Globonet B.V., licence 1668/JAZ, and a payment processor in Limassol

The terms (version 4.1, updated 9 November 2022) say Globonet B.V. owns and operates booi.com. The Curacao government issued it game licence No. 1668/JAZ, and the footer gives company number 146296. The website footer adds that Netglobe Services Limited, registered in Limassol, Cyprus under HE 313864, operates the site as a payment processor. Deposits are made in favour of Globonet B.V. via Netglobe, and the billing descriptor on a card statement is NETGLOBE SERVICES LTD.

That resolves an apparent conflict. CasinoGuru lists Globonet B.V. as owner and operator with a verified Curacao Gaming Authority licence and a 2019 start. AskGamblers lists Globonet B.V. in its details but calls NetGlobe Services Ltd the owner in its text. Read against the footer, both names belong to the same structure: one holds the licence, the other takes the money. The terms are dated 2022, so the structure may have changed since.

Disputes fall under the law of the Republic of Cyprus, with the exclusive jurisdiction of Cypriot courts (clause 27.1). The English text prevails over translations (19.4). The minimum age is 18 (5.1).

Two hours promised, 26 hours with verification, 74 at the outer edge

Clause 11.9 of the terms says withdrawals are available 24/7 and processed in not more than 2 hours. If the casino asks for documents, review takes not more than 24 hours after they are sent, and the 2 hours start only after approval. That is up to 26 hours. Clause 11.12 lets the casino check game transactions for a further 48 hours, which stretches the outer edge to 74 hours.

AskGamblers measures something shorter for the usual route: e-wallets 0 to 2 hours, cards 1 to 5 days, pending 0 to 12 hours, bank transfers not offered, and no weekend cashouts. Crypto timing is not stated by either source. A card withdrawal with 12 hours pending and 5 days is up to 5.5 days.

The Trustpilot record fits both. A review of 5 February 2026 says an approved withdrawal had not arrived after 2 days, and the company replied on 25 June 2026 that processing can take longer, a reply that came more than 4 months later.

The 10% charges hidden in the withdrawal clauses

Two clauses in the terms put a percentage on getting paid. Clause 11.13 allows two withdrawals per UTC day without commission and charges 10% from the third request. Three withdrawals of $1,000 on one day would therefore cost $100 on the third.

Clause 11.11 sets the conditions for the 2-hour payout, including that total bets must exceed deposits at least 3 times since a zero balance. Short of that, the casino may withhold up to 10% of the withdrawal and cancel bonus and free-spin winnings. On a $100 deposit, $300 of bets avoids a charge of up to $10.

AskGamblers says Booi charges no withdrawal fees, which conflicts with both clauses. Either the terms changed after 2022 or AskGamblers' note is wrong; we cannot tell which. The same clause requires the withdrawal to go to the account used for the deposit, plus a verified email and phone. A review of 17 June 2025 describes an SMS code that never arrived, which blocked a withdrawal; the company answered on 25 June 2026.

The daily limit is $3,000 in AskGamblers and in the profile data. Clause 13.1 ties limits to a status based on deposits in the last 30 days: Wooden Lemur at $0 to $249, Silver Eagle $250 to $999, Golden Alligator $1,000 to $4,999, Platinum Elephant $5,000 to $9,999 and Diamond Lion at $10,000 or more. The limit table itself is not available in the sources used here. Monthly and per-transaction limits are not stated in any source.

Why a 40x bonus may mean 40 times the bonus plus the deposit

The welcome package is 100% up to $500 plus 100 spins, 75% up to $500 and 50% up to $500, with minimum deposits of $10, $5 and $10 and a wagering multiplier of 40 on the bonus (AskGamblers). The bonus page has the detail. One point belongs here because it sits in the general terms.

Clause 14.12 states that, unless the bonus terms say otherwise, wagering equals the coefficient times the bonus plus the deposit. On a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus, 40x on the bonus is $4,000 of bets, while 40x on bonus plus deposit is $8,000. AskGamblers reports the first base. The 2022 clause allows the second, so the base is unconfirmed.

Clause 15.2 caps what a single bet can add to wagering: $20 counts even when the stake is larger. A $200 bet moves a $4,000 requirement by $20, so that bet is 0.5% of the requirement. Clause 14.16 says that withdrawing while a bonus is active sends all bonuses to cancelled.

Blocks, bans and 6 months of silence

Clause 8.2 deals with duplicate accounts: every account is blocked, transactions are void, withdrawn funds are repayable and deposits are not returned (8.3 and 8.4). Clause 10.6 lets the casino close an account that has been inactive for 6 months. Clause 10.3 says that when the player closes the account, the balance is not refunded. Clause 16.2 allows a 3-month block after a violation, with funds, bonuses and winnings withheld.

Appeals are time-limited to 14 days (10.4 and 16.3). Clause 16.13 forbids deferring game rounds with free spins or bonuses and lets the casino extinguish the funds; clause 16.14 names card counting methods, among them Wonging, as grounds to withdraw funds. Clause 18.5 lets the casino limit or cancel any bet, win or transaction.

A currency change is allowed once, by re-registering, and the welcome bonus does not carry over (9.3). The 2022 terms list ten currencies including TRY; the profile data lists ten including CLP, so the list has changed or one source is wrong.

17 countries today, 27 in the 2022 terms

AskGamblers lists 17 restricted countries: Algeria, Belgium, Belize, China, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Italy, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States, and notes the list can change. The 2022 terms (clause 6.2) name 27 entries, including Germany, Australia, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Romania and Crimea, none of which AskGamblers lists.

Germany is the clearest conflict: it is in the 2022 terms and not in the 2026 list. We cannot tell which is current.

Booi accepts BRL, Pix, Boleto and Pay4Fun, but Brazilian provisional measure MP 1.394, published on 25 September 2026, prohibits fixed-odds betting and online games in Brazil, including offers by operators based abroad (Senado summary of 29 September 2026). Booi's response is not known.

72 providers, 62 payment methods and few safeguards

CasinoGuru counts 72 game providers and 62 payment methods and notes 24/7 live chat. The profile data lists 28 deposit methods, from Visa and Mastercard to Pix, UPI, Bitcoin and Monero. No support-language list is available.

AskGamblers records self-exclusion, cool-off and a self-assessment test, and no deposit, loss, wager or time limits and no reality check. The 2022 terms (29.2) say a player can limit deposits, limit losses and change the bet limit, which conflicts with AskGamblers. A permanent exclusion is not described in the clause.

36 complaints, 22 rejected: Booi's track record

CasinoGuru's Safety Index is 7.8, Above average, with terms rated Somewhat unfair (2 issues found), no blacklisting and a revenue tier above €1,000,000. It counts 36 complaints: 0 open, 2 unresolved, 12 resolved and 22 rejected. Rejected is 61% of the total and resolved 33%.

AskGamblers shows a smaller file of 8 complaints, 7 of 7 resolved on one page and 7 of 8 on another, an average response of 2 days, an average amount of $3,916 and an average duration of 6 days against 8 for all operators. Most are about delayed withdrawals and rejected identity checks. Its CasinoRank is 7.6 and the player rating is 7.8 from 17 reviews.

Trustpilot is lower and thinner: 2.7 from 14 reviews, 57% five-star and 43% one-star, with only 2 reviews in the last 12 months. A review of 22 August 2023 describes a deposit gone in 5 minutes. It describes losses, not a payment dispute.

Who Booi suits and who should look elsewhere

Booi fits a player outside the restricted lists who withdraws no more than twice a day, bets at least 3 times the deposit before cashing out and keeps USD amounts within a $3,000 daily limit. It also fits a player who wants a wide mix of payment methods, including 62 on CasinoGuru's count.

It is a poor match for someone in Germany, Australia or Turkey until the live terms are checked, for a player who needs deposit and loss limits, and for a reader who wants 2024 or 2026 terms in writing: the version here is from 2022.
