The casino's own terms, CasinoGuru, AskGamblers and Trustpilot, checked in October 2026. If the casino's site says something else, the casino's site is right.
BassBet is a 2024 casino with 8,500+ games, 22 deposit methods and a sportsbook, run by Stellar Ltd under an Anjouan licence according to AskGamblers. Its terms never name the company or the licence. Withdrawals are capped at €500 a day and €7,000 a month on VIP level 1, and a withdrawal made with little wagering can cost 10% or 15% of the last deposit. CasinoGuru gave a Safety Index of 8.3 in May 2026 and 7.5 in October, AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.6 from 11 complaints, and Trustpilot shows 1.9 of 5 from 223 reviews.
Stellar Ltd, NovaForge Ltd and a licence the terms do not name
BassBet opened in 2024 on bassbet.com. AskGamblers lists Stellar Ltd as the company and the Anjouan Gaming Board as the licence, and CasinoGuru lists Stellar Ltd as operator with NovaForge Ltd as owner. No licence number is stated. Stellar Ltd is also the company AskGamblers names for Spinanga, so the two brands share an operator, and both terms use the same VIP withdrawal limits table (clause 6.11).
The terms, a text of 209,071 characters, call the operator only 'the company operating the Website' (clause 1.4). A player who needs to file a regulator complaint therefore cannot find the licence holder on the casino's own site. Anjouan is an offshore authority, not a national licence.
The terms exclude 25 jurisdictions (clause 2.3), among them the United Kingdom, the United States, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Malta, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Romania and Russia, and promotions are unavailable in six places including Tunisia and Malaysia. Individual games add their own locks: the Vikings slot is unavailable in France, Spain and the USA, and Street Fighter is unavailable in Canada, Japan, Mexico, Spain and the USA.
22 ways in, 16 ways out, and a €500 daily ceiling
AskGamblers counts 22 deposit methods and 16 withdrawal methods. The deposit side includes MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Zimpler, BLIK, Neosurf, Interac and bank wire, plus crypto such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, Dogecoin and Tether. Withdrawals include Visa and Revolut. CasinoGuru counts 38 payment methods in total, which is close to 22 plus 16. The wallet can run in 18 currencies, eight of them crypto, and Brazilian real is not among them.
Clause 6.11 ties limits to the VIP level, per day and per month in euro: level 1 is €500 and €7,000, level 2 is €500 and €10,000, level 3 is €800 and €12,000, level 4 is €1,000 and €15,000, and level 5 is €1,500 and €20,000. A €5,000 balance on level 1 takes 10 days to empty at €500 a day. AskGamblers lists a complaint that moves the same arithmetic to an extreme: a player with a loyalty coin balance of €942,108 was told the €500 daily cap still applied, which is 1,884 days of withdrawals. That case is marked resolved, and the figure is the player's own claim.
Processing takes up to 3 business days (clause 6.15), and no more than 3 withdrawals can be pending at once (clause 6.13). AskGamblers adds 0-24 hours for e-wallets, 3-5 days for cards and 3-7 days for bank transfer after a pending time of 0-5 days. A card payout that waits the full 3 business days and then 5 card days is eight calendar days at least. CasinoGuru's one listed con is a long withdrawal process according to players.
The 10% and 15% commission on money that was barely played
Clause 6.8 sets a minimum funds rollover of x1 before withdrawal. If a player has wagered less than the deposit, the casino may cancel winnings and keep a commission of 10% of the last deposit, with a minimum of €0.50, or 15% if the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer. On a €200 deposit paid out unplayed, that is €20 on an e-wallet or €30 on a card.
Clause 6.7 adds that a withdrawal may be declined if you have not met a monthly wagering threshold of €20 in the calendar month of the request. Both rules target quick in and out transactions, but they apply to any player who deposits late in a month and requests cash right away.
Thirty days to send documents, about ten days to be checked
Clause 5.3 says documents must be provided within 30 days after the request, and that verification usually takes about 10 days after complete answers. AskGamblers states the casino aims to review documents within three working days, so the two figures differ by about a week. Complainants quoted by AskGamblers describe being asked for an ID, a selfie holding the ID and unredacted bank statements, and one case concerns a bank statement that was repeatedly rejected.
The money at risk shows up in two AskGamblers cases. In one, a verified account was closed on 3 October 2025 and €900 was withheld; it is marked resolved. In another, withdrawals were reported blocked after large wins and reopened after losses, in a complaint of $580,000 that AskGamblers marked rejected. These are player accounts of events, not findings.
Clause 9.4 and the closure rule that voids a balance
Clause 9.4 lets the casino, on reasonable suspicion of fraud or breach, block the account, cancel pending withdrawals, void winnings, void bonus balances, contact authorities and 'confiscate the real money balance'. Clause 9.3 allows a game play review that can end in revoked promotions or a closed account.
Closure has its own trap. Under clause 3.7 an account can be closed only when no balance (positive or negative) and no pending withdrawal remain, otherwise 'all the funds on your account will be voided'. An account left untouched for 180 days becomes inactive and is charged €5 a month, and a balance below €5 is taken whole (clause 6.18).
The sportsbook has fewer limits than the casino. The minimum bet is €1 (clause 16.2), no maximum win is stated, and maximum stakes vary by sport and are shown in the bet slip. Postponed baseball and ice hockey matches are settled after 36 hours and abandoned events after 12 hours. The operator may void bets placed after the outcome was known (clause 16.7).
- Welcome bonus headline: 100% up to €500 with 200 free spins at 35x on deposit plus bonus, with a cap of 10 times the bonus. The bonus page has the detail.
- Self-exclusion is an email to support@bassbet.com under clause 3.8, and the player must not open another account.
Games: 8,500+ titles and a provider count nobody agrees on
The profile data gives 8,500+ games, while AskGamblers only says thousands. CasinoGuru counts 136 providers and AskGamblers lists 91, which is a gap of 45. The site has a live casino, a sportsbook, a five-level VIP programme and, on its promotions page, a Spinoleague tournament advertised at €12,000,000 and a VIP Elite Society payment of an extra €400 per day. CasinoGuru's pros mention tournaments and a wide range of languages and currencies.
Support runs 24/7 by live chat and by email at support@bassbet.com, with no phone line. AskGamblers counts 16 site languages and CasinoGuru lists more than 20 support languages.
Two tools out of ten, and CAD 8,021 lost after self-exclusion
AskGamblers credits BassBet with self-exclusion and a self-assessment test, and with none of the other eight tools on its checklist. The casino's own page names no deposit, loss or session limit and states no exclusion period: the account is closed 'as soon as practicable' and a break excludes you 'for a while'. It names GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy.
Two of the ten complaints shown at AskGamblers concern this gap. A €1,132 case describes an account reactivated after self-exclusion, with complaints dated since 7 April 2026, marked resolved. A second case reports a self-exclusion breach in July and August 2025 with losses of CAD 8,021, still unresolved.
11 complaints, a Safety Index that fell from 8.3 to 7.5, and a 1.9 on Trustpilot
CasinoGuru scored BassBet 8.3 High on 8 May 2026 with no complaints and a fair rating for the terms, and 7.5 Above average on 15 October 2026. AskGamblers gives a CasinoRank of 6.6 out of 10 and a player rating of 5.7 from 3 reviews. It shows 11 complaints, with 9 resolved in one table and 9 of 10 in another. The average response time is 2 days. Ten cases are displayed, and among the ones described here CAD 8,021 is the one marked unresolved.
Trustpilot is harsher: 1.9 of 5 from 223 reviews on 30 October 2026, with 73% one-star and 22% five-star, against 2.3 from 200 reviews in the earlier record. The company replied to 83% of negative reviews. Reviewers describe a Skrill withdrawal that took 13 business days in March 2026, a withdrawal pending for about a month on 27 May 2026, a VIP status revoked on 24 February 2026 with withdrawal caps of $750, and a promised cashback of $1,500 cancelled in May 2026. Positive reviews exist too, such as a 5-star review of 27 April 2026, but they praise games rather than payouts.
Who BassBet fits at €50 a week, and who should look elsewhere
It fits a player who deposits €10 to €100 at a time, plays the sportsbook or slots, uses crypto or an e-wallet and withdraws small amounts. At those sizes the €500 daily limit never binds, the 10-day verification is a nuisance rather than a risk, and AskGamblers' statistics show 9 of 10 complaints resolved.
It does not fit a player who expects to win more than €7,000 in a month on level 1, a player who wants deposit or loss limits (there are none), a player who needs to name the licence holder in a dispute, or anyone in the 25 excluded jurisdictions. Anyone with a gambling problem should read the 3.7 and 3.8 clauses and the €1,132 and CAD 8,021 cases before depositing.
If you do play, withdraw to the method you deposited with, wager the deposit at least once to avoid the 10% or 15% commission, and send documents early because the clock runs 30 days from request.
