Booi lists a three-step welcome package, according to AskGamblers: 100% up to $500 plus 100 free spins on the first deposit, 75% up to $500 on the second and 50% up to $500 on the third. Minimum deposits are $10, $5 and $10, and the wagering is 40x the bonus on all three steps. That makes $1,500 of bonus in total, and it needs about $2,167 of deposits to collect in full. Every bonus figure here is attributed to the review sites. Max bet, validity and max cashout are not stated by the sources.

Where the Booi figures come from

The official domain is booi.com, the same one the review data and the Trustpilot profile use. Every path of booi.com serves the same page titled "Access to the website is restricted in your country". The CasinoGuru values below come from its bonus records. The bonus numbers come from the AskGamblers review.

The operator is Globonet B.V., established in 2019 and licensed in Curacao. AskGamblers names the Curacao Gaming Control Board, CasinoGuru names the Curacao Gaming Authority and marks the licence as verified. A licence number was not found. AskGamblers also contradicts itself: its Company field says Globonet B.V., while its description text names NetGlobe Services Ltd. as owner and operator. Booi is not closed, not rebranded and not on the CasinoGuru blacklist.

100%, 75%, 50%: a match rate that falls while the cap stays at $500

AskGamblers lists the first step as 100% up to $500 plus 100 free spins, the second as a 75% match up to $500 and the third as a 50% match up to $500. The cap is the same on every step, but the percentage drops, so the deposit needed to reach the cap grows: $500 on step 1, about $667 on step 2 (500 divided by 0.75) and $1,000 on step 3. Taking all three in full means roughly $2,167 deposited for $1,500 of bonus.

The minimum deposits are $10 for step 1, $5 for step 2 and $10 for step 3. At those minimums the bonus is $10, $3.75 and $5. A $100 deposit earns $100 on step 1, $75 on step 2 and $50 on step 3. AskGamblers calls the later steps a "2nd Deposit Match" and a "3rd Deposit Bonus" with their own minimums, but it does not say whether step 2 can be claimed before step 1, so we do not claim a fixed order.

40x on $100: $4,000 of bets, or $60,000 for the whole package

AskGamblers lists wagering of 40x the bonus amount ("40xb") on all three steps. A $100 first deposit gives a $100 bonus and a $4,000 target. That is the bonus-only reading; if the deposit counts too, the target is $8,000. The full $500 bonus on one step needs $20,000 of bets. Across the whole $1,500 package the target is $60,000. A $10 first deposit is the cheapest test: $10 of bonus and $400 of bets.

The same page gives no wagering for the 100 free spins' winnings, no validity in days and no max bet with an active bonus. One third-party page quotes 50x on spin winnings and another quotes a EUR 5 max bet. Both are unreliable and we do not use them. The split of the 100 spins, the game they are played on and the value per spin are also not stated, so we cannot turn them into money. Contribution by game type and the games excluded from wagering are not stated either.

What is unusual: a constant cap, a $5 step and no player limits

The unusual part is the shape, not the size. Most packages keep or raise the cap as they go; Booi keeps $500 on every step while the match falls from 100% to 50%. The minimum deposit dips to $5 on step 2, which is the cheapest way into the package. Paying $5 earns $3.75 of bonus.

On player protection, AskGamblers shows only self-exclusion, a cool-off period and a self-assessment test. There are no deposit, loss, wager or time limits and no reality check. The daily withdrawal limit is $3,000; the monthly and per-transaction limits are not stated. CasinoGuru rates the terms "Somewhat unfair" and found 2 issues.

Getting a bonus win out: e-wallets in hours, cards in days, nothing on weekends

According to AskGamblers, withdrawals to e-wallets take 0 to 2 hours and to cards 1 to 5 days. Pending time is 0 to 12 hours. Bank transfer is not offered, weekend cashouts are not available and there are no withdrawal fees. The crypto time is not stated. A $3,000 daily limit means a $20,000 wagering result on a $500 bonus could take several days to withdraw if the balance is large.

The listing shows 28 deposit methods, among them Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, AstroPay, Pix and Boleto. CasinoGuru counts 62 payment methods and AskGamblers reports no deposit fees. Whether any method is excluded from the bonus is not stated. Booi has 72 game providers and a 24/7 live chat, according to CasinoGuru.

Seventeen restricted countries, and a Brazil ban the offer page does not mention

AskGamblers lists 17 restricted countries: Algeria, Belgium, Belize, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Italy, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. It warns the list may change. Germany and Poland are not on it. The accepted currencies are EUR, USD, RUB, CAD, PLN, INR, BRL, NZD, KZT and CLP.

Brazil is also not on the list, and Booi takes BRL, Pix, Boleto and Pay4Fun. But Brazil banned online betting and casino games by MP 1.394 on 25 September 2026, including offshore operators that serve Brazilians. Whether Booi still serves Brazil is not stated. We found no public no-deposit offer on AskGamblers or in the listing, even though people search for "booi casino no deposit bonus". Recurring promotions are also not found.

Complaints: 36 at CasinoGuru, 8 at AskGamblers, 2.7 on Trustpilot

CasinoGuru records 36 complaints: 0 open, 2 unresolved, 12 resolved and 22 rejected. Its safety index is 7.8, rated Above average. AskGamblers records 8 complaints with an average response of 2 days, an average amount of $3,916 and an average duration of 6 days against 8 for all operators. Its stats say 7 of 7 resolved, while its comparison table says 7 of 8. Most cases are in the payment category: delayed withdrawals and rejected identity verification. AskGamblers scores Booi 7.6 on CasinoRank and 7.8 from 17 player reviews.

Trustpilot gives booi.com 2.7 of 5 from 14 reviews, 57% at 5 stars and 43% at 1 star, with only 2 reviews in the last 12 months. The company replies to negative reviews typically after more than a month. One case from 5 February 2026 describes a withdrawal approved but not received after 2 days; the reply of 25 June 2026 said processing can take longer. Another from 17 June 2025 describes no SMS code for the phone verification needed to withdraw. No bonus confiscation case is listed among the complaints.

Who the Booi package fits, and who should skip it

The package fits a player from a country not on the list who wants to test with $5 to $10 first and accepts 40x on the bonus: $400 of bets on a $10 bonus, $4,000 on $100. It also suits someone who prefers e-wallets, where AskGamblers lists 0 to 2 hours for a payout.

It does not suit a player who needs deposit or loss limits, since Booi offers none, or who wants the max bet, validity and cashout cap confirmed before depositing, because those are not stated. If you live in Brazil, check the legal position first. And collecting all $1,500 means depositing about $2,167 and betting $60,000, a target that only makes sense for high-volume play.

Myths vs facts

Myth: Booi does not publish its wagering, so nobody knows it.
Fact: AskGamblers lists 40x the bonus amount on all three steps. What is missing is the validity period, the max bet and the max cashout.
Myth: Each of the three steps is worth the same $500.
Fact: The cap is $500 each time, but the match falls from 100% to 75% to 50%, so the full cap needs $500, about $667 and $1,000 of deposits.
Myth: A country missing from the restricted list means you may legally play.
Fact: Brazil is not on Booi's list, yet Brazil banned online casino games on 25 September 2026, including offshore operators.

Before you claim

  • Check that your country is not among the 17 restricted ones.
  • Open booi.com and read the live terms before you accept.
  • Work out your target first: $100 deposit, $100 bonus, 40x, $4,000 of bets.
  • Find the max bet and the validity in days before accepting the bonus.
  • Complete identity verification before you win, since delays are the main complaint.
