BassBet advertises a welcome package of 100% up to €500 plus 200 free spins, with a €10 minimum deposit according to AskGamblers, and a crypto version of 200% up to 3,000 USDT. The official rules at bassbet.com set 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus, a €100 maximum bet, a cashout cap of 10x the bonus and only 10 days to finish. A €100 deposit therefore means €7,000 of bets. The terms exclude players from the Netherlands and Russia, among 25 listed jurisdictions. The operator and licence come only from review sites, and the split of the 200 spins is not published.

What bassbet.com publishes, and what only AskGamblers says

The promotions page gives headline amounts only: €500 and 200 free spins, 200% up to 3,000 USDT for crypto. The €10 minimum deposit and the currency versions come from AskGamblers. The rules never name the operator or a licence, only "the company operating the Website" in clause 1.4. AskGamblers names Stellar Ltd, established in 2024, with an Anjouan Gaming Board licence, and CasinoGuru lists Stellar Ltd with the owner NovaForge Ltd. No licence number was found. Treat all of that as unconfirmed by the casino.

100% up to €500: what a €10, €100 and €500 deposit give

The match is 100%, so the bonus equals the deposit up to the cap. A €10 deposit, the AskGamblers minimum, gives €10 of bonus. A €100 deposit gives €100. Only a €500 deposit reaches the full €500, and more than that earns nothing extra.

AskGamblers also lists the same offer in other currencies, each with 200 free spins: CHF 550 (minimum 11 CHF), CAD 750 (minimum 15), HUF 150,000 (minimum 3,000), NOK 5,000 (minimum 100), PLN 2,250 (minimum 45), CZK 12,500 (minimum 250) and NZD 1,000 (minimum 20). It also mentions one Bonus Crab. What that is and what it pays is not stated, so we do not count it.

How the 200 spins are split, which slot they run on, how many arrive per day and what each spin is worth are all missing from the promotions page. Without a value per spin the 200 cannot be turned into money.

35x on deposit plus bonus: €7,000 on €100, €35,000 on €500

Clause 7.16 sets 35x for a deposit casino bonus, and AskGamblers also lists 35x on deposit plus bonus. The base is both amounts, so a €100 deposit with a €100 bonus gives (100 + 100) x 35 = €7,000 of bets. A €10 deposit gives (10 + 10) x 35 = €700. The full package of €500 plus €500 gives €35,000.

With the €100 maximum bet in clause 7.19 (450 PLN or 1,000 NOK in those currencies), the €7,000 target is at least 70 bets at the limit. In practice stakes are far smaller, so the number of spins is much higher. Real money is wagered first and the bonus balance second (clause 7.11). The wagering that applies to winnings from the 200 free spins is not stated. Third-party pages quote 40x (rg.org) and 35x (casino.org Canada), and we use the official 35x.

A cap of 10x the bonus and a €100 stake limit

The maximum cashout from a deposit casino bonus is 10x the bonus. The terms give an example: a €10 bonus is capped at €100. By that rule a €100 bonus can pay out at most €1,000 and the full €500 bonus at most €5,000.

Exceeding the €100 maximum bet before wagering is finished counts as promotion abuse. One third-party site, rg.org, claims C$5 per bet. That conflicts with the rules page, so we do not use it. Which payment methods are excluded from the bonus is not stated in the terms.

Ten days, game weights and a list of banned games

Casino bonuses must be wagered within 10 days (clause 7.12), sports bonuses within 30 days. Expired bonuses and the winnings from them are voided. For a €7,000 target that is €700 of bets per day on average.

Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100%. Crazy Time, Dream Catcher and Monopoly live shows count 50%. Other live games, video poker, Plinko and dice or mines-type games count 10%, and table and card games 0%. Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingo are not allowed with bonus funds. Aviator, Spaceman, Chicken Road 2.0 and baccarat without sidebets are excluded. A separate prohibited list in clause 7.10 includes Gold Bonanza and Sugar Pop, and those games cannot be played at all while a bonus is active. The terms contradict themselves on Mines and Keno, which appear both in the 10% list and in the excluded list.

Withdrawal limits and fees that apply after the bonus

Clause 6.11 sets withdrawal limits by VIP level, per day and per month: level 1 €500 and €7,000, level 2 €500 and €10,000, level 3 €800 and €12,000, level 4 €1,000 and €15,000, level 5 €1,500 and €20,000. A €5,000 capped bonus win would take ten days of withdrawals at the level 1 daily limit.

Other rules: a minimum monthly wagering of €20, at most 3 pending withdrawals and processing within 3 business days. If deposits were not wagered once (x1), winnings can be cancelled with a 10% commission (minimum €0.50), or 15% for card or bank deposits. AskGamblers lists withdrawal times of 0 to 24 hours for e-wallets, 3 to 5 days for cards and 3 to 7 days for banks. Clauses 7.19 and 7.20 punish patterns such as covering 24 or more of 37 roulette numbers with voided winnings and loss of future promotions.

Complaints: 11 on AskGamblers, 1.9 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.3 (High) in May 2026 and 7.5 (Above average) in October 2026. It rates the terms fair and lists a long withdrawal process as a con. AskGamblers has a CasinoRank of 6.6, a player rating of 5.7 from 3 reviews and 11 complaints, with an average response of 2 days. Its examples include a €500 daily cap despite a large balance, self-exclusion not applied after a €1,132 loss, about €900 withheld at account closure and a €120 win not credited.

Trustpilot shows 1.9 from 223 reviews, with 73% at 1 star and 22% at 5 stars, and the company replied to 83% of negative reviews. Bonus cases include a promised USD 1,500 cashback that was cancelled and a HUF 45,600 bonus that stayed not activated for 8 days. Withdrawal cases include a Skrill payout that took 13 business days. AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion and a self-assessment test as responsible gambling tools, without deposit or loss limits.

Who the BassBet offer fits, and where it is closed

The terms exclude, among others, the Netherlands, Russia, the UK, the USA, Denmark, Sweden and Bulgaria. Promotions are also unavailable in Armenia, Tunisia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Indonesia, Georgia and Malaysia. The licence is Anjouan, not a national licence in Germany, Italy, France or Spain, which is our own judgement and not a source claim.

The offer suits a player who deposits €10 to €100, accepts a €700 to €7,000 target, can finish within 10 days and keeps stakes under €100. It does not suit a player who wants a long window, a cap above 10x the bonus, or deposit and loss limits, which BassBet does not offer. Read the live rules on bassbet.com before you deposit.

Myths vs facts

Myth: A €500 bonus can pay out €500 plus the winnings.
Fact: The rules cap the cashout at 10x the bonus, so €5,000 at most, and the bonus must be wagered 35x on deposit plus bonus: €35,000 of bets.
Myth: 35x wagering on a €100 deposit means €3,500 of bets.
Fact: The 35x applies to deposit plus bonus: (100 + 100) x 35 = €7,000.
Myth: The €5 maximum bet quoted on one affiliate site applies.
Fact: The official rules give €100 per bet (clause 7.19). The C$5 claim from rg.org conflicts with them.

Before you claim

  • Check that your country is not on the clause 2.3 exclusion list.
  • Work out your target first: €100 deposit, €100 bonus, 35x, €7,000 of bets.
  • Finish wagering within 10 days or lose bonus and winnings.
  • Keep every bet under €100 and avoid the banned games in clause 7.10.
  • Complete verification before you win, since complaints involve withheld balances.
