped at 50 EUR. CasinoGuru rates these terms somewhat unfair with 6 issues found.
Crypto: rule 1.3 says no bonus, the offer card says 200%
The bonus page lists a First Crypto Deposit Bonus of 200% up to 1,000 EUR with the code CRYPTO. The bonus terms say, in rule 1.3, that no bonuses are given for any cryptocurrency deposit. We found no text that reconciles the two. We cannot tell you which one the cashier applies, so do not deposit crypto expecting the 200% until support confirms it in writing.
At 200% the 1,000 EUR cap would need a 500 EUR deposit. The casino accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Litecoin and Tether alongside Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Neosurf, Interac, iDebit, Paysafecard, Payz, Rapid Transfer, MiFinity and Siru Mobile, according to the listing. CasinoGuru counts 32 payment methods. Currencies include EUR, AUD, CAD, CZK and the main coins.
Tobique licence 0000091 and an operator that changed in May 2026
The terms (version 1.0, effective 11 May 2026, clause 1.1) name Saphirix Solutions SRL, registered in Costa Rica with registration number 3-102-933997, and the footer of every page gives Tobique Gaming Commission licence 0000091. An earlier copy of the same terms named Novatrix SRL with Tobique licence 0000002 and a footer company in Curacao with licence OGL/2023/174/0082. CasinoGuru and AskGamblers still list Novatrix S.R.L. and Tobique, established 2019, CasinoGuru adds a Comoros licence number, and an older AskGamblers record names DAMA N.V. in Curacao.
The current terms and footer agree with each other, and the older descriptions come from outdated copies and review sites. It matters because the licence decides who a complaint goes to: disputes go to EGIS under Tobique rules. The bonus terms also still mention "PlayAmo's support service" in rule 1.31, which looks like copied text. The brand is operating: the site serves a live lobby and cashier, and it is not on the CasinoGuru blacklist.
Reloads, Thursday spins and who is excluded
Recurring offers are the Monday Reload (50% up to 100 EUR + 30 spins, code AMSTERDAM, 20 EUR minimum) and Thursday's Slot Spectacle, 100 free spins applied automatically, for which AskGamblers states a 30 EUR minimum deposit. Cashback comes as CasinoChan Points on slot play, and the percentage is not published. The listing shows 11 VIP levels and 33 no-deposit spins, but the official page shows no no-deposit offer today, so we do not count it.
Country rules are strict. The terms restrict real-money play from the UK, US, Netherlands, Spain, France, Poland, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, Belgium, Ontario and New Brunswick and over 100 other places. Finland and Ireland get no deposit-based bonuses, and Sweden gets no bonuses, promotions or VIP. Brazil was already on that list before the betting ban of 25 September 2026, so the ban removes no market for CasinoChan.
Withdrawal limits and complaints
Withdrawals are limited to 4,000 EUR per day, 16,000 EUR per week and 50,000 EUR per month, with progressive jackpots paid outside the limits. The payout target is 72 hours after approval. A dormancy fee of 20 EUR a month applies after 12 months of inactivity, or the whole balance if it is below 20 EUR. Winnings from a rejected or charged-back deposit are voided.
CasinoGuru shows 41 complaints, of which 34 were rejected, 6 resolved and 1 unresolved, with a safety index of 7.5. An older dataset shows 564 complaints and 8.6. The two conflict and we have not verified either. AskGamblers shows 2 complaints, both resolved, a CasinoRank of 5.8 and a player rating of 9.1 from 82 reviews. Trustpilot shows 4.4 from 49 reviews in one record and 3.6 from 58 in another. The figures from Casino.guru, askgamblers.com and trustpilot.com are attributed to those sites.
The old 400 EUR package
The offer listing still says up to 400 EUR + 120 free spins. AskGamblers still lists 100% up to 100 EUR + 30 spins followed by 50% up to 100 EUR + 30 spins three times. Both are out of date against the official page. If you saw 400 EUR elsewhere, that is the old structure. The current one is larger on paper but needs far bigger deposits to use.
