BillyBets offers a welcome bonus of 100% of the first deposit up to €500 plus 200 free spins, with a €20 minimum deposit, 35x wagering on deposit plus bonus and 10 days to finish it, according to the casino's own promotion page. The spins are not paid at once: they arrive as 20 a day over 10 days. The max bet with an active bonus is €100, and Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify. The rules page does not name the operating company or a licence number, and the casino's own texts contradict each other on cashout limits, so the details below matter more than the headline.
Who runs BillyBets, and what the rules page leaves out
The official domain is billybets.com, which shows a live casino and sportsbook. The rules page refers only to "the company operating the Website" in clause 1.4. It names no company and no licence number. AskGamblers names Luxinero Group as the owner, a licence it labels "Costa Rica Gambling" and 2024 as the year of establishment. We found no licence number and no regulator body. Costa Rica is not a casino licensing regime in the usual sense, so treat the licence line as AskGamblers' claim, not as something BillyBets proves on its own site.
CasinoGuru does not list BillyBets on its blacklist, and the brand has not closed or rebranded. It is not KingBilly, which is a different casino. The affiliate link goes through a tracking domain, which is not the brand domain.
100% up to €500 and 200 spins: what a €20 or €500 deposit gets you
The match is 100%, so the bonus equals the deposit up to the cap. A €20 deposit, the minimum, gives €20 of bonus. The €500 cap is only reached with a €500 deposit, and anything above that earns nothing extra. The minimum is also listed as 20 USD, 30 CAD, 30 AUD, 20 CHF, 40 NZD, 90 PLN, 200 NOK, 500 CZK, 8,000 HUF and 20 BRL.
Caps in other currencies differ: 5,000 NOK, 2,250 PLN, 1,000 NZD, 750 CAD, 500 USD, 2,000 BRL and 12,500 CZK. The page does not name the game the free spins are played on, so we cannot give a value per spin or turn the 200 into money.
The bonus must be claimed before any bet is placed with the qualifying deposit. Withdrawing before claiming, or after activation, voids eligibility. Bonuses cannot be combined. Activating another bonus or claiming free spins removes the active one, and cancelling voids the whole casino bonus balance.
20 spins a day for 10 days: missing a 24-hour window loses a batch
The 200 spins come as 20 per day over 10 days. The first batch can be claimed for 24 hours after the qualifying deposit. Each later batch appears at the same hour on the next nine days and expires 24 hours after it appears.
That makes the spins a daily task. A player who skips two days loses 40 of the 200 spins, since nothing is carried over. The spin winnings carry their own wagering of 40x, which is higher than the 35x on the cash bonus.
35x on €40: €1,400 of bets, or €35,000 at the cap
Wagering is 35x on deposit plus bonus, as shown on the promotion page. AskGamblers also lists 35x on deposit plus bonus. A €20 deposit plus €20 bonus makes €40, and 35 times that is €1,400 of bets. A €100 deposit makes €200 and a €7,000 target. At the full €500 deposit the base is €1,000 and the target is €35,000.
All of it must be wagered within 10 days of activation, otherwise the bonus and winnings are void. For the €35,000 target that is about €3,500 a day. At the €100 max bet it is at least 350 bets, and at smaller stakes far more.
The general rules differ. Clause 7.16 gives 40x for no-deposit casino bonuses and 35x on deposit plus bonus for deposit bonuses, while Annex 2 mentions 10 days to meet "40x the bonus amount". We use the promotion page figure of 35x on deposit plus bonus, and the rules page shows the casino's own documents are not fully consistent.
Slots count 100%, table games 0%, and the €100 bet limit
Under rules 7.7 to 7.9, slots contribute 100% to wagering, live games 10%, video poker 10% and table and card games 0%. Some games are excluded entirely; the list is in the terms. For the €1,400 target on a €20 deposit, live games would need €14,000 of bets to count the same, and table games would never count.
The maximum bet with an active bonus is €100, also stated as 100 USD, 150 CAD, 150 AUD, 450 PLN, 1,000 NOK and 600 BRL (rules 7.19). With €20 of bonus, a single bet at that level would be unusual, but the limit also applies to larger deposits.
Why Skrill and Neteller deposits get no bonus, and what else is unusual
Deposits with Neteller or Skrill do not qualify for the welcome bonus. CasinoGuru lists the same point as a con. The listing shows both as deposit methods, but not as withdrawal methods, so a player who deposits with Skrill gets no bonus and has to withdraw another way.
Withdrawals are restrictive. Level 1 allows €500 per transaction, €500 per day and €7,000 per month, level 5 allows €1,700, €5,000 and €75,000. Processing takes up to 96 business hours, 6 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday, so nothing is processed on weekends. A win of €1,750 at level 1 therefore takes at least four days to pay out. Up to 3 withdrawals can be pending.
The deposit must be wagered once before withdrawal. If less was wagered, a 10% commission applies (minimum €0.5), or 15% for card and bank deposits. A monthly minimum of €20 wagered applies before withdrawal, and a dormant account pays €5 a month after 180 days without login. KYC documents are due within 30 days of a request, and verification takes about 10 days after complete documents (rules 5.3).
Excluded countries include the UK, USA, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Russia and Ukraine. Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Austria and Switzerland are not on the list.
Max cashout: €50, €100 or 10x the bonus
Clause 17 of the promotion caps cashout from the welcome bonus at €50 if up to 50 free spins are used and at €100 if more than 50 are used. Clause 16 separately caps release at 10x the initial bonus. Which limit applies is ambiguous. On a €20 bonus, 10x is €200, above both cashout figures.
The rules add that no-deposit bonuses are capped at 5x, with a €20 example capped at €100, and that no-deposit spin winnings are capped at €80 with 40x. Another passage (16.9.6) says 3x for no-deposit withdrawal. The official texts contradict each other, so ask support in writing before depositing.
Cashback, reloads and what AskGamblers lists differently
The official promotion hub lists Daily Cashback of 15% up to €400, Live Cashback of 25% up to €200 with 1x wagering, and a Weekend/Weekly Reload of 50% up to €700 plus 50 free spins. AskGamblers lists the reload at a €50 minimum deposit with 35x on deposit plus bonus, and the 15% cashback as up to €3,000 weekly. Trustpilot gives billybets.com 2.8 of 5 from 309 reviews, with 47% at 5 stars and 45% at 1 star. The company replies to every negative review. Cases include €1,750 won with only €500 a week allowed as a level 1 player, a €4,300 withdrawal declined on 3 August 2026 and a 300% bonus not credited on 28 September 2026, which the operator said on 14 October it had added. In one case €2,000 was lost after a self-exclusion request, and a refund was paid.
Who the BillyBets bonus fits
It fits a player who deposits €20 to €100, plays slots only, can log in every day for 10 days and accepts a €1,400 to €7,000 wagering target. It also fits someone who does not need Skrill or Neteller.
